Dr. Santiago and her Vet Technicians have always been the best is serving the health and needs of my pets (all cats). They were also compassionate when it came time to send them over the Rainbow ???? Bridge when the time came for them to go. Thank you. Love you all. ❤

Failures, absolute failures. Also for any complaints don't waste your time on the administrator who is a colleague of the staff, just reach out to the main organization which is community veterinary partners.

I arrived and called at 1:53 pm no answer. I left at 2:24pm because I had to be elsewhere. When someone finally answered, she asked “well did you called”. I think I called more than enough times. A lady arrived 20 minutes after me and walked in. I followed protocol and was not seen. Now I have to wait another month for an appointment. Hopefully I can find another vet clinic with an earlier appointment.

I can't say this Veterinarian office is the cheapest or biggest bang for the buck. That's not the point. In my opinion we have pets and seek medical care for them when they NEED IT, because they need us to be good stewards. Anything less is abusive, at least failing. Yet, I grew up with the idea that you don't go to a vet for anything serious because you won't be able to afford it. Well I'm 42 and I can afford it. These people were/are very professional. Brianna in the front office is sharp and wastes no time. Before this week I have been going to another area Veterinarian Office for my 18 year, 4 month old Jack Russell Terrior, cats and turtles.....and I am happy with them. But for my chickens I have been to a few in the Hudson Valley, with inconsistent lack luster service. West End has been unquestionably the best, most accommodating (morning drop off!), professional Veterinarian yet. I was even told by one of the "Gaudian" establishments in Dutchess/Putnam Co. area, to go here.

I bring my exotics here and no one is phased. They are all very good

It's about their med prices and attitude. I paid $54 for meds that cost $8.40 at Chewy.com

I recently visited this office with my exotic animal. The first I need to mentioned that the office has very good organization due to COVID-19 precaution. The office is very clean, staff are very friendly. Dr. Santiago is very polite, very knowledgeable and very attentive to my questions. In her arms my pet was completely safe. She very quickly solved our problems and gave a lot of helpful advice. The price was absolutely reasonable. I am very happy that found this vet clinic and defenetly will recommend my friends. Thank you for your good work.

My experience with West End was amazing!!! They were so extremely gentle with my new kitten; even feeding her to distract her while drawing necessary blood... which was a huge sucess!!! My older cat didnt even flinch when receiving his shot. They were kind, gentle... and overall amazing!!!

I brought my bunny to them since she was not eating her food. She needed to have her teeth filed down since they were pointy and digging into her tongue. They took very good care of her and I felt very comfortable leaving her there for her procedure. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone

Definitely a positive experience from my first phone call. Very professional and courteous staff. A pleasure to meet Dr. Santiago, and staff, who were very capable and caring as they handled my parrot for the first time. I did not feel rushed at all, and Dr. Santiago was more than willing to answer any questions I might have had. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Carter is an extremely reluctant patient and the staff, technicians and doctor handle both Carter and me with care and patience.

My 12 yr old dog has Cushings Disease and West End Vet has been great in taking care of him. Been to other vets but none compare to West End Vet. Highly recommend West End Vet if you want the best care for your pet.

I brought my bird to West End Veterinary Office when she showed signs of being very sick. The staff was professional. They explained to me that they had patients ahead of me but assured me they would get to me as soon as possible which they did sooner than l expected. Dr. Santiago explained to me my bird's condition and was very thorough in her instructions for me. I am very grateful to the doctor, to John and Evelyn and the others whose names l didn't get to know. They were all so supportive. I highly recommend this office. And by the way, my bird is doing so much better!

I drove two hours to visit Dr Santiago for my hen Iris who has reproductive issues. The staff and I had spoken a week prior. I mostly dealt with Evelyn. They were so extremely friendly and answered my multitude of questions over the course of several days. They were able to provide an appointment for me just a week later. The office management is extremely efficient, emailing the paperwork, sending email reminders and confirmations, and overall very well equipped and organized. The office is very covid safe. You wait in your car and everything is over the phone. A staff member came out to take her in. She was brought in and examined. Dr Santiago called after the exam and explained what she wanted to do. She is so kind and took time to answer all of my questions. You can tell that she is very experienced and knows what she is doing! Everything went smoothly, Iris was treated, brought back out and we were sent home with medication and follow-up instructions. A few days later, the office called to check in to see how Iris was doing, and they again took the time to answer my follow up questions. I wouldn't hesitate to return, especially when Iris needs her procedure again. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to continuing Iris's care here for this particular issue that she is dealing with.

Great staff. Excellent care. They truly care about your animal... Dr. Santiago is OUTSTANDING. Also, the prices are very fair . NO HIDDEN SURPRISES !
