Beautiful facility with very caring staff, they were wonderful during such a difficult time. They are not well equipped to handle a giant breed dog, which was difficult to witness (gurney and door opening too small, dog almost fell off gurney), but I also understand that my dog is not the norm. Otherwise it was a really great experience, affordable, and would definitely use them again!

Beautiful facility and extremely friendly and patient staff. There are multiple private rooms with a pedestal and light music to view your pet if needed. The options for cremation are very easy to understand and fairly priced (which are posted online). Pet passages also offer additional rememberance options beyond an urn or pouch, that other crematoriums do not always offer.

They were so kind and responsive after the passing of our Josie. We can’t say enough positive things about the service including the beautiful box and paw and nose prints.

The team at Pet Passages could not be better suited to the work that they do. Their mix of professionalism and caring made a truly heart breaking day bearable. The facility is warm and inviting and the staff manage somehow to give you space to grieve and support you - I have no idea how they do it but it is a gift on that day that none of us want to plan for.

The extras really made a difference, and we were lucky enough to not be in a crisis situation so that we could take in the experience with love and support by others. Accessible 24/7 and very kind and comforting. Accommodating. A very nice way to give us closure upon the tragic sudden loss of our pet.

I was not going to leave any review. Shortly after my beloved Gus of 16 years passed and was cremated at Pet Passages, I received an email, not offering condolences as I was still grieving but requesting I leave them a good review. May I suggest giving pet parents a little more time before you intrude and remind them of this devasting time. Perhaps at least a month would be good. I received Gus's ashes in a nice wooden box with "Gus" engraved on the top. The gentleman greeting me showed no compassion for the moment and simply treated it as a business transaction (which I suppose is what it is for them). Upon reading Gus' final documents, they listed as "calico" when it is clear it should be "tortoise shell" It makes me sad because as I read all the other reviews, it seems most people were giving compassion. I, however did not get so much as a "sorry for your loss"

Brian helped ease the loss of Trixie Yellowlab with Door Bell Vet at our home. He and Kim continued their great work during the private viewing ,urn selection & send off. Trixie was only away from her family half a day. Thank you so much.

I am glad to share my experience: it was wonderful. At a time when my emotions were high, the people at Pet Passages made it as easy as this difficult thing can be. I’d chosen them ahead of time after researching prices. I called when the time came, and they took over for me, lifting my 75# dog from my car and carrying her on a stretcher into a private room where I could quietly say my final goodbyes. I wasn’t pressured to buy anything extra, and my credit card was accepted quietly; I didn’t want to talk. Later I picked up her ashes and received a sympathy card with her paw print - a very thoughtful gesture. I don’t hesitate in recommending Pet Passages.

Pet Passages did a beautiful job with the process for our beloved cat! From the kindness to the staff to the memorable keepsakes they made a sad occurance feel comfoting and special. I would recommend Pet Passages to everyone and will include them in our final decisions for our other fur babies.

Pet Passages was very compassionate, considerate and thoughtful during a difficult time. They, along with Laps of Love gave our dog Cody the dignity of being able to pass at home. We would certainly recommend both of them to anyone who’s pet is failing and ready to go to the Rainbow Bridge. We now have a beautiful memorial in honor of Cody at our home that wouldn’t have been as special without them. We had such a positive experience, that when Copper our rabbit at the nursing home where I work passed away unexpectedly, we called upon Pet Passages to assist us with his final resting place too. I can’t say enough about them. They provide a wonderful service for us grieving pet parents. I sincerely thank them and am so glad they were there in our time of need -Two best friends who made many senior citizens smile at the nursing home-together again

We lost our pet suddenly, and discovered Pet Passages in a Google search. Kim and the staff were sooooo professional and caring. They guided us through the process with care & compassion. Losing a pet, a member of the family, is never easy. We got our kitty back the next day, and his urn and remembrance cards were absolutely beautiful. Thank you again!

Pet Passages is very professional and I mean that in the best way. Losing a beloved pet causes a particular kind of deep sadness. These people totally get that and do everything possible to help in any way they can. Thank you to the guy from Pet Passages who came to pick up the body of my beloved boy. This place..... My babies Max & Norman passed. My hearts and my soul.... They made this time in our life so much easier. Such sweet people... caring and loving. Such a blessing to have a place like this. They literally are so comforting and get the job done. No question asked they do everything they can to make this hard time as easy as possible. We had our babies picked up from our home and then mailed back. 2 days and they were back with us. Excellent establishment & excellent people! Highly recommend! Our paths crossed recently with Pet Passages when we lost our precious dog Bailey of 14 years. When I made the initial phone call, I was greeted by Andrea who was so kind. When we arrived with our fur baby, Andrea immediately walked up and gave me a comforting hug. I needed that because my heart was broken. We can’t thank Pet Passages enough for the care and concern we received during this extremely difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Pet Passages took great care of my baby Kaiser. I received his nose and paw ink print in addition to a beautiful box with his name on it. My baby was ready to come home in two days. I had to put down my 150 lb. Rottie, who could not walk anymore, and I didn't know how i was going to get her to the vet. Then someone told me that there are companies that will come to your house, that's when I found Pet Passages. I can't say enough about how wonderful Pet Passages is! They made a traumatic experience much easier on both me and my dog. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Staff is absolutely wonderful and caring. They gave me time in a separate room so I could say my goodbyes. I left trusting they would take good care of my loved one and they did just that. The packages they offer are great and not overpriced. I wouldn't take my pet anywhere else.

Great service. I got my pet back quickly and in a beautiful box
