If I could give 10 stars I would. Nathalie is an angel. I walked into the store a few months ago, distraught because my cat couldn't digest anything the vet prescribed her. She wasn't gaining weight and wasn't getting healthier. Nathalie listened to my needs and suggested a few different canned meats (which she sampled me for free, which is why she's an angel) and at first my cat's digestion improved but wasn't 100%. Nathalie then suggested giving her raw rabbit and OMG!!!!! My cat's stools were perfect overnight!!! I am so grateful for everything Nathalie, your customer service deserves recognition. Thank you a thousand times.

Spoke to Natalie. She gave fantastic advise in regards to hybrid feeding our puppy. Highly advise this shop.

Small pet store with high quality pet food. They also have raw food(not aware of any other store that has this), which is known to be the best option for a carnivore. The owners are lovely people and will help you with food related questions, orders etc

I'm new to puppy parenthood and making sense of what's best for her diet is so confusing. I found this store on a whim and had an amazing first experience there a few months ago when purchasing a bed for my puppy. When I looked online and saw their raw-nutrition and overall store philosophy, I was so impressed! Went in today to ask questions and the owner was incredibly helpful! She made me feel welcomed and took time to recommend food amd training treats while educating me on pet nutrition. Absolutely LOVED my experience, this is someone who you can entrust your pet's wellbeing to! Will be going again, even if I live further away :)

This community business feels far more like family where your pets are treated like royalty. You won’t regret stopping in.

Excellent service, Large selection, friendly and well informed staff. I started buying my cats raw food from Bailey Blu and they are always happy and healthy, only costs a fraction more than buying them kibble and the little bit extra I spend here I save at the vet long term. I highly suggest checking this place out and don't be shy to ask them questions on which products might help you and your pets live happier fuller lives!

This is the place I go to for raw dog food and snacks! They also have great items for dogs and cats! Their prices are a little high for some items. They have a lot of knowledge on their products. I would recommend!

I have to corroborate the experience of the last reviewer of this business 4 months ago - the staff here are truly terrible and have no people skills or sense of customer service. I went in today for the first and last time. The clerk was literally the meme of the power-starved "Karen" - rude from the moment I stepped in. She didn't offer any help (fine, not every clerk has this sensibility) and when I asked her to find what I was looking for she gave the put in the bare minimum of effort to answer me. Then as another customer was ready to pay (while I was still googling/reading lables to try and see if the product would work for me since she was no help), she asked me to stand back (again, fine, for posterity this is during the COVID event). I obliged by standing back the recquisite distance. "Karen" looks at me and barks (no pun intended) for me to get back further. I'm known for being a nice person in my personal and professional life. I've worked in customer service and retail. This is not how you speak to customers. Even in COVID-times where people are afraid of each other, there is a nice way to make this request. I raise an eyebrow at her but step back further, and noticing my expression, "Karen" barks again that I'M being rude! At this point that accusation is so comical that I naturally just leave the store. This clerk (or owner? God help this business if she is) has no idea what she is doing and should not interact with people professionally or even personally as far as I can tell. Avoid at all costs.

What makes this store great is actually the owner and how helpful she is not just with the products she is selling but also with her knowledge and care for the well being of your pet. As new puppy parents, she has been a blessing to us and our little Paco.

I really enjoy supporting local small businesses and creating relationships with its owners and staff. This said, the quality of the staff determines whether or not I will return as the same products can be purchased elsewhere. I recently had an excellent educational experience with the store's owner when my niece and I went in to each purchase a muzzle for our dogs. Unfortunately, mine was the wrong size despite the owner having been nice enough to take the time to research the size required based on the breed through the product site prior to my purchase. Today, I went to exchange it for a size up. I was asked for the receipt and indicated that I unfortunately hadn't kept it. The product was still in it's original packaging. The girl indicated she was the store manager and that this was a basic return policy and couldn't do anything. I again apologized and asked if anything at all could be done as we needed one size up. I think she did not enjoy the surprise on my face as she proceeded to tell me that there was no need to be so rude. Puzzled and frankly shocked at being called rude, I indicated that perhaps she could contact the owner as she would remember our purchase. I smiled and said in jest that she could also tell the owner how "rude" I was being. As she was typing feverishly to the owner via IM, she further continued by indicating that she found me to be "just mean". This sealed the deal. Thank you kindly for the valuable education, initial experience and exchange. This said, I cannot see myself going back if this resource remains. Best of luck.
