Always does an outstanding job. Very professional and knows her dog cuts. People who give her bad reviews obviously don't convey their wants compentently or they are expecting her to coddle them. When I make an appointment I keep it or I have the courtesy to call and let her know that I will not be making it. Kim will be my groomer as long as she is in business because I know I'll always have a dog that needs a great grooming.

Kim is the owner and deeply cares about her puppy clients. From Checking them in upon arrival to washing cutting and drying. She has no help and does it all herself. She does a fantastic job on our puppy and will always recommend Cold Noses as the place to go for your pets to be groomed and styled ????????????????

I believe the owner is the operator. You make an appointment and she calls back to come pick up your dog. I really like the service because she does one dog at a time.

I have been taking my shih Tzu here for a few years now. I trust Kim and love how my dog is always ready in about an hour (some places keep your dog the entire day!). Lulu always comes out looking and smelling wonderful :)

Dogs were shaved all the way to their skin, groomer was unable to handle our 10-pound bichon-poodle (saying he tried to bite her when she was shaving his legs) and implied that we should take our pooches elsewhere. (No problem there!!). Had been very highly recommended. Not sure why. That same bi-poo was so traumatized that he has pooped on the floor nearly daily since he was there (and NEVER before). Really wanted to like it there.

Absolutely LOVE Cold Noses. I went through Massapequa trying to find the best groomer for my two small dogs, and this is it! She does an amazing job on my two dogs and they are never there left in a cage to dry. She tells me what time to pick them up and they are done and ready for me when I get there. The last place I went to my dog was dropped off at 9 am and I still hadn't heard from them by 2 pm. when I called they said they haven't even bathed my dog yet. That's when I knew I needed a groomer who was more focused on the dogs then on how much money they could make in a day!!! Hands Down Best place in Massapequa

I'm new to the area & I called to see if the could help with my Malamute. The woman was very curt on the phone and said, "we don't do big dogs!" before I could ask my question. She made it very clear she did not want to speak to me. She didn't even say thank you for calling. A suggestion to the owner. If your going to have someone answer the phone please make sure they have good phone etiquette. Don't answer, "cold noses" in hard tone followed by dead silence. it makes the person on the other line feel like you don't want to talk to them. Don't act like your doing the customer a favor, because that's rude! As consumers we have choices & we choose to do business with people who treat us with respect and even a little kindness. This is our pets were talking about here. Be polite, say your name, ask what they person on the phone needs & then thank them for calling. It's that easy. Remember your please and thank you's! (Just like mom would say) You never know if I had 2+ dogs and needed other services. Thank you for reading my post, I hope that this will be helpful in the future with customers calling your location.
