Great experience. I'm usually very anxious about finding a new place my puppy. I highly recommend it. Rob is courteous and has a nice demeanor which its a plus for my anxious puppy. I was very please with the service and the grooming. Very trustworthy environment!

Called in today to inquire about pricing and services yes they are cheap but he’s telling me the right cut for my dog… “oh it cold out I have to think of the dog…” - umm you don’t know how I live- don’t tell me what’s right for my dog. People don’t want a lecture when getting their dog groomed they are looking for seamless - good quality with little effort hence why your being paid to do it. Instead I will bring her to My groomer in Manhattan , always easier was just trying to save a drive to the upper east side.

I brought my puppy for the first time for a puppy cut and was very pleased with the outcome! She looks gorgeous! If perfection exists, it is here at Tails-a-wag'n (and for $5 less than other places).

This is the 2nd time I take my puppy to T -a-W and Im truly happy with the outcome owner is very professional and does exactly what you ask for. Prices are reasonable and the new colognes that he's using smell greeeeeat!!

While my kid was at the gym next door, I walked in with my Chow Chow for a quick pricing - ended up leaving 20 minutes having been hands on schooled on how to groom him myself by Robert. He is a dog whisperer. The man knows what he is doing. His energy and aura was very soothing and familiar. Let me just say when my fury baby walks by his shop, he tries to go in! I'm gonna go out on a limb and say he had a good experience. So this is a review from my chow as well.. Oh and I didn't even say how my furry baby came out 3 shades lighter with his fur perfectly trimmed with a huge smile. He seemed like he didn't want to leave actually lol. ***As well, I WAS NOT asked to leave a review*** Thank you Robert! See you in a month!

I have been taking my Furrbaby to Rob for several years and my baby loves him. If she loves him, so do I! He has a great personality and the greatest of patience, not only with Lola, but with me as well ????????. He has accommodated me on many occasions when I haven’t been able to keep my appointment. He has a great attitude and always has a smile on his face! Yes Rob, mommy and Lola love the way you cut my hair! See you soon.... ????

Robert has been grooming my poodle for almost 13 years. He is the best around, when my dog was a puppy and had an ear infection I was afraid to put his ear drops because the dog was very scared. Robert helped me everyday to put them and make sure my puppy was good. He is very professional, friendly and the most important my dog is very comfortable with him.

My dog is a jittery type. First time we were there she was bloting for the door. When l picked her up she was definitely more at ease...which means that she liked it. By the way the owner is quite nice n knowledgeable.

My family and I have been going to Rob (Bobby) for over 35 years. Excellent groomer, trustworthy, kind and honest individual. He has always taken excellent care of our Shih Tzus and I never have to worry about my dog's safety, like some of the horror stories you hear on the news. One of my little guys is a rescue and hates to be groomed, he can get a little aggressive, Bobby is nothing, but kind and patient with him and my dogs look amazing when he's finished with them. I highly recommend him!

I give Robert 5 stars because every time I leave my 4 - legged baby there he always comes out looking and smelling amazing! Rob has been grooming my furry baby for almost 11 years now, he is the best, most patient groomer in the world. He has become more than just a groomer, we consider him a friend. We have been customers for over 20 years and would never change groomers. Actually, I feel like family and all of my dogs always run to the door to get inside. When your pets loves someone, trust is automatic and forever! We have been going to Rob for over 20 years, our dogs run to his front door because they love him so much. He is the only person, other than immediate family, who can handle one of our little dogs. He does a beautiful job grooming them - they always come home spotless and as if they should be on the cover of Dog Fancy.

I have been bringing my dog Emma to Rob for over 8 years now. I had tried to bring her to places that were closer to where I lived but I could never get her back in the shop after the first time. Then someone recommended Tails A Wag'n and since I have started bringing her she never gives me any problem when it's time to bring her. She goes in happily. Rob is wonderful with her and she always looks so beautiful and well groomed after I pick her up. I wouldn't bring Emma anywhere else. He is an excellent groomer and loves the animals as if they were his own.

I have been bringing my dogs to Bob for over 20 years. He is the best most considerate and kind person with the dogs. He has always been very attentive to anything that he can see in the dog and makes sure that he tells you. He is a friend and my dogs all have loved him One of them Misha even used to get himself in the cage , that I called Mishas Suite!!!

Over the 20+ years we've had 4 Yorkies and they've all been taken care of by Robert - the "dog whisperer" of groomers. Always on a 1-to-1, your dog will be groomed by the same person eliminating the stress of not knowing whose turn it will be to handle your pet. Professional yet friendly and familial.
