Excellent vet services! The staff was incredible - excellent knowledge and extremely caring! Highly recommend this location!

Warmest office ever =) From 1st phonemail to check-in and consultation with the vet Bond couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful.

I brought my dog in to see Dr. Parsley for his annual check up and vaccine updates. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The waiting area is clean and has a nice aesthetic. When Dr. Parsley was with my dog she asked good questions to get to know him and his history and then provided a variety of options for preventative care going forward as well as diet recommendations with explanations. My dog is nervous in new situations, but they were very gentle and kind with him to help him be as relaxed as possible.

They like to sell you a lot of different services and forget to the dog the job that you came for, correctly

I brought my newly adopted kitten in when he was experiencing some eye discomfort. They were prompt, kind, informative and gave me a thorough treatment regimen to get and keep my kitten healthy. Highly recommend their services!

Sorry for lengthy post. This is THE 1st vet I have ever been too that the vet was 100% truthful about my puppies condition and what may or may not work. The doc really took the time to explain to me the situation I am in and what may help and she gave me different plans for my puppy incase we got it wrong the 1st time. As a pet owner you want to feel like your vet actually cares you want to know that they love your pet just as much as you and they are determined to get you pet well. I live by Yonkers / mt Vernon I would rather travel to this vet to know that Dr. Gorlick will take care of my puppy. I’m sure the other docs are just as good but this lady knows her stuff and is determined to get answers. I just want to say thank you Marley looks SO MUCH BETTER IN JUST 48hrs YOU ROCK! SOMEONE GIVE THIS doctor aRaise /bonus she deserves it.

Bond Vet is fantastic. They're taken great care of my puppy and are very responsible. Whenever I've reached out I get responses back quickly and they always check in with me after Lady has had a visit. I would recommend Bond Vet to anyone looking for a reliable vet in the city.

Bond Vet has been very professional and they take the time to let us know each thing they’re doing. And they also answer any questions we have and keep us up to date with emails and texts. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good vet care in the city.

Our usual vet wasn't able to honor our loyalty by squeezing in an emergency visit, so they referred us to Bond Vet, where we were seen quickly, compassionately, and with thorough care and transparent explanation for all services, costs, and what-ifs. Frankly much better than our official caregiver, with stellar care and kindness from reception to vet techs to the doctor herself, in a very welcoming and low-stress space. Bond Vet is what I wish for my pets--or for anyone's pets.

Daughter brought our pup here. Over priced, quick consult and did not receive results - we had to call after days and days. I feel like their employees are overworked and the company's focus is just profit which I don't feel comfortable bringing my dog into such care.

I have had to take my cat to Bond Vet several times in the past few months and each time I had a great experience despite the stress of an under the weather cat. They make it very easy to schedule appointments and I appreciate that a nurse is always available to answer questions. The vets have all been terrific. Today we saw Dr. Kaladeen and she was very helpful and kind to my cat. Highly recommended.

The staff is nice but bond vet really need to change some things. This is the only clinic I can recall charging me for a follow up, how are you gonna invite for a follow up and charge for a new appointment? or for taking off stitches after surgery, that cost over 3k, not only that but they charged the card that was on file after we left the clinic. I wish I didn't have to come back but you guys didn't take all the stitches off so we'll have to swing by. Unbelievable.

I loved how easy it was to schedule and attend appointments at Bond Vet! The care is expensive but nothing outrageous. I would have insurance (Nationwide is what I am thinking) once my puppy does get older- right now he just turned a year old and is super healthy! The vet plus vet techs were super caring, friendly and professional! I would gladly continue my pup’s care at Bond Vet!

The hospital's service is really bad, the whole hospital's stuff are unresponsive. I took my cat for a visit, and the doctor recommends me a kind of cat food, but this food is sold out all website. So I called 5 times, every day to ask them to recommend me another one. Every time they just say we will email you back, or message you back. But it has been one week, I have no responses. I called every day. And my cat performs not well. I am so disappointed about this hospital.

Looks like a responsible and efficient facility but they leave blood samples just lying outside on the street…Wow ???? Not good…

Nice experience, no one was at the front desk when we came in but they were occupied. Helped knock down the cost for the first visit. Very informative. Nice touch very clean .

Great urgent care for dogs. The team saw my dog immediately and was able to help with his problem. The team was knowledgeable and walked me through the visit estimate before charging anything. Strongly reccomend.

Bond Vet has been so wonderful! We have brought both our English bulldogs to various Bond Vet locations and each has been wonderful! They are so accommodating, caring, and really make your pet feel comfortable! Dr. Kantor is amazing. She has done surgery on both our Bulldogs and her skill is unmatched. I could never imagine using any other surgeon other than Dr. Kantor. We couldn’t be more happy with Bond Vet!

The staff have always been super friendly and helpful to my girl Luna during her visits. While the travel from the Bronx to Manhattan is a little long, it is worth it and now I prefer to bring my pup to them as they have known her through her first downs and now only ups.

The staff here at Bond Vet in Kips Bay are great. Super helpful in getting me in for an appointment day of when my dog was sick and in answering the million questions I had. (They also have free dog treats in the lobby, which is nice!)

This location has great, caring and attentive staff working here, as well as compassionate and straightforward vets. We are very happy that we brought our senior cat here for his check-up.
