First time taking my rough collie here after months without grooming. From the minute they picked up the phone, they were nothing by professional and caring. Their establishment is very clean and organized. What I liked most is how they didn't resort to shaving my dog for her tougher spots (she's a double coated dog), and combed through it which is much healthier and better for their coat. Definitely will be brining my dog back in a few months!

I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else to be groomed and pampered. From the moment I drop him off till I get the phone call to pick him up, I know Oreo is safe and loved and in good hands. He comes home so happy ! I’m grateful I found a place and I will stick with them for good!

Milo's grooms come out great every time! He loves going. Reasonably priced for full groom too and friendly staff.

Given set price for cut. Changed amount and could not explain why. Poor customer service. Threatened to charge boarding fee if not there in half hour. I was highly recommended to this groomer. First and last time. Caveat emptor. Beware of price gauging!

Not very often that you can find a person who treats each and every dog like they’re very own. Not only are they reliable and professional, they are skilled groomers and loving providers. I feel completely safe when my yorki-poo Goldi-Noelle is in their care.

I drive 30 min from home because they are so friendly. My dogs look amazing when they leave, and seem to be happy.

ONE WORD….AWESOME! This was my first time going to Bones Bath & Beyond. My pup Charlie isn’t the best at getting groomed. In fact, he needs to take meds just to get him groomed. The place was neat, clean and modern and the owner (sorry don’t remember her name) was very accommodating. They took Charlie as soon as I walked in, as not to make him wait and get more anxious or nervous, and had him done sooner than expected. The entire staff was professional and friendly and Charlie looked AMAZING when he was done. They did his nails, brushed his teeth, cleaned his ears as well as groomed him to perfection. Many groomers on full size dogs tend to just shave your dog and and try to get them out of there fast as possible. Not Jenna. She took the time to look at his features and made my pup look as handsome as ever. I can assure you that I’ll be back and this will be the your pup’s groomer if you give them a try. I don’t write many reviews, so you can know that they had to have done an extraordinary job for me to take the time to write one. Maybe because I’ve had such bad experiences with other groomers and that my dog having a positive experience is important to me. If I could give them 5+ stars I would. Started taking my one year old shepherd here and couldn’t be more pleased with their services. Also staff are very nice and treat your pet like their own! I highly recommend bringing your pets here knowing they will be in great hands!

My dog went in and came out looking like a Kardashian dog. I was late to my appointment and they called me to ask if I’m still coming. I told them o was running late and they waited patiently for me. They are very professional and does a great job on grooming. Definitely taking my dog back and making this a monthly thing. Prices are good also. Very affordable.

The person working the desk couldn’t be sweeter and made me feel comfortable leaving my puppy behind. Will for sure be returning to this super cute place. Kobe smells delicious and feels so soft.

We came here after being recommended by friends. Our pooch is 5 years old and overdue for a grooming. (Long story). BB&B was EXCELLENT!!! Our dog was treated with great care and came out looking beautiful. The price was fair and reasonable. We have found our new groomer, it may not be local but well worth the ride!!!
