Placed a pickup order and ran on my lunch break. I walked in the door and the first person I saw offered help. He grabbed my order and I was out in under a minute. This was much faster and more convenient than the normal store I use.

Our Goldfish took ill right after we moved him from a 10 gallon to a 20 gallon tank (we purchased the tank stand from Petco). I wasn't sure if there was a product I could use to help him. I spoke with one employee (an older gentleman) who was very knowledgeable and explained to me what we did wrong. He gave me products that should help, if not, to come back and he can show me something else we can use. The cashier who checked me out also seemed knowledgeable and was reassuring that our fish should be better soon.

Great place to take your pet for a good old grooming. Great and amazingly kind staff. We had Ashley and she was aces with my dog. Looking forward to bringing him back.

Staff very friendly and helpful over phone before and duting shopping. Selection of Halloween costimes I wanted...they did not have though as many holiday individual wrapped treats as other stores.

Seemed like the store is going out of business. Only got to see 2 employees and the store was only half full of products. No prices on shelves, products misplaced and lots of dust.

I ordered a pet carrier on line for a small dog when I went to pick it up it was meant for a gerbal.... The sales rep was supposed to refund my card and never did. I drove back a 2nd time to ask them to issue the refund and they told me I had to call them directly. I'm writing this review now as I never called for my refund and had completely forgotten.... Will need to find the transaction and call. Hopefully I will not have any additional issues. One star is too generous.

Not the most helpful staff. They try to sell you things you don't even need. And wormy sell me that things I really needed. Not sure I'm coming back

Constantly have issues with defective products in the store. Haven’t been to this store in over a year thought I’d come back and same problems with them. Also constantly out of products

Amazing. The manager Jon is extremely kind and is always checking up on customers. The employees are warm and welcoming and really know their stuff and they're just super helpful
