Husband and wife team with a lot of compassion and love for animals. A clean and organized hospital with great Staffing emergency call today went in with my cat and they put us to ease and sent us home when our cat wasn't as bad as we thought thank you again for making us feel at ease . Thank you for not charging us an emergency call visit very kind ! Highly recommended vet Hospital!

This place is awesome. Till you actually need it. Then it’s triple booked and won’t allow a 13 year old dog who just had a seizure and has trouble breathing to come in. She also hates car rides and this place is only 5 minutes away. We finally ended up finding a place. It was like 35 minutes away from are house. She died shortly after. Another time sh e fell down the stairs (all of them) We couldn’t get in. Until a friend of the family texted them and asked if she could come in. She came in almost immediately. What if we didn’t know that friend. She could have died sooner than she did.This place is more unreliable than a politician. Don’t go to this at all. This place sucks.

I have to give a hats off to Dr Smatt and all the people at Pets I Love. Unfortunately my cat had to be put down, it was a last option. Dr Smatt was very concerned and understanding. Best vet I have ever been to.

Called today as my dog must have been bitten by something, her face was swollen. They took her in right away.

They are just the best with all my animals, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

They always take amazing care of Blackberry.

Had to put my doggie down due to cancer. Staff was very helpful and kind. Dr was very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you for treating our little Javi with care.

I wasn’t impressed with the quality of service at this vet clinic

Dr Deb and Dr Smatt, as well as the entire staff have been amazing. Two weeks ago my 13 yr old terrier had to have a mass removed from her tongue as well as a liver biopsy. I was so scared for her. Morgan did great! I was updated regularly during the procedure, which eased my mind. These veterinarians and staff are nothing short of perfect, they treat my pets like their own. I will never trust anyone else with my fur babies.

The Pets I Love staff and doctor's are AMAZING!!! They are so knowledgeable, patient, and just kind people. I'm so glad to have them caring for my fur baby!

They always take their time and are so awesome with our pets. We love them all & highly recommend their hospital.

We recently moved to Monroe and started taking our pup Milly to The Pets I Love. They were prompt and professional to schedule an appointment with, and even with all of the COVID protocols and craziness they were efficient, timely and most importantly super caring. Milly is a rescue from an abused background and is terrified of strangers — we knew having to pass her off and not be with her during her appointment would be super stressful. Even though we were first time patients both the vet tech and the vet were very patient to meet Milly where she is and be as gentle as possible. They phone conferenced us in during the appointment to tell us how she was doing, what they were checking and talk through any questions or concerns we may have. We appreciate them being so kind and caring and taking good care of the pet we love <3
