Stay away from the grooming. Unprofessional and unorganized. Waited till an hour and half to cancel my appt. first it was they were short staffed. Then the groomer can’t do big dogs because of her back. Full or stories and the lady on the phone was stuttering and giggling the whole time. Last time I bring my dog there

Although the online PetSmart is horrible, this particular location has one of the best workers I've ever encountered. They are very esger to help always, always have a great demeanor, and will help you whether on the phone or in person. Thank you and kudos!

The safe is so loving and caring and educated on your pet needs , truly the best experience I have ever had in a while Shopping with my hyper puppy .Must I say also grooming is excellent , the safe is very attentive to your animals and Nurturing.

The professionalism and kindness from the entire staff especially, Elizabeth at the New Hyde Park, Pet Smart who puts my dog at ease every time before grooming. Elizabeth allows her clients to feel comfortable before their appointment and understands their needs she cares from the very beginning to the very end of my pets grooming appointment. Arrived 915am after 9am opening. Tried to get something from the fish section and was told they are not selling fish until later.

The receptionist was not helpful and too pushed i expected them to do much more for my granddaughter Mia she is such a cute puppy.

I like going here for fish and supplies. I recently got 5 tetras and 2 died. When I went in to get replacement because of warranty, they had tetras out of stock. Instead they let me exchange the 2 for another kind of fish so I got 2 otocinclus. Nice. Pros: Good service, the guy who allowed the exchange was nice, friendly, outgoing. Good selection of supplies. Location Cons: usually at the fish section there is no one there so I have to get someone to help

In spite of not finding an item I wanted, this is a nice store (I did get 2 of 3 items). Clean, large, well lit and loads of items to choose from. The cashiers and floor staff are really friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking available.

Sales staff and Veterinarian staff are amazing.

Wow! Liked the staff there. Had bought a crate which was a nightmare- was able to return it without issue and the manager helped to find the right crate. Will def go back.

Trying to book an appointment by phone takes a miracle. Someone picks up the phone and puts you back on hold listening to music, over and over again. Results: nothing! Professional, I don’t think so!

I always find whatever I'm looking for my dog in here. The groomers are skilled and can easily befriend any dog they see. The establishment is kept clean, and there are paper towels, plastic bags, and spray bottles to clean up after any mess. And the staff is always happy to share any advice or tips they have regarding your pet and how to be a better owner.

They had everything what you don't see ask someone who is happy to help you out????????????????♥️
