I loved the experience! I have wanted to go to a cat cafe for a long time, but because I had my own cat I didn't want it to feel like I was cheating on him ????. My cat Bagel of 18.5 years recently crossed the rainbow bridge in late November 2021 and I really miss doing cat things with him that I just wanted a day to hang out with cats. I'm not ready to adopt right now and plan to find a shelter to volunteer, but as a last minute thing for my birthday I chose to come here and I loved every second of it, in fact an hour passed by too quickly! I'm glad to hear there weren't many available for adoption, because they've already been adopted or in the process which is good to hear! There was one super friendly kitty who became obsessed me, Gummy Bear, what a cutie! I will be sure to come back again! Thanks for making the start of my birthday weekend amazing!

Fantastic cat cafe with plenty of adoptable kitties and kittens as well as friendly and helpful staff. Really hope this place does well in the neighborhood.

A great way to destress! I’ve been to Koneko but I like this place better. The staff is so friendly and helpful - their priority is keeping the cats/kittens happy and healthy which is great. We arrived 30 min late to our reservation because of traffic and the staff was nice and let us stay an extra 10-15 min past everyone else so we could get adequate time with the cats. The cats are just adorable and look so happy and healthy. When I went they just had an influx of kittens so I’m sure that helped! Highly recommend.

Great way to spend an hour relaxing with fun little kitties available for adoption. Make a reservation and order a tea and macrons to enjoy while you visit.

Jose and the whole team there is great! They are very knowledgeable. I would recommend fostering and adopting from there. They care about the cats and the people. They want to make sure it was a good fit for the cats and their owners.

Not many cats were awake during the visit and these did were not very responsive. Lovely as those kittens were, price was a little high compared to such experience.

Last week I went there without checking their website. They are closed. Hope cats are alright and they will be back one day.

Exactly as advertised. Definitely worth the price and an enjoyable experience for cat lovers. Very chill environment and a nice place to relax. However, it's up to the cats how much attention you will get from them. Some wanted to play, others sleep.

I ordered a cat prayer candle for my daughter very last minute, never expecting it to arrive on time for Christmas. But it did! So that I would have it on time, it was hand delivered the day before Christmas to my home! My daughter, who BTW loves doing cat yoga at Meow Parlour, loved the candle! Thank you Meow Parlour! The candle with her cat’s photo was perfect and the extra effort to deliver it was much appreciated!

We came from New Jersey because my daughter wanted to go to this place before we going back to Colombia. We did not make a reservation but the guy told us it was ok and then he asked for my daughter age and I accidentally said 8 because my English is not good enough and he refuse to let us in and he was very rude when I tried to explain that she is 10 . We were very disappointed and my daughter was very upset. This worker did not want to collaborate with us and was rude and practically kick us out from the cafe. There was no reasonable explanation about not letting us in, he said there was a schedule for kids but the place did not seem crowded or even packed. We had such a bad experience and we honestly thought he could have been more helpful. We finally went to cat cafe in Brooklyn, great place, staff was fine and we certainly will never go back to this place. Anymore!

I had an amazing time at Meow Parlour! Staff was great and answered all my questions. Such a sweet spot for those who love animals. The cats were so sweet and seemed well taken care of. They make sure you sanitize your hands before petting the cats and for me that’s awesome. They care about their cats health. We didn’t have to wait and the price was more than fare. They charged $8 for 30minutes. We just walk in but you can make reservations online. They also have yoga class with the kittens and many many events. I’m def coming back sometime soon.

Pleasent atmosphere, had 5-6 cats. All the cats were from a shelter and are available to adopt. Needs more cats though.

Cats were cute but you are not allowed to hold them. They can come to you and you can pet and play with them. They ask you to leave your shoes and coats before entering. Also, they ask you to clean your hands with sanitizer. The store sells tshirts, books, mugs and books about cats. The cafe smells a bit and looks like it needs more attention for cleaning. Staff was very polite and welcoming.

8 dollars per person per 30 minute time blocks. The cats were very worth it.

Come give love to those flufs who need it, and who knows, maybe one can come home with you.

We've been to a couple different cat cafes in NYC - but keep coming back to Meow Parlour. The people there obviously love cats and they are protective of them. This is good for you as well because they ensure the kitties and cats are free to roam and interact with whomever as opposed to being commandeered and/or hectored to one or two people. The cats and kitties are great - and there's a nice number and variety. Whether you're there just to, "get your kitty fix" or are considering adopting this is a great way to fulfill either. They provide detailed information about each cat available for adoption - and they are regularly getting new kittens and cats in. You can also qualify to Foster for them! There is also a great macaroni and coffee place next door from which you can order snacks. While we've been here a number of times this particular instance was to officially adopt our new kitten!

Great concept that they try to get the cats adopted. I wish they sold cat treats to feed the cats so you could get more interaction. Espresso machine was broken when we visited, but they still had plenty of selection. They work closely with the cafe next door for refreshments. I didn't realize a macaroon cost so much. As well as cookies. We were there for a birthday party for teenager. All teena had fun.

Loved that I was able to play with cats for a time. However most of the cats seemed sick so I felt kind of bad for them. One sneezed on a customer and got snot on them. A couple others had snotty noses and sleep in their eyes. But I guess that's to be expected when lots of people are coming in everyday to pet them. However still had a nice time and they have alcohol disinfectant. The kittens were happy to have someone to play with and I was happy to play with them.

We had a fantastic time here! Could have stayed for hours and played with the kitties :-D

Amazing place. Best part of our trip so far. Staff so friendly and they really care about the cats and kittens.

As long as you obey the rules (there aren't that many), you'll have a lovely time hanging out with the cats and kitties!
