I accidentally closed a window on my cats tail and in a panic he ran and pulled it out and ripped so bad cartilage was showing. My sweet cat Nacho had to be taken in immediately but I didn’t have any insurance nor did I have money. Something like this easily would have been over 2k at any other place. I was on hold with them for about 2 hours to get an appointment. I was so ecstatic to get an appointment as quickly as possible. He ended up needing a portion of his tail amputated. They took amazing care of him and were so sweet. They update you as much as they can. I only paid $50 for everything. If you’re on public assistance and/or struggling they will help you. My nacho is home and all better thanks to the ASPCA hospital !

My cats are my life and being introduced to them from my sister was the best thing that ever happened to us. Both of my kids suffered extreme injuries and they were there for them and myself!! I was an emotional wreck and they assured me my kids were in safe hands. If their dog cousin Benjamin Buttons didn't have surgery, Diamond and Treasure wouldn't have known of such a wonderful place with wonderful loving people!!!! My kids are being taken care of with so much love from the whole staff!!! We appreciate you all at 92nd street NY,NY!!!! Thank you all!!!

My frenchie went into labor & had a breached puppy that endangered both her and the rest of the litter. I took her to the ASPCA animal hospital. Every single staff member was extremely helpful & pleasant . I did not have an appointment. The kind woman at the front desk assisted me in setting up an appointment & was able to have us seen almost instantly. She was very attentive, noticing my tears she hurried off to get me tissue. The staff was so organized & moved quickly. By time my dog went in for surgery she had already been in labor for 12 hours. They were able to save mom & every single pup. I wish I could give them 10 stars

What can I say? Besides God I thank them for saving our Holly baby, my veteran husband’s support pet! she needed emergency surgery for bladder stones and blockage. She would have not make it passed that day. They are angels on earth is the only way can describe them. Definitely miracle workers. I thank God for such awesome organization and kind humans! Please consider to donate monthly! It will be greatly appreciated. You never know when you will need them!

Overall staff very helpful, willing to listen and go that extra step for my dog. I do recommend aspca, they helped my baby immensely and I am grateful????????

Could not get appointment to get 2 cats neutered. Mobile van is on hold because of covid.

I came here devastated because the previous animal hospital was the worst. This location actually took the time to check my pet out and do everything they could. I will be bringing my pets here because Of the care my cat received and the attention provided. I wish all animal clinics were this kind.

The best place ever I took my beloved furry baby to this place and let me tell you it was a miracle they are so incredibly Profesional friendly staff I been here two times for emergency only and they are the best my 16 year old is alive because of you ASPCA team doctors and staff and everything was FREE I couldn’t believe the attention and care you give my dog and NO cost at all Thank you I love this place I’m so grateful ????????????

This place is a Godsend to us pet owners. Everyone there are so caring and compassionate. I thank them all so much for how they helped me in my time of need.

They took very good care of my dog. I Have very good news for those whom live in Brooklyn. The are in the process of opening a A.S.P.C.A hospital they are located on new lots avenue Not to far up from Pennsylvania by the 3 train. I was glad to be able to shout out the good news.

There appointments are booked for the next year. I don't like it but what can I do

Grate they saved my cat's lives emergency surgery blockage urine and stones blue purl took $2200 and wanted $4500 more for the surgery aspca did it for a donation

I found what I was looking for.

This place is a really good animal hospital they are extremely friendly and are happy to take care of any animal situation as long as it is urgent an needs to be taken care of immediately. You make your appointment over the phone, you wait to be called up to doctors room and then you are on your way. This is a very clean and respectful environment and I also work here as a security guard so If anyone has any questions feel free to ask away.
