Place is expensive! However,you get what you pay for. They have a wide variety of different things for your pets which I like. From food to clothes,to toys,collars,the works!

Very disappointed in what there grooming salon has become. It use to be ran well under the new manager it has become very lousy. You book the Groomer you want any they are never there then they give your dog to an inexperienced groomer who complains that your dog is not well behaved. Obviously they don’t no how to handle unneutered males. Also the place looks dirty and they have the take it or leave it attitude. Go elsewhere or to another petsmart. Don’t trust them with your dog.

Can't remember the green haired manager's name exactly, Elosie maybe? Either way she was great. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and very friendly. I plan on going back with the 8 year old so we can figure out how not to kill the fish this time. She is the reason why we're going there. Thank you nice young lady with her name starting with E and the green hair.

Very clean, spacious store with an extremely friendly staff. There's a wide array of treats and toys for cats and dogs, alongside an extensive selection of other amenities for other types of animals as well. Fair competitive prices all around. I will definitely be back to shop for my little furry friends/family

Very bad experience in the grooming department. Made an appointment to get my dogs bathed but left very disappointed. Waste of my money. Never again.

It's a bit pricey compared to other local pet stores. The staff is nice and friendly but there wasn't much variety regarding the type of product I was looking for and for what I did find I wasn't planning on paying the price. I did get some fish toy filled with cat nip though and it keeps my new little kitty very much occupied so that's a plus :)

I had an appoinment today. I walked in at the store and instead of asking me if I needed any help they just stared at me without saying no word. I was the one telling them that I need help with my appoiment because I did'nt know where to go. Very very bad experience for my first visit, I will never come back there. I walked out of the door and I did not let them touch my dog. They were with a very bad attitude.
