The staff are kind and professional.

My otherwise very healthy cat just got diagnosed with diabetes. They were absolutely fabulous in helping me deal through this unexpected event. Pinot is doing well even though he's quite anxious. This experience has not been traumatic for him (or me!) thanks to the wonderful staff. Many, many thanks!

Highly recommend this place. Even if they are having a busy day, they will try to give you a place. Always nice on the phone even if you call multiple time a day.

Awful experiences here with both my dogs. This office was only interested in the health of my dog once I had already received care elsewhere. They wouldn't see my dog because she wasn't considered a regular patient of theirs...Once she was diagnosed with a very rare serious condition else where, that required lots of medication and follow up, is when they started reaching out asking to see her. Unfortunately this office has conditional care and regard for animals. This was the experience that made us decide to never return, along with many other awful ones to list along the way. STEER CLEAR!! Find yourself a vet that cares for your pet personally not one only looking for opportunity to make $$.

Excellent service. Hardly any wait time. Very trusting and they spend the time with you to explain every detail and every option. We love Dr Lucy and she has 100% of our trust and have followed her from her previous location to Greenbank despite the fact that it is now 45 minutes away.

Person over the phone was somewhat rude when i reached out. Called to have my pup to get looked at since he is very sick right now and wanted to enroll them with the hospital but was bluntly shut down to go somewhere else since they dont accept new clients anymore. Wow, Compassionate? Not really.

They were very pleasant and helpful. Their service is currently full but I could tell they were truly regretful and wanted to help. I will keep trying as they are close by and I have heard great feedback on them.

Went there last night with my dog who had an allergic attack with urticaria that developed in minutes. Dr didnt even bother to come out and look at the animal for 1 sec, they told me through receptionist to go to another facility, such as Altavista hospital, 30-40 min drive. They will probably say they don't do emergencies. Correct. But what if it was an anaphilactic attack for example with respiratory distress? Where is your ethics? Completely shocked and dissapointed.

I asked if the performed any sugery on my animal without consent. I recieved no answer. I believe they attempted to harm dog maliciously. Then they sent me a virus to wipe out an email.

The staff is professional and friendly. They treated my pet well. The verts give you so much useful information about how best to care for your pet. Highly recommend them

Great staff, saved my dogs life.

We have brought all of our animals here (3 cats and a dog) since we got them, and I will never take them anywhere else. We recently had to put down our almost ten year old dog after a month of extensive tests and medications to try to find the cause of his symptoms. Dr. Petroff and the rest of the staff at Greenbank Animal Hospital were absolute rockstars through this difficult time, and offered us nothing but the upmost professionalism and compassion. I will continue to recommend this animal hospital to anyone who has pets.

They do great work and are really friendly, even with the whole COVID situation. We've been taking our dog there since we moved to Barrhaven and she even loves going.

I had to put down my dog and the vet and technicians were very compassionate during the procedure. The next week I received a condolence card in the mail from them with 2 cards that had my dogs paw prints on them. It’s so nice to have that little piece of him

They took excellent care of our little dog's procedure, both pre and post op. Took extra time to check with us on her progress and we had a great result.
