The staff at Tenth Line are exceptional. They give lots of information about what's going on with your pet. They make sure you understand and answer any questions you might have about the treatment. They're very kind and caring with their patients and supportive of their owners during difficult times.

I am a very old client of Tenth Line. I have a lot of pets and I have experienced serval hospitals in town. I would not say this hospital is the best veterinarian, but it definitely on the top list. Staff are super responsible and warm. They welcome you with their charming smile and greeting for every visit. Doctors are extremely professional. They give my pets excellent treatments and professional suggestions all the time. You deserve five stars! I will stay with you

I find this vet to be very high throughput. Each time we go, everyone is in a rush to get to the next "patient" and the Dr does not take the time to explain things or offer options. Our dog was diagnosed with diabetes here but they vet did not follow up properly to ensure it was controlled or to determine a proper dose of insulin (eg monitor a glucose curve). Also, they are regularly out of supplies like insulin, prescription food, and syringes. We are quite happy at our new yet.

We had to do the hardest thing we've ever had to do in my life this Saturday and that was to put my dog to sleep. Dr. Patel helped us through this very tough time, his kindness, empathy and the support of his staff will always be remembered. Hazel was a patient for just a few years only but I can tell you that Dr. Patel and his team working for this clinic are phenomenal. Also, they were very patient when we asked them that we would like to spend more time to say the final goodbye to our dog. They did give us more time for the final moments with our dog which may have affected their schedule and I would like to apologize all those people who had to wait longer for their appointments. I highly recommend them, very professional and honest. Thank you Dr. Patel for helping me through this difficult time. Hope to see you in the future with a new furry family member, may take some time but eventually I think we will.

When my cat became ill I was told she needed emergency attention. After reaching out to all the emergency vets in the city and expecting a 5+ hour wait, I decided to call this vet and they were able to see me the same day even though they were booked and stayed after hours to finish up. I've recently had to return for another issue and was able to book an appointment online for the next day. Dr. Patel and every vet tech and staff member I've met have been kind, friendly, empathetic and efficient. I also found the prices reasonable and fair. I already had a vet but I won't be going back. Tenth Line Animal Hospital and Dr. Patel offer better care than I've received elsewhere for my pets.

My last visit to this place. I waited one hour in my car. I gave up and cancelled my "appointment". Why bother taking an appointment if they dont respect their schedule. I don't recommend this clinic. Really horrible planning!

I took my chinchilla Chico to 10th Line Animal Hospital earlier today for a respiratory issue. They fit him in the same day we called, and the service was fast and friendly. Dr. Patel was extremely nice and knew what he was talking about. The price was reasonable, too. I really recommend!

Amazing, professional, caring service. My guinea pig injured his eye and we couldn't get him in anywhere. Our regular vet couldn't see him for at least 6 weeks and just told us to "wait" and because it wasn't life threatening the 24-hour emergency clinic couldn't see him right away. When I called the team at Tenth Line Animal Hospital to see if they did emergency services for exotic pets, they were able to see him the next day. I know some people don't see pocket pets' veterinary needs the same as cats or dogs, but the team at Tenth Line Animal Hospital took my concerns seriously and provided my little piggy with amazing care. Within 24 hours of having started his antibiotics his eye looked so much better. I live in the west-end and will drive the 40 minutes to bring my pets to this clinic.

So many better more compassionate vets out there. The vet over books themselves so youre stuck waiting 20 mins to an hour in a hot car with your baby. I had my cats eye misdiagnosed (aka there was nothing wrong but thanks for making us pay for a script) We lost our one year old healthy fully vaccinated, spayed cat after the vet telling us she will be fine. When we asked to have our records sent to a new vet they took their sweet time doing so and kept making excuses and being difficult about it. Some of the staff are nice but this whole set up is whack. You can’t go in with your pet because they book 5-6 people in one time slot. I don’t recommend this place at all.

My elderly Cat needed tooth extraction surgery. I was greeted with compation by the staff, they made me feel very confortable. The doctor was very professional, clear and answered all my questions about the procedure and even called to update me 1/2 way through the surgery. Everything when very well and the price was allot better then expected! I recomend 100% Thank you!

They are really caring and hard working here. They accepted my cat last minute because I knew something was off and they did all the testing for me.

The vet tech and doctor took great care of my rat's abcess as well as my dog's abcess (two separate visits). They were able to take us in on very short notice and provided excellent care. A huge thank you for taking care of my Fergus and Chaos!!!

My 5 years old bichon became ill. Her vet wouldn't take her (even if they stated they did emergency). I was sent to the emergency hospital (who were going to charge me $1800 for blood work, x-ray and rehydration). I had to call several clinics. I knew she had a blocage and needed x-ray. I was able to have a appointement pretty fast at Tenth Line Animal Hospital . Dr Patel did an x-ray as soon as we showed up . We found out there was a blocage. We tried antibiotiques but unfortunetaly, it was too late and Victoria had to be put to sleep a couple of days later. Dr Patel and his team were amazing and very compassionate. They let us time to say goodbye to our beloved puppy. Someday when we are ready, we will get another dog, and we will definitely go to this clinic.

They say they examine birds but I would never take another bird here ever again. The vet apparently "couldn't see" the lice on my bird even though they're big and obvious enough that they can be caught on camera. Then he apparently tried to pick one off to examine it under a microscope, he got one but claimed it was too fast to see and then they had the audacity to charge me an additional $60 for that. He prescribed 2 doses of a medication that hasn't helped at all with the problem. I'm sure hes a great vet for cats and dogs but do not bring any "exotic" pets here, go to Lynnwood instead where the vets actually have proper training for them.

Love Dr. Patel and his staff. Fast and friendly. My dog cries to see him and his staff. Love the fact you can book an appointment online usually within 24 hours. Making it easier on my "great" memory.

I would highly suggest not to take your animal here. This clinic does not care about your animal, they only care about your money, and this is clearly evidenced by our experience!! My mom recently took her new cat here for his first vaccinations and to be neutered. Prior to his surgery, SHE had to call just to get basic information to prepare him for his surgery. My mother was already given the set price before his surgery; however, when she called the day before his appointment the receptionist listed several additional costs, such as an IV and blood work; this was not disclosed to her before, and we would have never known about these costs unless we called, or until the day of his appointment. We told the receptionist that we didn't understand why he would need additional $300 bloodwork when we already took him the week before for an examination and blood work. Also, how is an IV not included in the $400+ cost of his surgery? Moreover, what happened after his surgery is what concerns me the most. Our cat was handed over to us without his cone placed on him. Instead, it was put beside him in his carrier, and we had to spend a good 15 minutes when we got home trying to hold him down in order to securely place it around his head. We were also given ZERO post-op instructions. I have two cats myself and I know this is not standard procedure. Basically, they took our money and handed us our cat and left it to us to "figure it out." We were not told anything about how to care for him, how to administer his meds, how long he has to wear his e-collar for. We were told nothing. We didn't even get a piece of paper with post-op care instructions!!! Furthermore, the day after his surgery we noticed yellow discharge all over the area and called immediately asking if we could send a photo to see if we should bring him to the hospital or not. The girl on the phone seemed like she couldn't care less, and although she said they would look at the photo and get back to us, we never heard back from them. When I called my cats' vet, however, they took a look at the photo and called us back immediately. My mom is not even a client there and yet they genuinely cared and took the time to look at the photo even though their clinic didn't perform the surgery!!! After these incidents we evidently transferred vets... I cannot fathom how a vet clinic does not have the competence or decency to provide post-op instructions, and follow up with a client when they are concerned about a potential infection after surgery. After spending nearly $1,000 in a matter of a week this is apparently the type of care you get. UPDATE: We ended up receiving a call back after a couple hours from the vet regarding our concern of a potential infection. He was helpful, and he gave us post-op instructions, but this was only after we asked and took the imitative to call a day after.... this should have been done before we went home the day prior. We were also told they had trouble putting on the cone themselves and this is why it was in the carrier...... which is still absurd as the e-collar is an integral part of the recovery process and if they are the professionals and they couldn't put it on themselves, how are we expected to? Also, the vet told us that the post-up instructions were on the invoice, but they were not... the invoice was simply an invoice. I am assuming it is the front desk's responsibility to ensure instructions are given with the invoice, and as such I do not blame the vet for this.

Dr Patel has recently helped save the live of an adopted cat from Furry Tales Cat Rescue. The owner had been to another clinic and was quoted 3000.00 to 5000.00 for service. Dr Patel worked to save his life even though they were closed and did so at a fraction of the cost. This saved the cat from being euthanized or surrendered . Well done.

The staff were all very friendly and they did not over charge. I went to another animal hospital first that wanted to charge way more for the same services. They also provided updates on his condition which were very reassuring.

The staff at the clinic are absolutely fantastic. The professional and the care provided to our pets is remarkable. This is my first time that I have received help beyond my expectations and because of the vet and his team interventions that my cat survived and I am very grateful for it! I was not even charged for the additional care. It is without any doubt that I strongly recommend the Tenth Line Animal Hospital.
