I was so happy to find Compassionate Care after I moved to this area four months ago. My beloved 13-year-old shih tzu, Moses, has some health issues. I’m grateful to Dr. Endres for his gentle attention, expertise and explanations and to Connie and the CC staff for welcoming us into this immaculate veterinary practice whose name perfectly describes their commitment to pets and their owners.

Our kitties have been going to see the folks at Compassionate Care since the day we brought them home. They are attentive, and work with a sense of urgency. Dr. Endres is wonderful with the cats, and very direct about treatment and prognosis.

We are so fortunate to have found Compassionate Care for our dog, who is now a senior with several health challenges. Our dog is nervous around non-family people, but she actually gets excited to visit the vet's office - she feels like they are her friends! They understand and respect her fears of other dogs (due to past traumatic life experiences), and they are very careful to make sure she feels safe. Dr. Endres is so gentle with her, and the staff always makes her feel special. This all goes a long way in reducing her anxiety, which has led to an overall better health outcome for her. Dr. Endres has been very thorough in figuring out what her health challenges are so that we can treat them appropriately. Due to those challenges, I honestly don't think our dog would have made it to 16 1/2 years old without the thorough love and care she has received at Compassionate Care. Instead, she has been happy and comfortable for these last several years and is enjoying life as a senior!

Compassionate Care is appropriately named, as both Dr. Endres and Connie are some of the most compassionate people I have ever had the opportunity to meet. As a former employee, I always felt valued and heard. Dr.Endres not only took time to help me grow and learn (as I’m finishing my vet tech license) but ALWAYS took extra time for every patient of every age and every circumstance. This includes my own dog. I would have worked at this hospital for the rest of my career or until their doors closed if I was not moving out of state. I can only hope to find a practice in my new town that is as dedicated, caring, honest and compassionate as Dr. Endres, Connie and their staff. I quote my mother stating, “I would continue to get a pet just to keep him as a doctor. He’s too good.”

Dr Enders and staff are the best. I've never had a veterinarian as awesome as Dr Enders. His love for animals is second to none.

He was so great with my pet.She is kinda misbehaved at the vet and had alot of things wrong with her!!Found her on the street she was in bad shape. He spent 4 hours checking her making sure she got what she needed to get back her health!! Within a few weeks she was jumping around and loving life. Dr Endres and staff are very thorough. We get a checkup from nose to tail. They are very clinical in diagnosis, and are aware of treatment options and what will work best for you pet. We have never been disappointed in the care our dog has received.

Compassionate Care is a pet owners dream. In over 40+ years of pet ownership, this is the absolute BEST. The care they have provided my critters has been wonderful. When the tough times have occurred, their caring and concern for my pet and for me has been so comforting. The facility is wonderful. Everything is state of the art. The staff is the best. Dr. Endres is beyond the top in his field. I have several vet practices 10 to 15 minutes from my home, and I drive half an hour to Compassionate Care.

I switched from Manlius Veterinary Hospital to Compassionate Care. I could not be more happy with the decision! ( I also left a review for Manlius Vet Hospital if you are interested why I switched.) Dr. Enders and his staff are phenomenal! My puppy loves going to the vet! I also love that I can get a hold of Dr. Enders anytime- day or night. He is also very detailed, and very good at diagnosing problems. I love the amount of time that he spends with me at each visit, he takes the time to educate me, and I don't feel like he charges me for unnecessary things. If you are looking for a top-notch care for your animals look no further. You cannot get better than Compassionate Care Veterinary Hospital!

Changed to Compassionate because dog required dental surgery. The devoted and wonderful care my dog received and the good results of the dental surgery resulted in our staying with Compassionate. The office is wonderful to deal with and very attentive to my dog's needs. Medical care is great and staff is so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend Compassionate Care because this is exactly what your pet will receive.Dr Endries takes as much time as necessary to explain all issues related to treatment and care.

We have been seeing Dr. Enders and his staff for over 4 years now. We have had 2 cats, 2 dogs and 1 gerbil under their care. With aging pets they have a large range of medical concerns both acute and chronic. Dr. Enders and his staff are like family to us. They are accomodating, flexible, caring, knowledgeable, and competent. We are confiendent in their skills and in knowing that our pets receive the excellent medical care. With every visit our pets are greeted with loving arms reciprocated by wagging tails. One of our elderly cats passed away about 2 years ago from a chronic medical condition. It was the first experience I have had with a pet passing. I felt completely supported by Dr. Enders and his staff and as always they went above and beyond to comfort us. I would highly recommend them to anyone with pets.
