Everyone is always so caring and friendly I couldn’t ask for a better group to go to for my pets.

Middlehope Vet was so amazing to my dog.. They took us in quick when we needed. gave us treatment options to choose from. very accommodating with clearing the halls so my aggressive dog wouldn’t see another dog. gave us several check in calls while our dog was left in their care and reached out after treatment to make sure he was feeling better and doing great. glad i was referred here!

Young lady who transported my kitty, Charlie, to and from the car was delightful. They were right on time for his appointment and his nails were trimmed well.

What a great team, the staff and vets are outstanding

The entire staff and physicians are very friendly and cater well to your pet's individual temperament. Very consistent with keeping their patients informed of needed shots, medications, dietary changes, etc. My pup pup that’s been serviced at Middlehope is my first pet, so I have no comparison or reference for pricing as high, average, or low; I never leave a full service visit paying more than $300. Daycare available. Is very timely, consistent and communicative! Update: I initially wrote this review 8 years ago and my sentiments stand. Middlehope is the best in the Hudson Valley, and it seems more people know it now! They’ve gotten a ton of traction.

Dr. Simpson was so nice and king and patient with all our questions we had when we brought in our pitbull who has an issue with her right ear. We feel very comfortable with the service we received. The office even texted us a few days later asking how our dog was doing!

Took my 24 year old cat here. Was super nervous but everyone was very sweet & patient. Thank you for helping me keep Skipper in good health! Was recommended Dasuquin for his joints a couple weeks back & can already see a difference

I just switched over to Middlehope Vetinary Hospital!! Best decision I ever made. They have gone above and beyond to help my dog who has many allergy issues !! The staff and Dr. are nothing but helpful,l, knowledgeable and so nice. Could not be happier!!

Great care and friendly staff!

Great doctors, great staff and offensive, predatory billing practices. Be forewarned, you will be charged first and told about it later. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this office and yet I am still charged an "ER" visit rate if I seek an appointment for the same day, which translates into $95 dollars for an office visit. I boarded my dog once and I didn't understand the pricing difference between the various boarding packages. I came back from my trip to a thousand dollar bill for a 7 day boarding. For that amount I could have gotten the dog his own hotel room with me. Sad to say but I am going elsewhere. PS I note that the manager, Charlene, left an explanatory response regarding the "ER" same day appointment additional charge. Here is what happened with that. I called at 8:30 a.m. and requested an appointment. I never said it was an emergency. The staff person said, "You can bring her in at 4:00 p.m." I bring the dog in and when go to pay my bill I get charged an "additional fee for ER same day appointment". A same day appointment (8 hours later) that was offered to me by the staff. Res ipsa.

I have been bringing my pets here for over 20 years! The staff and veterinarians are amazing, very experienced and gentle with my dog and cats.

I'm very happy to have found this veterinary practice. They are very caring and thoughtful. They take wonderful care of my five dogs. I highly recommend them!

The best bet place to take your animals

Middlehope Vet is a great place to bring your pets. Their staff is professional, well trained, and polite. They are a bit on the expensive side but if you want quality care you have to pay for it. They helped both my cherished pets cross the rainbow bridge. They were caring and understanding. They did everything they could to make my pets comfortable as they could. My sister in law has been taking her 6 or 7 cats here for a decade. They are a good vet.

They are compassionate and caring I would recommend anybody if they needed care for their pets to go there

I have been bringing my dog Tycho since he was 2 months old. They are cordial, caring and professional. I will always use their services for my pet!

My wife and I take our cat here. The staff are great, the facilities are very clean and neat. Welcoming atmosphere and even our grumpy cat likes coming here!

Very friendly staff who worked very well with my 90lb pit mix. Prices are very reasonable and they got my boy back to his old self in no time.

Took my cat here for a surgical procedure. She was treated very well. Staff is friendly and even followed up with a phone call to see how she was recovering.
