Amazing! The front desk staff was so patient and attentive, mind you I changed my appointment dates several times due to work conflicts and covid. My dog just got neutered here and he’s already feeling fine and ready to play. The day of our apt I was immediately seen and I didn’t wait long for anything unlike our normal vet. Someone was always checking up on us. I let them know my dog doesn’t do well in a new environment or when hes nervous and he can be aggressive at times but they handled it PERFECTLY and thanked me for letting them know ahead of time. They didn’t make it stressful for my dog at all and made sure he was comfortable the whole time. Everyone was so sweet. I am so so happy with the services and the prices are unbeatable. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll refer this place to any other pup parents I know!

Both dogs were spayed/neutered here. I came back for routine vet check-ups with both Reptar and Stella. They immediately found a lump on Stella’s back leg. At first, the vet believed it was a fatty tissue but still wanted to be sure. Long story short, it wasn’t a fatty tissue and she needed surgery for the lump to be removed due to cancer precautions. Stella was back home after surgery and all is well 8 months later. Truly can’t thank the staff enough for diagnosing our girl on the spot and taking the time to run tests and performing surgery so quickly on their already packed schedule. Also, thank you for taking the time to help Reptar deal with being at the vet. Although, he is a pit bull, he is a big baby and very worrisome. The vet took the time to get down on the floor with him and try to ease his worries. Reptar didn’t have a chance to worry before his check-up and shots were complete. Very comforting to know that this office treats pit bulls with such kindness and love even with their bad stigma.

Had my dog neutered here and they were very nice and we had no issues with our dog. Also you can't beat the price. Our vet wanted more than double the price.

From the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly. I dropped off Chloe to be spayed and was taken to the back in which everything was well explained to me. She is 18 lbs and the price was $165 which included everything, including the take home pain meds. Later on when I picked her up, check out was fast and great. They didn't just send me on my way but again they took the time to explain how things would be post surgery, what care should be given and things to look out for. You can definitely see they enjoy what they do and truly love your animals. I am so happy I took my pup here and definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for somewhere reasonable and treat your animal with love and care.

The staff from the back is so friendly and gentle with my dog. Dr Jenn takes her time to explain procedures/labs needed etc she truly cares for the well being of the dogs. As for pricing, yes they are more reasonable than private vets however costs can add up between medications, bloodwork, samples being dropped off etc. I got my Seresto collar for $10 less on Amazon. As a pet parents we know expenses add up quick so it’s not really a negative but just be mindful.

Dr. Berger is fantastic and his prices are great!

I was referred to Dr. Berger by good friends and I must say the doctor was fantastic. He was professional, detailed, and very informative. However, the doctor needs to address his receptionists about addressing his clientele. Here’s the review: 1) All the receptionists were rude and snotty. My mother is a 73 year old woman that was HIGHLY concerned for our 14 year old dog and the way they talked to her was completely unprofessional and unethical. 2) Nobody can answer any questions you have other than the doctor but the doctor is always busy so your questions never get answered. So are messages really being brought to the doctors attention? Neglect? Lack of passion of pets that are sick and/or in pain? Lack of compassion for owners? Remind your staff that every person that walks through your doors that we all seek your help during a troubled time and cannot be simply dismissed. 3) The nursing staff is incompetent and in need of retraining. My 14 year old dogs iv was still in his paw when we got him home. I thought it was just a bandage from the iv and when I got him home I looked closer at it and had to take it out myself because nobody would answer the phone and when they did and I was hung up on and dismissed. 4) They may be just animals to you but they’re family to every client you have. There is still a thing called privacy and when discussing an animals care. Conversations regarding our pets should still be addressed privately instead in a lobby. Imagine getting told your pet is dying in front of other people. Now would that be something that needed to be publicly shared? Now if Dr. Berger retrained or replaced the staff then it would be run so much better and I am sure he would have people coming back and suggest as a recommendation to see him because he himself is great but because of his staff I will not be going back or recommending him to anyone. Thank you Doc!

This place is absolutely the best: Caring and competent staff, super clean place, it was worth the 1.5 hour drive. Very much recommended. Excellent prices as well, a real asset to the community, will bring our pug back for sure.

I was here yesterday to get my rescue spayed. They are a bit far from me, but they are who the rescue required me to take her to for the procedure. I just want to say, everyone I dealt with was so very friendly and kind to me and my pup. I appreciate them being so kind 1) considering they are probably super busy as most vets are these days 2) they knew I was there because the rescue had arranged it. I did not feel rushed at all, everything was thoroughly explained to me, and I was asked by each person I dealt with if I had any questions. If they were closer, I would definitely use them for all of my pets' needs, but I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know that lives closer.
