Reading all the reviews and whoever responds to these reviews should not have a job especially with animals. You could just tell by his energy and response to people he is rude and I can’t imagine how he is with animals, to every bad review he never owned up to anything and always said the customer was in the wrong when I’m sure that’s not the case for each review. It’s kind of sad honestly I hope you read this and try and change your life a little it’s okay to be nice it’s okay not to be miserable.

DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve had the worst experience ever they don’t care about your pet.

Honest decent folks whose mission is to help your pets without driving you into massive poverty. An earnest fixture of the neighborhood staffed by some of the kindest people I've had the fortune to encounter.

Thanks to this place and the help of everyone assistance I am able to celebrate thanksgiving with my fur baby after two weeks of what I can only describe as a nightmare. My cat had kidney crystals and ended up needed surgery. I was able to help the help I needed and Dr. Alexanian was very helpful at explaining everything to me along the way. Many of the reviews refer to the waiting and staff being “mean”. Get a hold of yourselves. It isn’t about you , it is about your pet and their medical emergency. I had no issue with any staff because I followed what I was told, I waited for my number and didn’t complain after being told it would be a full day affair. You can’t expect to have low cost assistance and also to be treated like royalty. This is not to say staff is not respectful, they are. However, if they stopped to answer every single question everyone had before their number was called, we would not be able to move forward. Take a book, snacks, bring an extra portable battery and if it is winter bundle up because it will be a long day but they will help you get your fur baby back to health.

So I called Low Cost Vet Mobile spoke with someone That person told me to bring my dog for an eye injury anytime before 2pm & so I did. Place is on a calm neighborhood and they are pretty quick in taking patients in & out. They are a little less costly then a regular Vet so I recommend them. Only thing I didn't like much is that you don't get to see or speak with the Vets about any problems with your pet. I had to go thru a rep that was in and out of the mobile giving forms to fill for people arriving and taking animals inside the mobile, very busy. So unless you ask away your ?s & concerns don't expect much said back. Butttt overall I recommend Low Cost Pet Mobile. They are overall good ????, & price? Well They are maybe about $100. - $200. Less than the Regular Vet Clinics.

I called for information at 1718-544 -Pets at 9:48am and employee according to him name Gary was very nasty, rude and did not help me and hang up three times. He not professional and looks like he hates his job. They should not have people like him working with people with no customer skills.

Called to book an appointment for spaying. man who picked up the phone was rude. Said “did you read the red box?” If I am calling to ask about services who directs them to read a box? He was rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t give my money to this establishment due to the customer service. Take your pets somewhere else

I’ve taken all my own cats and foster cats in to low cost and had nothing but good experiences once you learn how to deal and work with the staff here. If you don’t have an appointment be prepared to wait a few hours especially longer on the weekend.. Their honest and not going to rip you off like other vets.

I call they told me no appointment required. They told me that they open at 9am and they open after 10:30am and they take appointment b4 the people that are waiting from 9am it 3pm I’m still waiting from 9am and the price for vaccination is not $20-25 they are $35 up so is a scam the price and information they are giving customers.

The low cost vet mobile operates off of a RESIDENTIAL street, at an address OTHER than the one listed on their site, without any regard for their neighbors. In fact, they invite customers to sit on the side walk in front of my RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT. All day, from 9 AM to midnight, this business operates out of the van. Not only do I have to experience the eye sore of 2 vans on my street, but there is unnecessary noise from both customers and the generators attached to the van. Electrical wires even run from the van to a house on my street. Not sure why this business can’t operate out of the store front as advertised.

I love it because to me it was truly affordable. Granted the wait time was a bit long, even with a appointment, but i wouldn't change that if i could. each pet receives the quality care, treatment and love the need and deserve. I traveled a hour and a half by public transportation just so my pets can see them and the trip was well worth it. To people bringing their precious pets i suggest bring a chair,a blanket, and some snacks.

Really sketchy mobile vet van, extremely rude operating on a residential block without an actual place of business.

This business is currently located in an area designated as a "Residential District" under New York City's Zoning & Land Use ordinance. Hence, this business is operating in a place where it is not allowed to. Many people in the comments have complained about this, and unfortunately, the owner has responded by threatening to sue people who leave these reviews. The good news, however, is you cannot sue people for leaving reviews that are true, and the truth is that this business is operating in a residential neighborhood. Do not bring your animals here. I like the place, they are good with the animals and they treat me very well and i don't mind taken my pet's back there.

Reading all the reviews Encouraged me to write mine..I have taken my dogs A few times on a energy,Yes I agree they have a few staff members that speck rudely and inpatient I had to re-call a few times and they weren’t helpful either ..besides not that cheap as they say ..stay away

The person who calls to schedule the major procedures like dental is super rude, nasty, doesn’t let you speak and speaks over you, and threatens to band you from the place, like if he was giving the services for free. Please don’t give him any business at least I won’t. I wish I can give him 0 stars .

Can get a range of different services here at a lower cost than a vet office. Staff is friendly and tell you what u need to know. There is a bit of a wait when you arrive for appointments but other than that it is a very good pet service.

I called to ask some questions because the website is not clear whatsoever. He was so rude, interrupted me and clearly has a bad attitude. I didn’t even bother to make an appointment at this place. Doesn’t seem like he care much for animals and based on the phone interaction.. doesn’t seem safe to bring any pet here if he can’t even treat his customers correctly. This man and his business needs to be reported cus there’s something fishy in this “low cost vet mobile.” He probably got his degree through zoom meetings. Response To Owner : You really have the nerve to say I emailed you three times? Instead of lying please attach the “emails” I sent you because not once did that happen. I was looking forward to work with you but instead you don’t know how to run a business or treat people. You have so many bad reviews and it’s for a reason. Learn from your mistakes instead of running your customers away.

Horrible experience and will never return again, I have zero tolerance for animal abuse and neglect also unprofessional. Personally I think it’s a scam and They definitely got the wrong one

You save more money by actually going to a vet. It seems crazy but thats the truth. They will tell you anything to get you to come back. And charge you 4x the price of prescription meds. They don’t prescribe. You need to buy meds on their website. Reply to the owner: I’ve visited once, I paid for a checkup/wellness and I wanted to get a written prescription. Your price was $110+ for the check up and the medicine. I went to another vet got a prescription ordered the medicine on chewy for $15. I don’t know who vendetta is. I’m not affiliated with anyone who goes here. Nor I give false reviews on someone else behalf. This is all my personal experience.

I had a long wait because I walk in. Next time I will make an appointment. Good thing they gave my cat treatment immediately and he felt so much better. I will be using them again
