Quick, highly personalized service. Even after we received the prescription medication, they followed up via text. When I had questions, they quickly replied to ensure we are all set. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to fill vet prescriptions.

My little Kipo has been sick and I couldn't get a fast vet appointment so I resorted to an online appointment and had her meds sent to me and I don't regret it! They shipped her medicine out fast and the packaging was fantastic! It had a cute little joke on the box and a toy for her as well! It also came with a hand sanitizer mister. Will definitely use them again in the future if needed!

I love their pharmacy. Very engaging with the pets. The medicine package came with with very simple and specific instructions for administering the meds to my cat. They even included a stuffed toy mouse packed with catnip. My cats went crazy over it! Plus, they included an antibacterial spray for me. Thanks!

Mixlab is phenomenal!! I recently switched pharmacies for my dog and I’m so glad I did because Mixlab is unbeatably quick, great with communication, and thoughtful too! I love being able to text about my dog’s medications instead of waiting on hold, and saving money with auto refills makes it much more affordable. We will never use another pharmacy again ????

I cannot say enough about this company. They have been amazing throughout my dog's cancer experience. They text me monthly about refilling her script, sent hand sanitizer in med packages, sent gifts for my dog in her meds pack (so incredibly kind), they fulfill orders quickly and on time, and most emotionally, they sent a condolence card when Dakota lost her battle with cancer. I can't say enough about how appreciative I am for their services and kindness.

The people who run the show make it all worthwhile. It’s comforting to know that the entire staff care! Will continue to take my business here ! Mixlab is INCREDIBLE! I would recommend them 1,000 times over. They have the best customer service and delivery system I've experienced and always check-in with me preemptively. Deliveries are fast, and they ship quickly. Their quality control is also great - there have been a few circumstances where I have changed the delivery address on a whim, and they have never had an error and are always happy to change the location. They are very on the ball. What is extra special about them is that they truly make you feel valued and make you feel like a friend. They always refer to myself and my cat by name, and it's like they know us personally. They also always include a cute toy for my cat Julius. The medicine comes in a cute box, packaged perfectly - it feels like I am getting a present in the mail! I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy and will continue to use! Thanks, Mixlab!

I cannot say enough good things about Mixlab. I was directed to them by my dog's neurologist, as my dog was going through treatment for a tumor in her spinal column. Since then I have used them for meds for both of my dogs - ages 16 and 11. Mixlab compounds medications to the exact dosage you need, and depending on the medication, they can make capsules, flavored liquids, or even flavored chew treats. They deliver right to the door, usually within a day, and they follow up with text messages to make sure everything is all right and to check in with you when it's time for a refill. Their packaging is wonderful. On the outside of the package is a bad dad joke (addressed to your dog of course!) and inside there are cards explaining the medication and how to use it; the meds and any dosing syringes if necessary; and a dog toy for the pup and hand sanitizer for you. All for the same cost as you would pay anywhere else. Their customer service is outstanding. I give them my highest recommendation. To be honest, they had me at the bad dad jokes! But they are so much more. Oh and by the way - they are available nationwide! I have used them in both their hub cities, New York and Los Angeles. It made it so much easier not to have to find a new pharmacy when I was spending time in a different city.

Had a great experience with this place. Fast, accurate service with personalization for your pet… and the meds come with a toy! Really happy with the experience. It’s not cheap - I will say that. But what in NYC is?

Every once in a while you are fortunate enough to find a place you can truly describe as excellent. The people at Mixlab are responsive, accurate, willing to go the extra distance to accommodate special needs. It is a pleasure to deal with them and it gives me great peace of mind to know that I can absolutely depend on them to help keep my Lab, Maggie, well.

AMAZING customer service and products. My vet called in a prescription yesterday. Within 2 hours I had a text to complete the purchase. Less than 24 hours later a fed ex shipment arrived with clear medication instructions and a dog toy (perfect size for my 8lb pup). Will absolutely use them again!!!

THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH WORDS TO DESCRIBE WHAT A BLESSING MIX LAB RX IS. We found them by accident. My vet couldn't get the medicine that I needed for my Boxer who has a very bad heart problem. They referred me to Mixlab. Mixlab reached out by email and I filled out our needs and within 2 days we received a box. My husband opened the box and asked me if I had ordered a neck pillow. I said that I hadn't ordered anything so he continued to open the box. To our incredible surprise, this special little box was from Mixlab RX. On top was a dog toy for our sweet sick, Benny; picked out just for his size. Below the dog toy was a little card for him, a hand sanitizer, the medication and a large card with directions as to how to administer the medication. And if all that wasn't enough, we opened up the medication, and just WOW. Little miniature dog bones...chewy with a delicious smell and so perfectly made and packed. The flavor was prepared with the help of their website which gives you like 20 flavor profile choices. Everything about this company was special and personalized. I truly feel like they care about my fur baby. My husband liked the company so much that he checked them out to buy stock in them. Too bad...they are still a private company. Maybe someday. Mixlab totally exceeded my expectations!! Silas was in need of antibiotics and a few other meds and they came next morning. Having a sick pet is super stressful and given that I am dealing with an injury myself, I’m doubly exhausted these days. When I opened the box, I nearly cried because I’m super emotional right now, but the little personal touches were so stinking cute. Thank you, Mixlab staff for ensuring Silas got what he needed, and at a fair price at that. I absolutely recommend anyone in need of pet meds to use their service because I know we will continue to do so!

I can’t say enough about this pharmacy ! They remind me when my prescription is due. Make it so easy to reorder. Even call my vet to get the refill. Mix Lab is very efficient and professional. I have ordered a antibiotic for my senior cat. The packaging was what really made me smile, with a cute joke on the outside or the box from the pharmacist to the postcards with my cat’s, (Sophie’s ) name on it and instructions for the medicine. Not only that put a cute catnip toy that my younger cat claimed. Thank you mix lab.

Our 15 year old cat was having multiple issues health wise, high blood pressure among them. Was directed to Mixlab for her medication. Did not expect the level of customer service they gave. Personal notes for owner and pet along with a catnip toy and hand sanitizer. For Mother’s Day they included a rose with a note for me, so thoughtful. Follow ups were texted even after regular business hours, do they even sleep?! Unfortunately her health issues got the best of our girl and she had to be put to sleep. When we are ready for our new family member and need medication this will be the only place we will use. Customer for life!
