All the staff at Orchard Grove Animal Hospital were extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Spencer was knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and very accommodating to our dog, who did not want to get up on the exam table. We had a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend this veterinary practice.

The facility is kept clean both on the outside and inside. The male doctor I saw seem to be knowledgeable however he did get stuck on a question I asked him in reference to my pet. I don't expect all doctors to know everything and this is what helps to make him a good doctor because he did not know the answer but was not cocky to act as though he did he earnestly admitted he did not know. I like dealing with people who are honest and admit to what they do t know instead of leading others astray. I heard a few cats and dogs in the background which I'm assuming that they were maybe there for their visits as well they didn't sound as though they were crying for help LOL but more so like why am I here I want to go home lol. This is my first visit I'll update you upon the next visits. So far no complaints. Even the receptionists were pleasant and willing to assist.

The vet tech, vet, and staffs are very professional and attentive.

My cat had a seizure yesterday, and despite an incredibly packed schedule, we were fit in right away and given amazing care. Dr. Ludmerer took the time to throughly examine Mozart, run tests, and offer us advice.

Fast nice dr's clean take there time with pet and they let you in with pet.

We absolutely love this practice and their staff. We have been clients since their opening and couldn't imagine taking our furbabies elsewhere.

I have taken my cat Blackie there several times for his Thyroid problem and from the first moment I took him there I was greeted with very caring and helpful people. If you take your furry babies to Orchard Grove Animal Hospital you will received the best of care for them. They are professional, reliable and truly care. I highly recommended them.

I am beyond happy with our visits from start to finish. The front desk is very cordial and responsive. The appointments start on time with very little wait. Dr. Spencer is amazing! She is so caring and provides great information, guidance, and treatment options. I love the electronic receipts and medical records.

I'm always a little skeptical when it comes to vets, only because the patient (my dog) can't communicate what's the matter and what's working. Orchard Grove has, on multiple occasions, diagnosed and treated issues with my dog so accurately that they've won my trust. When noticing characteristics of my senior dog, the vet prescribed some items and now she's running around and alert and acting younger than she ever has. I'm so impressed and grateful that they've improved her quality of life so much.

I don't pick the vet, my dog does and and he hasn't been happier anywhere else. I have a pitbull and a lot of places get him nervous because they are scared of him. They show him love and he shows it right back ×10! Unbelievable staff! Nash loves you guys ❤

We were going on vacation and our dog needed a rabies shot They said the next appointment was the following week which was not good for us Now how long to give a dog a shot they could have told us to come write in

We had our awesome shaggy dog and beautiful long haired cat groomed at Orchard Grove. They were so terrific!! Our pets were treated with love and kindness and came out looking and feeling, so amazing! Thank you Orchard Grove!!

Dr. John is simply the best! He spends the necessary time to talk to you about what’s best and what he recommends for your pet. He also does a great hands on evaluation. The entire staff is friendly and you can tell they all genuinely love animals! Recommendations are made, but nothing is push on you.

Highly recommend. Both vets we've seen are great and the staff is super friendly. Their protocols for keeping everyone safe during Covid are also excellent.

It's 15 years now that we're using Orchard Grove Animal Hospital. What's important for us ( as no doubt to any pet owners) is that you have a sense of competence and responsibility coming from folks in the health care industry. They've got it. Highly recommend.

It would be helpful if we had even just 10 minutes of being in the exam room with tech/Dr before any examination in order for our 1 1/2 year old excited pup to have the chance to get acclimated and settle down. Especially during pandemic. He doesn't have the opportunity to see people other than us and he gets really excited to see all the friendly people that work at OG! Everyone there is so sweet!
