Bond Vet - East Village New York, New York

I took my puppy in for his first ever vet visit, I called to make my appointment and they were able to fit me in the next day. I was impressed as soon as I walked in it was very clean and inviting. Each person I spoke to was extremely helpful, and Dr. Katz was amazing in finding out what he needed done and giving so much helpful information for a new puppy. They also have tons of treats for your pup after your visit and sent Buster & I home with a first visit goodie bag! I will be back in a few weeks for his next shots and will definitely recommend to other dog owners!

10 days ago I used Bond Vet for the first time and today i came back for a follow up and im so happy to have found this place! I finally can say that I have a reliable and trustworthy vet for my little pup. Everybody is very nice and sweet, I got feedback and detail info about what’s going on with my fur baby. We will be using bond vet as our regular vet from now on :)

Highly recommend. We loved our previous vet, and when we moved we were scared to try some place new. Bond Vet is close to our new apartment, so we tried them out. Since taking our beagle Carl to Bond Vet, we’ve been very pleased and are equally appreciative. Everyone from the staff at the front desk who check you in with one hand and hand out treats with the other, to the nurses who among other things miraculously cut growly Carl’s nails, to the vets who thoroughly explain each procedure and its potential outcomes without scaring you, everyone there provides great care.

Super professional, super knowledgeable. No upselling. My dog has tried to bite every vet and nurse he’s ever seen, he came out today tail wagging! 5 + stars!

This was the first visit (an emergency) for our cat. The place was well maintained, staff was extremely friendly and above all, everyone did their part to social distance/mask. I wanted to specifically commend Dr. Zelinsky, who took care of our cat. She not only quickly identified a very serious issue (something we immediately followed up on), but she was caring, detailed, and helped us set up immediate follow-up at another emergency hospital to take care of our cat(did not even charge for the exam). This is above and beyond care (the last appointment of the day too!). Thank you to everyone, you saved my cat.

I absolutely loved the care that my dog received at Bond Vet. The staff members were communicative and explained what to expect with my dog's first visit. The process was seamless and I enjoyed the portal and text features that enabled you to track your appointment. Overall, it was an incredibly positive experience and I can't wait to come back again!

Well , I have a brand new puppy. I made an appointment to see the vet. Learned at arrival I had to take the appointment on the phone because they aren't seeing patients in person despite all parties being vaccinated, boosted and masked. I stood on the sidewalk with 3 other disappointed patients in 20 degree weather for 45 minutes. I had a brief phone call with the vet; I could hardly hear due to the fact I was standing on 1st Ave. I should have been told they were not seeing patients in person. I was charged for an office visit and consultiation. It was a drive through service with no real benefit for us as a family with a new puppy. We are starting a relationship with a vet. The entire experience was extremely impersonal. Feels very commercial and money oriented. The doctor spent more time reviewing my bill then we did the healthcare plan and vaccine schedule for our pup. It's NY .....there are lots of options. I won't be back.

Had an exceptional experience at Bond Vet, east village. My dog had been feeling sick for about 24hrs and unable to fit her in at her regular vet in Queens, They had an appointment for my sick dog within the hour. They did an initial intake over the phone and paperwork online. Curbside drop off due to COVID, but was all so seamless. They explained the process, they stayed on the phone with me while they explained the examination and plan for diagnostics. Called me back with results within the hour and we were on our way home shortly thereafter. Both pawrents and dog were feeling better too! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you to Dr Katz and Kira for all your help with Rosie!

Would not recommend this veterinarian. They are operating curbside and request that owners wait outside. It’s currently 27 degrees - how completely unrealistic!! They need better operational oversight as they were also running behind schedule. 0/0 don’t waste your time.

All the Doctors and staffs are very kind, professional, and easy to talk to (or ask questions)!! So glad to have Bond Vet in our neighborhood!!

Found this place on google and easily schedule a visit for same day for my sick puppy . Was very pleased with the staff and am happy to say I found my vet !!!

Got me in quickly on Christmas night at 7:30pm when my pet had an emergency. Dr. Katz was polite and explained everything in detail; very patient. Her assistant Rachel was gracious and kind with my dog and Brooke was also so professional and warm when giving me instructions for the medications my pet was sent home with. Crystal, who answered my call when I found the phone number online was also very polite and understanding. They all made a stressful Christmas evening a little less agonizing. The waiting room is inviting and the location is convenient.

I brought my puppy to his first vet visit at Bond today and it was a wonderful experience! Amanda at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. The waiting area is so cute. The staff was friendly and made my little guy feel comfortable even when he was suuuuper nervous. They even gave me a cute little puppy welcome tote bag filled with treats! I’m thrilled with my experience

My dog experiences skin and hair loss issues. I tried Bond Vet last night and was very happy with the visit. Setting up the appointment online was a breeze, the appointment started on time ( that has never happened at any other vet practice) and the doctor took time with me and my dog to get to the root of the issue. I will definitely be using Bond moving forward

Came here for a heart worm test and vaccines with the nurse today and had made a 10:30am appointment. Unfortunately, again had to wait half an hour (past my allotted appointment time) until we were seen. The staff was quite apologetic which I appreciate but I still wish the flow could improve

This is the only vet I was able to get a same day appointment. Everything was seamless and they were really good and reassuring.

I love this place! Everyone here is very sweet and knowledgable. Even if I can't make an appointment right away at this location, their team does everything they can to either fit me in or help me find an opening at one of their other clinics. My dog even loves coming here thanks to the treat station right by the door - she's obsessed!

good experience! was able to schedule an appt the next day and the staff was very nice! They truly love animals - I also came for a follow up after my dog was hurt and they were able to get me in immediately and offer amazing service. will be back!

Unbelievably caring employees. The Karma meter is impossibly good. I really can't believe the lengths the staff and Vet in particular went to . While caring for my Cat there were acts of kindness that made provided for her and me. I cannot say enough.

Please don’t take your animals here. It’s run by inexperienced staff that care more about filling time and making money than caring for the animals. The staff is disorganized, not friendly and cold. There’s better vets nearby that will actually care about the animals and their owners.

This was my first time at Bond Vet and the experience couldn’t have been better. Very easy to schedule appt online. They took my cat almost immediately after arrival and the vet (Dr. Katz) was knowledgeable and caring. All of the treatment options explained in detail along with cost prior to any blood work or medications being dispensed. No pressure. Price was reasonable compared to to other vets in area. Will def be back!

Everyone working here was so nice and helpful. The office is clean and spacious and my appointment started right on time. My dog is normally very nervous but actually seemed way more comfortable here than other vets I've taken her too.

Charged me $430 for meds I could get online for $143. Also impolite Dr. who doesn't know how to listen. I would only go there if it was an urgent visit and I couldn't get to another Vet.

Bond Vet was incredible! The space was very clean. The staff were very kind. They took great care of my dog who was so nervous!

Had an excellent first visit with eastvillage bond vet. After the exam and needed shots today I will bring cat Bibi back for a mani/pedicure when needed. My second visit was just as pleasant and caring and my cat Bibi gives my Bond Vet a 5star meow.

I definitely want to reach out soon to the Doctors and nurses who worked with my baby the other day. Extremely caring staff, very helpful and I appreciate everything they did for us during what ended up being an extremely tough vet visit.

I have been to two locations and they are the best veterinary to visit. I recently took my cat and my dog, and they are very professional. The space is super clean and they even offer treats to pets while they wait to be seen. The staff are very polite, knowledgeable and informative. They commit to discuss what is the best care for your pet, and are upfront with pricing breakdown with no pressure. I highly recommend Bond Vet. I will not go anywhere else. Zoey.
