Such a super caring and wonderful staff and vet, they answer any question I have and are super friendly with my dog. They take such good care of their patients and their owners, one of the best veterinarian's I've been too, definitely going to keep coming here!

I brought my cat here for the first time for a dental check up. Everyone in the room were very friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists to the veterinarian, and even other patients in the waiting area. I had an appointment and was seen on time even as a first time patient (make sure you fill out the new patient form on their website). Dr. Ordas was brilliant and showed great experience and passion in his field. I'll definitely be coming here for all my cats' future visits.

They are amazing human beings that work here! I came in with my doggie who had a heart attack seconds before getting to the hospital and she didn't make it unfortunately, but they rushed to help and did everything possible. They worked so fast with so much care and concern. They all had watery eyes and nothing but compassion in their word and actions! You can't ask for anything better than human beings who really genuinely care for your pets as much as you do. I wish them so much joy and health and they truly work their hardest to bring that to their clients.

I took my fur baby Saturday for a vaccine he needed to get updated and a check up front desk was really nice since I called for my first time appt really responsive and helpful.I was able to go into the exam room with him to be next to my puppy every step of the way. When we saw the doc he was extremely welcoming and made sure my puppy felt comfortable as he was getting blood drawn and vaccinated.super helpful made sure all my questions were answered.My go to Vet from now on.

They got me in quick to see my rabbit, really knowledgeable, great bedside manner, profesional, wasn't a long wait even though it was short notice. All in all was a great experience, will definitely be back and definitely recommend.

I brought my sick kitten here on a whim because of their reviews and I’m so happy I did. They are very patient and responsive and kindly answered all of my many questions. I called in a panic after booking an appointment online for a later date and they squeezed me in within the hour. It saved his life. My little dude is doing much better because of their care and helpful advice.

I had a great experience with Steinway Court Veterinarian! My yorkie Abby was having seizures and having trouble breathing and I honestly thought she was fatal. I called them last minute and they were able to fit me in in the afternoon to see her. They were upfront about prices for X-rays, bloodwork, the exam, etc and thoroughly explained all of the results to me. They prescribed my elderly dog the medication she needs and have since then checked in on how she’s doing. They are responsive and make themselves available if you have any questions or concerns, even after you’ve left the building. They truly care about the animals that come in and make the owners feel safe, comfortable and informed. I’m so happy I found this place ????????❤️

Very organized and streamlined visit.

We ve taken our 5 year old cat to various veterinarians in and around Astoria, and this one is by far the best. The Steinway location isn’t our favorite, but they make up for it both in kindness and responsiveness. Our last vet periodically lost prescriptions where we d have to show up at the office to beg them to look deeper (then found it) had rude desk helpers, and almost always ran late, But not this vet. They are kind, on time and incredibly responsive. We ve seen Dr. Ordas 3 times so far, he’s thorough and told us new things about our cat no other vet took the time to explain. He calls you back and never seems rushed. The front desk doesn’t make you feel like you’re bothering them which has been huge- our last vet the front desk was consistently rude and dismissive. We asked another family who was waiting with 2 cats and they had the same story- went to the other big astoria vet- hated them, and then found Steinway court. She said they found that her cat had diabetes and saved him when the other vet couldn’t. Highly recommend. We won’t trust our furry family member to anyone else. Thank you Steinway court vets.

We’ve been going to Dr. Ordas for a couple of years now and he is the best!! My dogs adore him. Couldn’t say anything bad about him. He even messages on his off time which is the best when you’re a worried dog parent like I am. I completely trust him with my dogs! Highly recommend

Very happy with their service! I was able to get my dog in for an appointment within a few days which was never the case at my old vet.

They saw us for an emergency. We had our cat in quickly, and the doctor was thorough, kind, and warm. He made us feel like our cat was in very good hands and made sure that we would have a follow up, just to be safe. We appreciated everything they did for us! (Our cat is doing very well!)

It can be difficult to find a good vet that you can rely on, and I've had a great experience with Steinway Court Veterinarian. Responsive, attentive, and get answers quickly.

I brought my old cat, Kitty there during her final months and they were always very gentle and loving. Always told myself that if I ever had another cat, this Veterinarian would be where I’d take them. The receptionists are also extremely understanding and took the time to answer all of my questions with my new cat, even though I wasn’t a customer there yet.

Dr.Glasser & his wonderful staff have been taking care of my cat & dog for 10 years. Whether a regular check up or an emergency he's been available as soon as I need an appointment. I will never forget when I took my very sick cat to him and he was able to see him immediately and take care of him! Thank you & I highly recommend!
