Our dog old Lady was peeing blood so we were very scared and anxious. Bond was so kind over the phone and honest about their prices before we agreed to come in. They squeezed us in right before they closed which was so appreciated. They were in constant contact throughout the process and SO FAST. We dropped Lady off and got her back within 20 minutes. Highly recommend. We will be back. Thank you Bond!

They were very friendly and proficient. First time my dog didn't go ballistic. 03/24/21 Today 04/08/21 was an emergency visit and they were extremely compassionate and understanding. Today 1/9/22 again the best of care. My dog is another dog when he's there. Calm, cool and collected. EXTREMELY friendly staff and accommodating. I'm currently limited to mobility and they made every effort to make me comfortable during this new pandemic. I feel vets are like pediatricians. Would you put a child in mediocre care.

Very friendly, patient and helpful staff. They clearly care a lot about the animals which is always wonderful to see.

They were able to get me in with two hours notice and had me out the door within 30 minutes with meds for a small emergency of nerve pain in my dog who kept screaming in pain all day when every other place I called said they were booked, including other emergency places. Everyone was so nice, and explained everything, and answered all my questions. They let me use the bloodwork my dog just had on his exam a week ago at his regular vet, so I didn’t have to pay to have it done again. Highly recommend!

I decided to give Bond Vet a try when my cat had a mild emergency. They were able to get me in same day at a time which worked for me which was great! They were very pleasant and helpful over the phone. When I got there the great experience continued! My pet was checked in and was seen within no time at all by some very super kind people! They were able to assess my kitty's problems quickly and provided the care she needed with no fuss at all! I very much enjoyed my experience at Bond Vet Chelsea and will happily bring my pet there again in the future should the need arise! Thank you everyone at Bond Vet Chelsea- you're all awesome! =)

My kitty wasn’t eating or drinking after the visit at this location I took my cat home and started to really eat an drinking , the vet explained everything in detail, she broke down everything that was needed and needed to be done fir my cat I really appreciate her compassion and professionalism, I will continue taking my cat there , I recommend anyone who has a sick furry friend here ,, ????????????

Dr. Jimenez was wonderful with my treasured Anito Little Cat. My cat had a possible UTI and had to be examined. This could have been a difficult task with this cat. Instead Anito relaxed immediately upon being let out of his cage which is unusual for him. The doctor and staff member lovingly handled him and he let them do whatever they wanted while he remained relaxed and happy. They made a visit that could have been stressful into a wonderful relaxing experience. I know my cat will get the best care here. I'm making Dr. Jimenez his permanent veterinarian. They are very understanding when you in a tight budget, most vets dont go beyond like these guys. Much love for their patients pets and owners.

Today I reluctantly went to Bond Vet-Chelsea since I normally go to Bond Vet-Cobble Hill and it must have been meant to be because my experience was superb. Definitely 10/10. The vet was super knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly took her time to explain things to me and answer any/all of my questions. I truly can’t thank her enough for her guidance and patience with me today when I brought in my dog Toby. Thank you Bond Vet Chelsea and thank you Dr. Hering!

I absolutely love Bond Vet. Even though they opened up a new location nearby my home in the East Village, I still go to Chelsea because of the connections both my dog Lexie and I have fostered there. They take the most amazing care of my sweet girl- always being very gentle with her and making sure that she knows they are her friend. Lexie has also undergone dental surgery at Bond and I felt as though she was in the best possible hands. They are extremely easy to book appointments with, even last minute, and always easy to get on the phone for a quick question. Bond Vet is extremely transparent about pricing and and I never have felt pressured into anything, unlike some other vets. 10/10 on all accounts!

Bond Chelsea owes me a refund of $700, claimed that their client service manager would refund the payment right away but never did. I called, and had to visit the clinic for over half an hour to resolve this, still don’t have my refund back. It’s been a week. I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and urge you do not take their words at face value.

This was my first time visiting Bond Vet for my puppy. I was so pleased with my experience. I was able to be seen the same day I called. The staff was very friendly and pet friendly. The prices were reasonable. I liked the front desk reception. Very clean and they had some freebies for the fur babies. I was very pleased with how fast my dog was treated. Within the hour we were going back home. I will definitely be comeback again.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jimenez and Bond vet, no better place to trust with your furry fam! My dog has been under Dr. Jimenez's care for a good number of years now and her health and quality of life is great. Dr. Jimenez is so detailed at paying attention to everything my dog is exhibiting and finding the right solution. She also stays up on new medicines, treatments, and research so it's a great feeling when you can trust your vet so much with your loved ones health. The staff at Bond is also always so responsive, helpful, and lovely for all our needs.

Great first time appointment for my puppy! The clinic is extremely clean and fun! They have treats that you can grab for your puppy and everyone is very friendly. highly recommend!

Love this clinic! The staff have been nothing but friendly, efficient, and attentive, and my first visit only took 30 minutes total. The vet immediately identified the problem, which was that my cat's ear was infected, and sent me home with the right meds and cleaner. The staff was sweet and gentle with my kitty, and made sure to give her lots of compliments and treats! Highly recommend going to Bond Vet for your animal care needs.

The Bond Vet offices are clean and aesthetically pleasing - my nervous dog didn't even realize we were at the vet! All of the staff were pleasant and helpful and all services were explained to me up front. Bond Vet definitely takes the stress out of the vet experience.

I'm prefacing this by saying that nearly everyone we've seen at Bond has been excellent. They're quick and responsive in follow-up, easy to get an appointment with, and generally very caring. We take our dog to Bond Chelsea, and she's absolutely THRILLED to go to the vet (which speaks volumes), being sent home each time with a generous new haul of treats, and when we had the unfortunate experience of letting our cat pass several months ago, both the staff at Kips Bay and Chelsea were so kind to us along the way. Unfortunately, both of our appointments at Chelsea with our newly adopted kitten have been with one vet in particular who seems, in general, very unhappy and somewhat inappropriately eager to volunteer up her disdain. On our first visit she exasperatingly shared the company's inability to hire people because people were, as she described, 'lazily collecting free money from the government' rather than working, and went into detail about her own ailments and misery. We're all human and it's fine to vent, but it bled into her treatment of our cat, as well. She made it painfully clear that she was annoyed to be there, and seems not at all to be a compassionate animal lover or someone with the social skills to interact with humans who want to make sure their animals are ok. We had come in so happy with a healthy little kitten, and the vet seemed to want to focus on all of the hypothetical worst case scenarios that could and may eventually affect a cat throughout its lifespan. We saw her again today, and I tried not to be disappointed when she walked into the room, convincing myself maybe she just had a bad day last time, but she again seemed annoyed to be there - and annoyed that we were there- (our cat seems to have adverse side effects from a medication but we wanted her to be seen out of an abundance of caution). She was quick to turn the tone into blame of what we may have done wrong, threw around as many medical terms as possible, and was annoyed -complete with a sigh and an eyeroll - when I asked her for a simple summary in layman's terms so that I could understand the overwhelming about of info she was sharing. The team that was in there with her was wonderful, and the gentleman at the front desk, who assisted me with noting the account that we'd like not to see that vert again, was very kind as well. We switched to Bond Vet from our previous vet for the convenience of location and their reasonable pricing, and do love the cleanliness and general kindness of the majority of the staff. However, vet appointments still aren't cheap, and it feels deflating to have your vet speak to you as if you're a stupid, unfit pet parent who's only burdening the vet with further inconvenience at the job they seem to hate, and then hand over your credit card for a few hundred dollars.

Bond Street is a fantastic option for pet emergencies, given their flexible scheduling (walk-ins), extensive hours (open 365 days a year), transparency, and excellent veterinarians (we've seen two different vets, most recently Dr. McLaughlin, and both were extremely knowledgeable and caring). Bonus points for the waiting area, which is clean and modern (with all-natural doggy treats to boot).

The staff was very nice, and you can go into the appointment with your pet which is much nicer than most other places due to Covid.

Such a great, caring team. They always take their time to explain everything and my dog absolutely loves all the staff because they put her at her ease.

Beyond the beautiful office, the staff are true stars. From the booking process through the payment process, I felt valued and received the best service. Dr Hering was warm and friendly, took her time to get to know my pet, and made recommendations to give my dog with Addison’s disease a more holistic treatment plan and higher quality of life. I’m so glad I have this vet when I’m away from home. THANK YOU!

We have been taking both of our cats here for years and they're amazing. Very knowledgeable and nurturing, good vibes all around. Their pricing is reasonable for the quality and their availability is often good for same or next day appointments (and if not they have several offices around nyc). Fast and easy booking online, minimal wait time before appointments and they always approve every procedure, medicine, etc. with you before doing them. I can't say enough good things about Bond. Your pet will be in good hands here.

I took my cat son to Bond Vet today for a checkup and we loved it! Very calm, relaxing environment for this anxious pet mama and my sweet boy. Had to go here for an emergency visit today. The staff/doctor was super nice, flexible, helpful and reassuring in my situation. The offices were gorgeous and very modern and got a few great treats for my pup! Definitely would love to come back here again.

My partner & I live in Denver but are RVing across the mid-Atlantic and southeast for 3 months. Our lab mix sweet rescue dog was clearly dealing with some sort of ear issue - we googled the closest vet to ParkSlope, Brooklyn where we were staying for a week. That vet was too busy & recommended Bond Vet. SO happy they did. Let me tell you, we visited the Chelsea office because they had the quickest SAME DAY opening they slipped us into. They were efficient, fairly priced (compared to what we’re used to in Denver) & gave our girl lots of love & great care & taught me exactly what to do w/ her meds for the next week. ???????????? Highly recommend them & would come back again!
