Cannot say enough good things about Dr. El and Dr. Jang and all the staff at Seaport Animal Hospital. They were so careful and thorough with our previous dog, Kane, and spotted issues that went unseen amongst the numerous specialists we took him to over the two years we had him. When it was time for him to pass, the team was so kind and compassionate and we were so grateful that Dr. El was the one to see him off. They truly care about your pets and go out of their way to be helpful. I've seen some reviews here complain about the wait- and sometimes there is one- but it's only because they give each animal the time and love and care that they deserve, and because they go out of their way to answer any of your questions.

We have always had good experiences with Seaport vet. It is easy to get appointments and they are responsive and friendly.

They made me feel like they truly cared. The front staff assistants and the doctor were all so awesome. My old lady of 14 years went so peacefully. It really put me at ease. I highly recommend them. Thanks from the bottom of my heart ❤️ Glad I chose you. Didn't get to thank doctor herself, but plan to when I pick up my Dogs ashes.

Extremely poor service. My appointment time was 4:45 and was not seen by the vet until an hour later. Much more importantly, staff appeared to have zero training in handling animals. My cat is 2 and has been to the vet multiple times (including 2 times previously at Seaport Animal Hospital with different vets/nurses) with no issue. He has no aggression issues, has never so much as scratched me or anybody that's visited my home or any vet. On 9/23/2021 I took my cat in for an annual exam and a scratch on his head. He showed no aggression to the nurse though was shy and withdrawn, but the nurse refused to take his temperature and asked me to do it instead. When he returned with the vet (again, over an hour into my scheduled appointment time), he came armed with gloves and a blanket in order to subdue my cat. He was extremely aggressive and rough with him; instead of calming down my cat (as I've seen done multiple times by qualified professionals) he was adversarial and frightened my cat. The vet then refused to examine my cat because he was clearly scared and agitated. So we were there for over an hour with no actual diagnoses--even the cat's temperature was taken by me--and I was nevertheless charged the full fee for the examination (over $200). I will never return to Seaport Animal Hospital--I can't emphasize enough that the staff is not qualified and they are unable to perform basic veterinarian services and traumatized my pet--and if you care about your pet's health and safety (or even just your own time) you should never visit them either.

The team at Seaport Animal Hospital were so great to my cat. We had a difficult situation that they approached with compassion and determination. We got the job done and avoided a potentially risky procedure. Happy to have established a vet in my neighborhood.

A superb animal hospital!! From the receptionist to technicians and doctors, they are all very inviting and helpful both in-person and on the phone. The inside is overall very clean, and doesn't smell weird. Dr.Jang is kind and professional. Vivian is also amazing at dealing with a nervous/angry cat. She held my cat with a firm but gentle hands which I really appreciated. This will definitely be my cat's primary vet from now on.

Very bad service - our appointment was for 3pm, we arrived on time, sat in the waiting room for an hour, and then they informed us they only had one vet working and we would need to continue waiting, so we left. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have called us earlier to say there would be a significant delay. We won’t be going back.

A friendly staff and clean clinic to take your pets to! Dr. Jang was attentive, the sweetest, and most professional towards my cat. You can tell the whole staff loves animals and what they do and how well they work together to care for your pet. They also follow Covid protocols to ensure the safety of their staff and patients. I highly recommend this clinic!

My 5 month old puppy swallowed a used tampon on the street (who tosses a bloody tampon in the ground?) and an emergency visit to Seaport Animal Hospital was in order. I walked right in. Everyone was so professional and also sympathetic. Love Dr. L.

Seaport Animal Hospital has developed procedures to treat pets during the pandemic. It involves pet owners staying outside the clinic.The person who brought out the forms and took my cat to her exam was nice. The doctor was nice and informative but I only got to talk to her on the phone. She seemed very professional and very competent. I hope to meet her and like her in person. It was hard to hear on the phone because someone had a loud motor running in the courtyard. But that is what we have to put up with to stay safe during this pandemic.

Amazing treatment and care for pets (and anxious pet parents such as myself). I’ve been taking my pup there for years and wouldn’t dream of switching vets. Totally recommend it!

Dr. Jang was very nice and helpful. My cat was not feeling well and she was able to give him an antibiotic that made him feel better. She was very gentle and nice to my cat, and I actually felt like she cared about how he was doing. She was not pushy about getting certain tests done and tried to do the more conservative treatment first, which probably saved me a lot of money in the end. The vet techs were also very kind and asked a lot of really good questions to try to understand my cat better. I will be making another appointment for his vaccines soon.

I brought my puppy, Ellie, in for a possible UTI and everyone was so nice! I live in NJ and the vets there require pets to be pre-screened 12-24 hours in advance, but this clinic took us in same day and was only a 10 min walk from the PATH station. The receptionist on the phone emailed me documents to be filled out before our visit since we were new patients. During the visit, Dr. Jang answered all my questions and let me know the price of the urinalysis before authorizing it. They even asked if I wanted an itemized receipt! She also called back the next day to tell me the urinalysis results and check up on Ellie. This will probably be our go-to vet from now on.

I love this place. The staff was professional and very informative. I appreciated the warm welcome for my baby and I. C-19 protocol for the appointment was in place and was followed to ensure our safety. I love the diversity of the staff. Beautiful women who are doing an excellent job in their career (sorry but I didn't see any fellas). I recommend this hidden gem to all you Paw Lovers!

Every interaction is wonderful! Doctor, Receptionist, Billing, and Pet Intake person - all have a super positive & cheerful attitude, they are efficient, and they very patiently explain test results and treatments. Sometimes it’s so much information and I forget to take notes, so I wish the info would be included in a “notes from this visit” section of the receipt. History about my pets is carefully maintained by this office, and they work well with online pharmacies for ordering monthly parasite prevention medications. I’ve been forced to try vets closer to my home for emergencies, but I keep returning to Seaport Animal Hospital (quite a far distance for me) because I trust them and appreciate their thoughtful, professional care.

All doctors and nurses are readily available and attentive with my pup! He's been going through some on and off gastrointestinal issues, and they have been very patient with my check-ins and delivered positive improvement on his condition.

Dr. L has been really great taking care of my baby boy who is now getting old and has a few health issues. I always come with a lot of questions and Dr. L is always prompt with her answers and follow ups. The whole staff at the seaport location is caring and dedicated. Fully recommend.

Dr. L is very professional, caring and keeps us informed of all of our furry companion's health aspects and progress. Staff are all great and do their utmost to help a reluctant patient feel at ease!

Great visit. My cat was spayed and they were very kind and easy to get a hold of when I had any questions. Great kind group of people. The COVID precautions are amazing as well.

Wonderful, attentive, and knowledgeable vets and vet techs who really care for you and your pet. They have been a life-saver for my cats, and have always provided excellent care for them and their unique health problems. Highly recommended!

Great experience. Brought my dog in for a check-up and vaccine. They were friendly and responsive. I was able to make an appointment only two days before and the cost was lower than all other vets in the area. Only con was I had to wait outside for 15-20 mins before they would take the dog in because of covid regulations. My dog doesn’t really like people he doesn’t know and they were great with him.

I stopped by Seaport with a few concerns regarding my furry son Ali (my pet cat). All of the staff was responsive and compassionate towards my furry son and I. Additionally, all of the staff was creative in observing social distancing guidelines and keeping everyone safe. I cannot be as thankful as I am now. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone with my furry son other than these people.
