Attentive staff. Very clean facility.

Wonderful facility. Front desk girls are always pleasant and helpful. Doctor McCausland is very good at his job, as well as personable. They have been wonderful with my german shepard as well as my cat. Thank you for ally that you do.

Dont be fooled by false " shows of concerns" here. A few years ago, the staff gave false information to the town regarding my dog, without consulting with me first. I asked the desk staff why they handled it so unprofessionally and she told Campbell and she called me yelling at me for upsetting her employee lol. Just asking questions regarding an unprofessional release of information by her OVER SENSITIVE miserable employee and was being defended by a Quack of a practice. Always remember the attitudes and professionalism starts at the top, and here its pretty evident who's to blame.

My countryside vet wont see my dog so called this place. The receptionist was very polite and sweet. She got me in for appointment today. The doctor was very helpful towards me. I really enjoyed it there. Would definitely go back and keep going there. The price was awesome. Very clean. Very friendly.

I adopted a foster cat and just a few days in she got an upper respiratory infection. The entire staff that I dealt with were so friendly and helpful. Dr. McCausland was so nice. He explained all about it. Luna is on the mend and I couldn't be happier. Luna will definitely continue to go to Cornerstone for the excellent care she received. Thank you everyone.

This ended up being our second consultation for our cat. The doctor found more than our first vet, and his articulation during our diagnosis was what made me know for sure that this was the best place to go. Professional and empathetic during the whole process. This is the environment that you can only hope for when your family pet need an appointment. These are the people I'll use for any need regarding my pets. I'm extremely thankful for our experience there. I would recommend them to everyone.

Anyone with need of reasonable accommodation please read: I initially liked this provider, noting some changes last year in their services but assuming it was due to COVID restrictions. Today I took my 100 lb dog in alone after confirming with the office they offered curbside service. Turned out to be ‘door side service’ as I was asked to bring him into the first doors. They took him and I called from my car to ask about them bringing him out to the car as I have mobility issues and almost fell on the way in on their rather treacherous sidewalk, slippery and not cleared of snow. The receptionist indicated they could do that and I would probably need to go to the side door but they would let me know when he was done. I spoke with the vet Dr Charles McCausland and he said they would call back to take my payment. They did and then said they would call to have me meet them at the door. I said I had requested they bring him out due to knee and back issues and she said ‘we don’t do that.’ I said if I were to walk in and take my dog out he would probably pull me where I’d slip on their treacherous sidewalk and have to sue them. I continued with therefore I was not coming in and was upset they lied to me earlier when I asked about it so my husband could meet me when the dog was done. I said I’d have to call him back to get the dog. She clearly did not care at all. When my husband arrived, he was ambushed by the doctor and another woman, his fiancé? I don’t know for sure but they handed him our records indicating they couldn’t continue with us as his wife threatened to sue them. I’m not sure what ensued after that but as far as I’m concerned they lied and they wouldn’t accommodate a simple request. Good luck to any of Dr Campbell’s previous patients continuing with this veterinarian.

Very Expensive for a Senior Dog check up & 2 shots. Was there about 45 min , at the most. $383. Wasn't ready for that amount. Senior Human Shock.

Customer over 13 years. Very good about getting pets in during urgent instances. Very helpful and caring staff that went out of their way to ensure an improved quality of life for my senior dog.

Myself and my parents both left another local clinic and came to Cornerstone, best decision we could have made. They worked with my mother and her dog diligently over the last few months, sadly age was winning the fight. When it came time to make the difficult decision, the vet and staff consulted with us and agreed. The Doctor and staff went above and beyond for us today, they made this tough decision very comfortable and peaceful. They took care of everything and made all arrangements. I can’t say enough GREAT things about every aspect of the practice. If you’re reading this trying to make a decision, you will not be disappointed.

Cornerstone Vet Clinic were patient and proficient with my dog, who gets very nervous and loud at the vet's. When it came time to examine and treat him, they were quick and did a good job. I paid a little more than I would like and waited a little more than ideal, but those are my only complaints.

My dogs love this place although we all miss Lena

Nothing but good things to say about the staff and service you will receive. Even during the COVID-19 Crisis the staff manage to continue to provide excellent service. Wouldbreccomend to anyone

Just a reminder to call before you head out to Cornerstone on Saturdays - just went there at 10:45am today and it was all closed up.

Been taking my dog here since 2015 and love the staff

Took our dog that has congestive heart failure to the new vet that took over at cornerstone with some stomach problems and eating disorder and he did xrays and blood work in 2 visits costing us $1100. Then he recommend we take her to the emergency vet because he had no clue what he was doing. The emergency vet had to redo the x rays because of poor Quality. I do not recommend this veterinary.
