Dr Caruso is The Greatest!!! I've had her treat my animals for years. I dealt with her at her previous place of employment also!!

I would give 0!!!!!!! Horrible customer service and the Doctor misdiagnosed my cat ????????????my baby cat!!!they put him through hell .this animal hospital needs inspection they don't give any love or time!!!

Faithful Friends animal hospital is a great eastablishment. They really care for animals. Not only do they provide great veterinarian service for pets, but they also provide services for animal rescuers and provide help for feral and community cats. The customer service is great and there is never much of a wait.

My cat clearly had skin issues and she said oh, he has an ear infection. I pointed out other areas where I saw similar spots and she said to keep an eye on it. His skin got worse. Now he has ulcers. She said oh, I told you to go to a dermatologist and she didn’t. I want my money back. My cat was misdiagnosed and suffered longer than he had too.

It’s such a relief to find a good vet practice. Reception personnel were great. They were able to fit us in just a few hours after we called to set up an appointment. The vet & vet tech were really calm and caring with my cat during his visit. They really made sure he was as comfortable as possible. Prices are really fair and there was no urging to get expensive unnecessary add-ons to our visit like we’ve experienced at other vet practices. So happy to know that Faithful Friends is here!

I am TNR certified (trap neuter release) Faithful Friends except the certificate to neuter outside cats at a reduced rate. I rescue kittens from the streets so they do not have a grow up living a horrible life on the streets, I find them loving and because I do not put them back put on the streets they will not except my certificate. I think this is horrible.

This was my first time there and omg they are Amazing. They answer all my questions when I was concern about my baby. Thanks to this hospital and the rescue for helping my baby. They took there time and explained everything they did while he was in surgery getting sprayed. Lazy boy loved everyone in the office. I would so recommend anyone to go here. By the way lazy boy been healing great he have a very big appetite. Thank you everyone for all your hard work taking care of every animals that goes there..

Lazy boy was loved as soon we went inside the hospital. They answer all my questions. They kept me updated with lazy boy surgery. Even when picking him They put my big boy in the car. They treated my dog with lots of love.

Like in human clinics. Long time wait. But staff is friendly. Because of costs.

So apparently before you even get to see the doctor they need a $65 deposit to be taken over the phone in order to set an appointment up with them for the first time that’s absurd ridiculous and I would never want to give my credit card over the phone to anybody!!!

The experience was absolutely wonderful. These two amazing ladies helped w spay my 5 Month old puppy from a rescue and they were so helpful, informative and nice.. I would highly recommend Faithful Friends Animal Hospital

There is not shortage of vets in Queens were we live. But we go out if our way to this Brooklyn location because of the experts and specialist on staff. My cat have serious teeth problems that was botched but another vet and always in pain. But after seeing Dr. Caruso she is like a new cat. Great work.

Definitely a trek to the edge of brooklyn but they are worth it, they've gotten their rhythm down since the pandemic started and things run smoothly when you bring your pets and ferals there.

Thought would be a low cost vet, but were charging me $469 for spay for my female kitten.

Doctor and staff were professional. Appropriate medical care was given.

I called a couple days ago to get information on neutering my cat. I was put on hold and finally hung up after 8 minutes. I called back about an hour later and reached someone. The lady was so rude on the phone it was shocking. If they treat me like that, how will they treat my cat? They do understand that people have choices right? Your receptionist is an extension of you, who would allow that person to represent their business? I called Bensonhurst vet after that and had a totally different experience.

It is very hard to find a vet practice that is experienced, professional, personable and passionate. Dr.Caruso and her staff are all of the above! They are devoted to assisting the rescue community which is such an admirable quality that is hard to find. Since this practice opened up, I have had hundreds of adoptable cats, feral cats and dogs treated here and couldn’t imagine getting through this rescue field without the exceptional vet care. When Ive had difficult rescue cases, strays that have been neglected and in urgent need of medical attention Faithful Friends always finds a way to fit me in. They have the strive needed to truly want to make a difference in a needy animals life and will always go above and beyond to do everything they can to help. As a rescuer I could never save as many lives, as I do without the necessary resources and it’s always a team effort! Rescue, vet care, rehabilitation, foster, adopt, repeat.... the mission couldn’t be complete without all parties involved. Many of my adopters ask for suggestions on where they should become a client for their new pets and I will always strongly suggest faithful friends. Thank you for being such an amazing veterinary practice and I look forward to saving more lives with you all for years to come.

Wow. We called at 9:30AM on a Monday about a puppy we adopted from one of their rescue partners. The receptionist was so absurdly rude that it was jarring. It took two minutes on the phone with her to know that we will not be customers here. We called the Park Slope Vet Hospital right after and were met with kindness and patience.
