Dr. Berg and the entire staff at TVW provide first rate veterinary care. They also take great care of the humans by providing warm-hearted service with specific instructions on how to care for your pet after a visit. They take all the headache out of pet care by providing wellness checkups and inoculations on a defined schedule. Our pup Sprout has been coming here since he was a baby, and we trust the team with his precious life!

If you want a vet who speaks down to you like this: “ It seems you are somehow offended and think you know better (and know the nature of your dog better) than a trained and experienced professional.” Then this is the place for you! If only pediatricians were also so honest about the inability of parents to think they know what they are doing...

My puppy & I both love TVW! I wish I could share the videos I have of him as he walks up to the door, but he is SO excited to go to the vet. Even though we try to go potty before we come, my little boy has (on several occasions) gotten so excited to be here he pees a little.... a lot (Relatable)! I’ve had several pets over my life and have never had this experience going to the vet. I feel well-informed, supported as a new dog-mom, and always that my baby is in great hands!! You can’t tell in the photo very well, but he is excitedly waiting to go inside!!

Dr. Berg is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us many things that as a first time puppy owner we highly appreciate! The staff is lovely and Goku loves going to the vet. You can tell that all the staff loves animals and we don't feel like we're just a number. The best vet in New York State .. maybe east coast!. On our first appt, Dr Berg spent so much time with me and my pup educating me on the nature of puppies / dogs/ what to look out for etc. it was a very informative appointment. The team goes above and beyond to make sure my pup is well taken care of. They are a genuine loving team and will take care of your pet as it is apart of their family

Dr. Berg is great. She's extremely knowledgeable and she really takes the time to explain and educate, which is something you don't see from many veterinarians in NYC. We come all the way from uptown to her clinic. She has helped our little guy grow back his hair and has helped us to make him healthy through her nutrition counseling and thoughtful care plans. Dr. Berg is the best vet I’ve had, period (over 3+ decades of pets). I wish she had a twin who was a human primary care physician! Everything that drives you nuts about other offices is not there in TVW. They are prompt, on time, spend lots of time with you to explain everything you might want to know about issues, options, pros, cons, costs, side effects, chances of success, what they might learn from a given test or prescription, etc. We never felt pressured for “unnecessary tests” and they clearly laid out all options but left the decisions to us. We felt informed and got the best care possible. The facility is spotless and in fact on our first visit Dr. Berg gave me a full tour of the whole location and sat with me to explain how they take blood pressure on small pets (cool machine, we tried it on my finger) After a long time of care, Dr. Berg came to our home on a Sat morning and put our best friend to sleep. Everything was painless and I would not have had it any other way. Aside from being a skilled vet, Dr. Berg was also just an empathetic, caring person for her human clients as well. I highly recommend Dr. Berg, her staff, and will return to them again. I’d trust the care of my best friend to them without a worry.

Dr. Berg is the best, most dedicated, caring vet in New York (if not the world!). She is unique. She spends quality, hands-on time with our Teaser, learns everything about him, and treats him like her own, if not better! She takes the time to answer every question you might have and leaves no stone unturned, all the while making him feel comfortable and loved. We travel out of our way to see Dr. Berg, and it’s worth it.

I cannot thank Dr. Berg and her team enough for all they have done for our puppy. First off, she is the most knowledgable vet that we have ever encountered and is so generous with her explanations/time. Secondly, Dr. Berg and her team have been so wonderful with communication and correspondence. The whole team is so kind and helpful with any questions or concerns. Lastly, she has nursed our puppy to good health from the ups and downs of being in the city. We trust her completely and feel lucky to have found her!

Harvey (my wonderful rescue dog) and I love Dr Berg. She provides the best care for Harvey, is very responsive and so knowledgeable. Sometimes we just stop by to say hello and check Harvey's weight. It is family!

I'd heard about Dr. Berg from Sherman who owns Club Pet NYC -- he said she'd left another place to start her own clinic and that she was the best. Later when I needed a vet, I reached out to him and asked who he was talking about. Very happy I did. She's got the knowledge, experience and gentle manner I wanted. And bonus, she's across from the Hudson where there's a dog run so I can give Sophia a treat for going.

Dr Berg was our vet in 2003 when she last worked downtown. We are thankful she’s back in our community and our senior cat Huggy is under Dr Berg’s care. In 2017 we lost our cat Henley. Dr. Berg was everything we could wish for, giving us wise counsel and the compassion we needed to ease our loss. I’ve always dreaded having to euthanize an animal in a vet’s office. I am so thankful Henley died at Tribeca Veterinary Wellness, in a sun drenched room in a caring environment with Dr. Berg and her assistant by my side. Tribeca Veterinary Wellness is a great sanctuary for animals. The staff is fabulous too.

Dr. Berg and her team are amazing! Thank you so much all of you guys for being so caring, attentive, knowledgeable, and supper people! Finding Dr. Berg was the best thing for my two pups. The atmosphere at the office is friendly and you feel at ease. Dr. Jennifer Berg and her team are ready for any situation if it’s just take a time on a patient or if it’s any emergency. In addition, Lionel who was a huge help to me when I had to finds a daycare for my two dogs and had to get all paperwork ready and send it to the daycare. Lionel was extremely official, fast, and submitted all paperwork with about less then 15 min. I was happily surprised how fast they operate at the clinic. Thank you so much all of you guys!

Dr Berg and her staff were great with me and my cat. She gave my cat a thorough examination, answered my questions, while her staff called my previous veterinarian to compile all the information. Beyond her obvious professionalism she told us a funny story about a reptile and directed me to an interesting photo exhibition.

Dr Berg treated our little kitten with great skill and compassion and he is feeling much better now. Thanks to Dr Berg and her team and I absolutely recommend her for wonderful care!

Wow what a Doctor and veterinary! Just finished our first visit with Dr Berg after 2 years at a different hospital. It is so refreshing to have a doctor that actually spends enough time to get to know the patient and their life history&habits. Her energy was loving the moment she walked in to the room and my little Frenchie was in love. For the first time I felt trust and that Sky was in the BEST hands. Thank you Dr. Berg!

Dr. Berg and her staff are fantastic. She is SO thorough, extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain EVERYTHING which I really appreciate. I never feel rushed when I am in the office, and she goes above and beyond to make sure that my senior Boxer, Norman, has the absolute best care. She even does the little things - like trimming his nails while he is in the office!! :) He absolutely adores this office and team - so much so that he tries to go visit - even when the office is closed :)
