The store is nice, staff very helpful thing is...they kind of hover around you as you shop..that annoys me. Once helped I want to be left to my shopping experience..don't like to feel watched..its a little creepy.

Excellent service, clean and well organized.

My partner and I’s go to pet store from now on as they carry every brand of dry and wet food my kitten consumes. Friendly and enthusiastic workers. They didn’t have what we were looking for last time and offered to call us once the Acana first feast was back in stock. This was extremely helpful as we knew when to come back as our schedules can be a bit tight sometimes. Also a wide variety of toys and accessories for dogs, cats, and other small pets. Bixi station near the shop helps for going green, but is easily accessible by bus or metro as well.

Service is either a hit or miss, I visit this shop quite often as I have a lizard and a dog and need insects/food frequently. Sometimes they don't order enough insects and run out quickly, or forget to prepare the order even when I call ahead of time. Other than that I'm happy with the service provided.

Usually this is a very friendly place with good service. I was one of only two people at the start of the day and the wan checking me out was very rude because I could not hear and understand her question about the points on my card. French is not my first language but I am still trying to use 8t as much as possible. There is no need to shake your head and glare at me when I can't make out what you say behind a mask and plastic barrier. A little patience goes a long way for everyone.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've been getting stuff for my pets from here for years now. When they stopped stocking a certain food I was feeding my kitten before switching to adult food they even ordered a bag in for me.

I love going there. Always get what I need for my puppy and the workers are always helpful and happy thank you.????

It’s a good neighbourhood pet shop. Employees are very helpful and friendly. They usually have some good deals during the periodic sidewalk sales, too. Deducting a star because sometimes salespeople for particular food brands come and are way too pushy. It puts the employees in a bad situation, because I’m sure it’s good to have promotions, but I’ve definitely gotten some sketchy advice from one of those salespeople while the usual employees are wincing in the background. Chico also runs adoption fairs for kitties, but I wish they didn’t sell other small animals.

A nice local pet store with good prices. They look small from the outside, but actually they have a great selection of toys and foods for all kinds of pets. They even have a better price than Amazon for my parrot's food, and it feels better to shop local too.

Friendly staff that gives helpful tips, I am always learning something new while chatting with them. Even if I do not live in the area, I always go there for my cats treats, food and supplies.
