I can't thank Don enough for encouraging me to bring my little Mia home and letting her spend her last moments with me. She needed oxygen, she was frail and I was scared. But even in her final-final moments, Don was there. I am a very "particular" pet owner/rescuer and Don totally gets me and pet owners like me. AmbuVet popped up on google last sat night and they were professional & wonderful. The dispatcher did exactly what he said, ie.contacted driver & they both let me know where ambulance was & ETA. Ambuvet was very understanding with our dog's situation. I spoke with Donald, who was friendly, compassionate, and most importantly, honest. He was attentive on the phone, and they were very friendly with our four legged son.

this is the worst ambulance ever . i called them for a client of ours who needed emergency oxygen and transportation to the nearest emergency clinic . not only did they refuse to give me an eta but after 40 mins of no arrival and calling them 4 times asking for at least an eta , the pet ended up passing away . after the pet had already passed away they decided to finally call back saying it would take atleast an hour . if they would have said that 40 mins & 4 calls prior the pet might have survived . horrible.

Excellent service! I scheduled a transport for my large black lab that was too sick to stand up. My dog is a little aggressive towards strangers, but the 2 men that arrived to transfer my dog were very kind and loving toward him. They were easily able to move him and bring him to the hospital. True professionals who love animals!

My dog got very sick and unfortunately the closest place we could take him was a small veterinarian clinic and we had to transport him to a larger center to get a better sense of our options. The service was quick, came earlier than we thought to pick my dog up and they kept my dog alive, intubated during the trip to the larger hospital. At one point while they were setting up my dog for the transfer the team asked for more anesthesia and the veterinarian place (they are a complete different story) did not want to provide more to my dog. The team was insistent and firm that they should be supplied more anesthesia and that they were adequately trained to administer it in case my dog were to wake up. They insisted and even told the vet they would bring back whatever extra anesthesia they had left if they gave it to them. They kept my sedated and intubated dog alive for the trip to the larger hospital. My dog was ultimately too sick and passed away but this Ambuvet team was kind and I love that they were stern and stuck to their laurels about the anesthesia when even the vet gave them an attitude about it and questioned them. With their help my dog made it alive to the larger hospital and in large part to them we had the ability to say goodbye to my pet at a larger center that showed us great compassion for the pain we were going through. You could tell the Ambuvet people really cared and i will forever be thankful for the care and compassion they showed to my baby. Im glad I now know about this service in case I ever have another puppy and need them. They even called me later on to ask how my dog was doing. I cannot thank them enough. They made a difference in my family's worst moment and I am thankful for them for seeing how much our dog was part of our family and not just a pet. I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable, effective and also care.

The professionals at Ambuvet were courteous, responsible, responsive, and above all, kind. They understood the needs of both pet and pet parent in distress. With great care during a stressful and emotional time, they transported my fur baby to a specialty hospital for cardiac care (during a torrential rainstorm no less). They remained in touch the entire trip by phone and then after they dropped her off. I even received a follow up call days later to check up on her.
