I will never take my pets anywhere else. Whether it be for an emergency, sickness, checkup, or grooming-Crawford never disappoints, and my 4 legged babies are always in caring, knowledgeable hands.

The doctor was very helpful and quick in treating my cat. She was sweet and explained everything in detail as what the treatment for my cat would be. She attended my cat in short notice since it was an emergency. The staff could a little more friendly but overall a good experience.

Dr josh always takes the best care of our baby Chloe ! Thank you for being caring and loving towards our baby girl ! The staff is amazing and very attentive towards her !

Very good experience. They took care of our my 10-year-old dog whom had a tumor and dry eyes which wouldn’t tear. The dog is feeling much better! They really do care for animals and know what they are doing. Recommended.

I started taking my pooch there in 2018 after moving back from Colorado. I cant say enough about the staff and drs. In September I got the worst news a dog owner can get. Bone cancer. Dr josh and his staff were incredible in their professionalism, compassion and empathy through the whole ordeal. They have earned a customer for life. And has earned one of the few five stars I've given in google reviews.

It was cool nice staff

Positive experience!! I was able to get my doggy seen the same day I called. There are no appointments necessary, just come during their business hours as a walk-in and you'll be seen. This was my first time coming and I'm assuming due to Covid everyone had to wait in their cars to be seen. That wasn't a problem at all. Just be mindful that the parking lot isn't that big.

Front desk has no clue how to interact with customers. Doctors are top notch and compassionate. Front desk could not care less. Ignoring you for several minutes while they do important text messages. Getting to Drs Gary,Alan and Josh you have to run gauntlet of uncaring desk drones. Try not to blow up at front office

Must say you negative reviewers are a joke. Sometimes pet's can't be saved but the staff at Crawford's do their best to try to do so. I never seen vets more compassionate then them. My friend had a kitten who died. Gary gave her a kitten he had there for free. The first kitten wasn't from crawford but from Some one else. Gary charged me very little for my ferrets examine. They are not after money nor are they the monsters the negative reviewers state. They genuinely care and wanna help. #fair #compassionate #reasonable. Okay that's ths vets that work there. The girls behind the desk are incompetent. 30 emails to get my printed details bill and copy of my pets records of what was done. Kept MY copy of my pets first set of shots and deworming. Y'all should've made a copy and gave me my paper work back. NO.common sense.Not one response back. I know what I asked to get done. But, idk what was done. Now if I'm asked about my pets vaccinations I can't answer. Since idk. Y'all lost a customer due to the incompetence of the females behind the desk. Their lazy and incompetent working skills broke the camel's back with me.

Recommended by a friend. Took my puppy to get neutered. I saw vet Josh, he has a great bedside manner and really loves the animals he cares for. Will continue to go to this vet for care for my baby. Very pleased with the services provided.

Crawford Animal hospital is the best.

My cat had many issues and the team did amazing job getting him to all his nine lives. They were caring, thoughtful and honest as the end drew near and made a tough situation a bit easier to bear.

There are not enough stars to give the drs at this office. Have been using these drs for over 40 years. Excellent care. All the drs. Dr. Josh Dr. Alan Dr. Gary exceptional care. My Lucy had two torn acl surgeries could not ask for better care. Always there for you the girls and staff also very pleasant and available. . They also board when you need them. Wonderful hospital truly drs that love animals. My only complaint they would not board my husband they have limits.

I'm going make this short as possible, I have a French Bulldog they suffer from IVDD , it hasn't paralyzed her , but she was in Major Major pain for 3months. All Vets were doing is giving her pain Meds, which was almost impossible to get her to take. I was watching her wither away, due to the pain, she wasn't eating. I went to Crawford Animal Hospital for my bird who wasn't doing well either. While I sat outside I see a lot of dogs coming in and out , I decided to share with the vet my dogs issue.. He asked has anyone tried Steriods..He gave me #30 Pills, It worked she is like brand new. So now I travel from the Bronx, to Long Island just to give my Frenchie a chance at normal life. THANK YOU Dr. Joshua Baum You have been a God send to me , I Thank you again. 5 stars ???? aren't enough for this place. Did I mention no appiontmnet needed.

They were amazing. I had a sick outside cat that needed to be looked at. Every vet in my area turned their backs on me. Crawford helped me. They were kind and compassionate til the end of this cats life. I am thankful for their service .

Always busy, the vets are nice .

Great Vets! They also do grooming and Boarding. I tried the Grooming and he comes out looking sharp!! Usually you check in, wait on your car and then the vets come get your pet, they bring your baby back and then you go back in to pay and you are done! I got my dog during covid, so this is what I have been experiencing.

Took our dog today for an appointment because she had a cyst on her ear, not sure who was even seeing our dog because he never introduced his self . That was a red flag there , he was moving too fast and shut down all my questions . When we came to pick her up , he said she would have a lot of stitches since it was on her ear which is fine . But now her incision is bleeding and i told him before i left he said it was normal he didn’t even put a cone around her neck for her not to touch the area . And don’t even get me started with the front desk . They don’t even dress professionally , one had on inappropriate shorts on and saw me standing there and did even bother to ask if i needed anything , it almost feels like they’re bothered from you asking questions . Even when i came back to pick up my dog they just stare at you like your not human lol definitely not LBGTQ friendly

Crawford Animal Hospital came highly recommended to me by a family member when my vet retired. Unfortunately, I found out about them late in my cats 19 year life and only got to use them twice, once for diagnosis and then again to put my cat to sleep. Joshua is very knowledgeable and professional but what struck me the most about him was that he took the time out of his extremely busy schedule to write me letter of condolence even though I had only used his services twice. When we are ready for another pet, I will definitely use Crawford Animal Hospital for my future veterinary needs. Thank you Joshua for taking care of my buddy Jack in the end.
