Pretty good selection of cat toys. Of all the fun "critters" Pet Smart sells, I wish they had Mini Lop rabbits for sale....they are great pets.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They leave fish listed that they don't always have and there's always a risk of snail infestation, especially if you get live plants. There are never enough cashiers for the line length. The location is great for me, and the dog and cat supplies are excellent. They also usually have plenty of pocket pets and cats for adoption, and they offer doggie daycare, grooming, obedience classes, and veterinary services.

Bought 2 hermit crabs, didn't think much of them being in their shells at the store. Got them home, left them in their new environment for a few hours and noticed no movement. Well, they're dead and I'm almost positive they were sold to me dead. Will be back tomorrow for a refund.

Had what I needed, only reason for not 5 stars was they don't price match online and I am willing to pay extra to a brick and mortar but $5 extra seems a bit pricey on a $20 in store $15 online seems a bit much. Otherwise helpful staff clean store.

The store is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The groomers are kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. Prices are affordable. A wide range of services are offered. *If you have a Senior companion I highly recommended Amanda*
