Great staff, they really care about your pets!

Thrilled by my experience at NAH! They always take such good care of my kitten Emerson. Everyone is so knowledgeable and attentive. The front desk is always welcoming and friendly. The first time I was in, Dr. Mclaughlin & Jodie took such good care of my pet and made me feel at ease about Emmy's first vaccines!

Dr. McLaughlin has been caring for my golden retriever for about 5 years. In that time, he has consistently shown his compassion for her, particularly as she has become increasingly arthritic with advancing age. His thoroughness while examining her is superb. His treatment plan is always thoughtfully considered and well explained. Dr. McLaughlin is a great veterinarian and a really nice person. His vet techs are excellent too.

We cannot say enough about Dr. McLaughlin and the wonderful staff. Josefina, Tom, the ever so patient staff that took so many, many calls. Thank you so much for the many years of patience and caring of our beloved Cappy.

Used to like this vet, but they badly missed a diagnosis on my dog and his liver numbers. Went back almost monthly for over a year trying to figure out what was wrong - Dr's at NAH said the liver number wasn't alarming and didn't think that was the issue. Finally took my dog to another vet, where they requested the old test results from NAH. Once they looked at them, they said they disgreed with NAH vets and that the liver number should be treated - my dog was better within 2 days. He had spent nearly a year being misdiagnosed, and undergone numerous tests and panels, only to find that the answer was something we knew originally but NAH didn't want to treat. Very disappointed that my dog suffered for a year before getting properly cared for.

Very warm and friendly staff. Prkchop vet was very nice and took good care of her, and explained things very well; Dr. Wolf ????

The staff go above and beyond to provide care for the animals and are compassionate to the animal owners.

Great vet care clinic. I appreciate that they have a portal with your pet’s information and the staff is easy to work with as they’re thoughtful on how to help with prices and such. The vet, Dr. Wolf, is very attentive and gives great recommendations when you have questions about your pet. Even though I haven’t been able to go in, I’m not worried as they call throughout the visit to ensure you know what they’re doing. I will say it’s pretty pricey, but I feel that everywhere I go around here is. This place just seems great, so it’s worth it.

Norwalk Animal Hospital is one of the best vets in the area. They are knowledgeable, credible and overall honest. We were very pleased by their services and they do an amazing job.

To put it simply your pets are family and Norwalk Animal Hospital treat you like family they care as much as you do. Would recommend anyone with a family pet we've been going to them for years.

My husband and I would like to thank Dr. Mc Laughlin , Tom and the rest of the team at Norwalk Animal Hospital for the exceptional dental care given to our miniature poodle, Jemma. Dr. Mc Laughlin provided us with an extensive amount of information regarding the dental procedure and aftercare Jemma would need for her recovery. We were also given a packet with written instructions, lab values, and X-rays to to home.

Needed international travel certificate. Great service and good price.

My vet for 9 years ,they are involved with today's economy and they don't push you for exams your pet don't really need it

Came here for the first time after moving to the area for a check up with my dog, and we had a great experience. We were seen quickly, the Vet was excellent, in and out without issue. Then the next day received a courteous follow up asking how my dog was doing. Will definitely be back for future Vet visits!

We just got our puppy and our experience has been amazing. The Dr. answered all my questions and we got a call the next day to see how she was feeling after she received her shots. Everyone is extremely caring.

After using a cheaper clinic I decided my 3 dogs needed more attentive care and I needed a more reliable and responsive service. Norwalk Animal Hospital is great. Examinations are attentive to both the animal and the owner. I had minimal wait time, all my questions were answered, and I received additional information as well. Their procedures for social distancing during Covid-19 are wonderful and their website provides all the services I could want plus helpful articles and a community blog. They really make the whole process as easy as possible and it gives me a lot less to worry about.

Love them. They are so attentive, empathetic and helpful. My pup Sam had respiratory issues. I wasn't pressed to do any unnecessary testing and Dr. McLaughlin gave the right meds to conquer her her horrible cough- even going as far as going back to his office after hours to get her the meds she needed! A wonderful vet, highly recommended!

I made an appointment for my 8 week doberman pup, Nala last Tuesday on the day of the storm and due to power outage, the Norwalk Animal Hospital was unable to reach me. I received a call from an employee 4 days after they restored power and they were able to reschedule me ASAP. Nala met Dr. Tom Brown. He was very sweet and gentle with her and answered all of my questions thoroughly! He provided booklets with information on pet insurance and they even threw in treats for Nala! On top of this, provided me with a free sample of flea & tick monthly chewable and heart-worm chewable. Thank you so much! I am happy to say this is now Nala's hospital and doctor. =) Very happy and healthy pup!!!
