this place is one of my favorite pet shops in the area. they carry bocce’s bakery treats for my dog which is her favorite (and mine) because of its limited ingredients and they are also very reasonably priced and dont hike up their costs. i find them kind, and fair and i enjoy giving them business. my dog loves going in and im happy to have a spot i can bring her to shop with!

I mean… yikes. This place is over priced, with terrible customer service. I mean terrible. I’m happy to pay a premium to support small business but I went in here for a simple product and was gouged. Atleast 30% more than it is in Hoboken. Will not go here again.

Walked a couple of miles in a heatwave to get there. The things we do for our pets. Stocked up on items for my dog and walked a couple of miles back. I must say the walking and sweating were worth it. They had the items I was after when no other supply store did, they had it at great prices and the service was fast and friendly. This place is highly recommended.

Really friendly local place with great staff. It doesnt have the usual large selection you'd see at PetSmart but still a great place to shop. They give out treats and also help you find anything you're looking for, even if they don't have it.

It's a friendly neighborhood pet store. They cater to dogs and cats, but they also serve up plenty for birds, reptiles, and rodents. The staff is knowledgeable, the prices are reasonable, the product selection is large, and the atmosphere is cozy. I've been shopping there for years; it's the best local pet shop.

Came in for the first time last night & the customer service was great! Very friendly girl working the register. She was friendly & even threw in some samples for my new kitty. The store was clean & organized. I'll definitely return.

Very disappointed in the service here. My cat had a skin injury and needed a cone. I picked one off the wall that looked like it would fit but a worker convinced me to buy a more expensive verson. Okay- thats fine whatever is best. They also recommended that I use an oral liquid treatment to help with recovery. Great! My cat will heal faster! Unfortunately, the cone did not fit and made another scratch on my cat, also the liquid bottle was empty after I opened the box. I won't be going back here.
