I’ve been bringing my dog here for about a year and it is very well-priced, owner and staff as so kind and very fast!

Nathan is a regular at this place.. we love it so much that we've been going over there for over a year now. They are great.

Amazing people! I went to drop my golden doodle off for grooming this morning, he has pretty bad matting from wearing his harness / getting wet. They thoroughly spent 15+ minutes discussing my options and went into detail explaining what they could do for him. They let me know they would most likely have to shave him down which is something we'd prefer not to do. Instead of just taking my business and doing it without our consent, they offered that I shop around for other groomers to see what they can do for him. After consideration and input from my boyfriend who hates the idea of shaving him right before the holidays (he looks so silly shaved) we decided it be best I bring him back after the holidays are over. Although I didn't get him groomed there yet, I really appreciate their transparency, friendliness and time with me! You can tell these people really care about animals, and the happiness of their customers. Will 100% bring him back soon and recommend to others!

My dog hadn’t been professionally groomed in seven months and had a few mats around her neck that she wouldn’t let me comb out. The team at Towne House was really friendly and managed to not only get the mats out without shaving my pup (a huge win); they also made her look incredibly well-groomed. Price-wise it’s similar to most groomers in Manhattan, and IMO worth every penny. I will definitely be bringing her back here regularly!

Definitely the best store in nyc!! Really take care of my puppy! They wrote down all the request and did a really good grooming! After went here twice, I decide to not go anywhere else!

Initial visit was awesome as I received my puppy smelling great and with an awesome haircut. The 3 visits thereafter were all gradually worse. For the cost of each grooming I was expecting a more professional look. My dog had uneven hair in many areas and did not smell as if had just been freshly washed. I will not be recommending or returning here again.

What an amazing experience! I was dreading taking my rescue to the groomer because she's scared of strangers and uncooperative but the staff here were so friendly and patient. She came out looking great and not a bit stressed. We'll definitely be coming back.

Have tried several other groomers and Towne House consistently grooms our long-haired Tibetan Terrier much better than the rest. He always looks great no matter the length we cut (Summer or Winter).

Brought my GSD here for a nail trim (which, whenever I attempt on my own, is truly the most stressful experience for both myself and my pup) and Towne House Grooming did an amazing job! They kept my dog so calm and happy, and showered her with treats and attention.

The owner and her daughter could not have been nicer! I was nervous as it was my dogs first time and he’s a bit anxious. They did such a good job, and he came out happy and wagging. The owner even took him in the back again when I picked him up to take off more fur so that the hair cut was exactly what I wanted. I rarely write reviews but had to for them! This groomer is a bit far from my apartment but it was definitely worth it. I recommend!

I brought in a heavily matted Pomeranian and they did a fantastic job. I expected to pay an upchargeupcharge of the matting but most importantly we had a good clear discussion beforehand about how to approach the grooming. They followed the plan perfectly, called with a question to verify and had him done when they said they would!

We have a monthly standing appointment here. Highly recommended!
