I was absolutely heart broken and didn't know what to do after losing my pet (at home). Thankfully the person I got on the phone totally consoled me and helped me figure out what next steps I should take. I cannot thank you enough for picking up the phone that day and being so kind in a very uncomfortable situation. He deserves the world. Thank you so much for everything. I can't remember his name but I hope you see this and know you were the best.

I take both my dog and cat here! We've been coming here with since they opened. I tried a couple of other clinics before and those appointments were always rushed. Dr. Dhaliwal cares about the animals and he always takes the time to answer my questions! Appointments never feel rushed. Shoutout to Tina and Eden, they've amazing as well. Super knowledge and very kind. Prices have been reasonable as well.

Great vet place I've been bringing my dogs here for years. Due to covid restrictions only one customer can be inside at a time, even if it's 2 owners that come who are living in the same household so just keep that in mind when visiting.

Great team, cannot recommend enough! Brought my 5 month old puppy in outside of her checkups because I was worried she swallowed a sock. They saw her right away and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Successfully got the sock out without requiring surgery. Very thankful!!! They are honest, caring and extremely knowledgeable! The best.

Dr. Dhaliwal is an excellent Veterinarian. He is calm around the animals and takes his time and waits for the animal to destress. I highly recommend his services.

Not the best experience I have had with a vet clinic. I went in for a regular check up for my cat expecting the normally outrageous checkup up bill of 70$ that is pretty standard across the board. Thats not the problem. After 5 minutes of dropping my cat off and driving down the road, i get a call claiming the check up is done and that all is good. The vet then told me they would take out the matting (fur clumps) without telling me they would charge. Upon arrving to pick my cat, the clerk added 20+tax for "doing a full brush and removing all the mats". Well, as I sit here right now writing, petting my cat, I can feel about 10 clumps of fur. So not only did they not tell me they would charge for this "serivice", im not even confident they did it. Also, what exactly consitutes a 5 minute physical check up? Id spend any amount for my cat, but I dont like being ripped off. I feel like the 100+ dollars that left my account went to nothing.

The staff here are wonderful, very helpful, and extremely knowledgable. Highly recommend them! Also their pricing is among the most reasonable in the Ottawa/Hull area.

I was here for a rabies vaccine and deworming medicine. I just got my puppy new who was vet checked by her breeder and given a clean bill of health just before she came to me. So why does she need to be vet checked again when she only needed vaccine and deworming? $70 for vet check, then plus vaccine and deworming I paid $119. For a puppy that's as healthy as a lion. I asked if this vet check is done every time I make a visit ant veterinarian says yes, well I won't be going here again. Won't throw away rent money and be homeless, I will find another clinic for next visits

Walkley Animal Hospital has the most amazing and caring staff I have ever met. I have coming to this clinic with my dog for a few years now and ever since I brought her, I have been nothing but happy and thankful for them! They care for my dog with so much compassion and kindness. Dr. Dhaliwal is an incredible veterinarian and he really cares about what he does. My dog gets very nervous but he always know how to keep her calm and make her as comfortable as she can be. He really takes his time with her when we do vet visits which I always appreciate. The ladies in the front are always so nice and very professional. They know how much my girl means to me and honestly, I could not be more thankful to have my dog be in the best hands when I am there. The clinic is extremely clean and they always answer my calls and questions very quickly! I recommend them 100%!! Thank you Dr. Dhaliwal and the staff at Walkley Animal Hospital!

The vet is super with my insane cat.

I went to this vet since it seems to be high rated. But I had the worst service ever! Its a new vet for me and I had booked time to have my cat's claws trimmed and to go through her diet. When I show up, they only did my cat's claws and refused the consultation for her diet! Saying I had to go to my reg vet. But this new vet is much closer to my house. Anyhows I asked the woman why didnt she tell me that over the phone. I would went somewhere else. Even tho there was no one at the vet, they still didnt try to help me cuz vet said it would go over other apt. I was there alone!!! Ill NEVER return there EVER again! If they cant do a service they should say it over the phone and not wait until the client arrives. So frustrating

Almost two weeks ago, I had to have my 20 1/2 years old cat euthanized. Dr. Dhaliwal, and his staff were very caring and compassionate. The empathy they showed me has made my loss bearable. I highly recommend Dr. Dhaliwal, and his staff, and thank them for their moral support.
