The workers are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is always fully stocked and ive never had to go somewhere else because they always have what i need!

Everyone was pleasant & professional. My cat got shots today & the staff was great with him. I'd definitely come back & I would recommend it to others.

Someone was nice enough to upgrade the food I bought online for my parakeets at no extra cost, since they didn't have the smaller size I had ordered, whoever did it, thank you so much!

Although I didn't have an appointment, I was greeted and attended to right away. My "Milo" got a great PawDicure by Griffin and the whole grooming salon staff was efficient, knowledgeable anf friendly.

I went to get capstar that i had ordered elsewhere online but was taking too long to come. So i went to petsmart to buy in person.The prices are expensive but they honored the price i saw online. The staff was very nice and helpful. Will go back again Thank you.

I had an excellent experience at Petsmart when I took my dogs to be groomed. The staff is always very knowledgeable. They are kind and helpful. I was very pleased with their work. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Would never bring my pets here/ buy products for my mouse/dog here. Health and safety is not prioritized. So many products/handling procedures make me nauseous. Just would rather go down the street to a local pet store.

Stephanie is always so wonderful with my older dog. She always listens to my concerns with my dog and asks about her general health each time we go to get her groomed. She is absolutely amazing with my Lady!

Always love coming to “MY” PetSmart in Babylon. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The salon always takes good care of our very energetic pup and the trainers are the best.

This is the best PetSmart to bring a dog for grooming! Bailey is an eleven month lab who has a lot of energy and can be a handful. I brought her for her second grooming and each time I went to pick her up, the groomer said how sweet she was, even though I know she’s a beast!! The employee on the floor came over to help us fit a harness for her. The employee at the register was so nice too! All around a great store!
