Exceptional service for my dog. I trust them, and they are wonderful.

I'm not usually one to write poor reviews, but I don't think this can go without saying. My mom's Yorkie had to be put to sleep after having an internal liver issue. He was internally bleeding. I showed up to comfort her and be there for, what we all know is, a traumatic event. She was in a recovery room which also doubled as the nurse station, I can only assume. My mother was on the floor crying into the caged space they had him in. There was a large dog recovering from surgery who looked med-dazed but also perturbed by what was happening 3 feet from his resting area. There were staff coming and going nearby, with no privacy. Once they knew she was euthanizing him, why they weren't put in a private room is beyond me. Ultimately she sat on a stool with him awkwardly in her lap in his bed while they did it. It all felt very unprofessional and utterly uncompassionate given we were not in a space where she could mourn and say goodbye. The dog recovering in that room obviously felt the distress, which can't be good for them. I sincerely hope this was an odd case but, needless to say, we won't ever return.

if you plan to schedule anything from them, make sure you have all a physical paper to prove that. DO NOT rely on them over the phone!!!! Dont tell lies, we send you all the documents needed and you gave us the assurance over the phone. nevertheless please DO NOT give your assurance over the phone if you cannot keep it.

I have been with this clinic and Dr. Teresa for three dogs and starting with my 4th over a period of 25 years or so. The clinic staff is always very knowledgeable and responsive. Dr. T. is an outstanding diagnostician and is very good about explaining treatment and expectations. I trust her implicitly with my dogs' well-being.

Dr Teresa is known in our home as “Mother Teresa” after she saved our Dalmatian’s life twice. Once by find a prescription to kill an obscure parasite and again with emergency bladder surgery. She and her team operated late into the night to save our Smokey’s life. Smokey gave us 14 years. Thank goodness for Dr Teresa … the most talented, determined, pet-loving Vet one could ever hope to find.

Wouldn’t take my fur babies anywhere else. They’re excellent at figuring out what is wrong and don’t over charge you. Highly recommended, they have saved my babies more than once. We’ve been taking our fur babies there for over 10 years.

I can’t say enough about this office. I travel an hour to take my dog here because of the outstanding care and the office’s availability to take short notice appointments when you really need to get your dog seen. My dog had a serious grooming accident as a puppy and the office got me an appointment within the hour. My dog was cared for for over 4 hours into the evening and I had detailed instructions to go home with as well as a follow up appointment the next morning. My dog has since then had a couple scares (sprained leg, bee sting in the eyelid) and I’ve been able to get him in either next day or that week. You can also sign up for emails to let you know when vet services are due for your pet and they have online scheduling for appointments.

Brought my little guy there today for the first time after switching from a previous vet. The staff who took him in and out were beyond friendly. They gave me a baby monitor to watch the visit and ask questions. The vet was very nice and answered all my questions. Very happy with my decision!!

Great place, I think I've have finally found a veterinarian clinic, that doesn't tell stories. And it's nice to know they're not after every cent you have. ???????????????????? I would go back anytime, they come with high regards and reviews. Thank you DVM, Dr. Teresa.

We took our puppy to Dr. Teresa from the very beginning so I cannot really compare them to other vets, but we have been happy so far. She takes the time to explain everything to us and it seems like she really keeps up with the latest research. I also love the fact that she responds via text and email as well. That is fantastic and it gives me great peace of mind to know that I don’t have to take Neo in for a visit for every tiny thing. As for pricing, we have taken Neo for general visits but also a couple of emergencies. Some of the times (there was an x-ray needed) we were a bit surprised by the final amount which was more than we had anticipated but again, I have no point of comparison. When we had him neutered though, the cost was extremely reasonable and I can say that because I had called several other vets in the area and all their estimates were much higher. Every one at the office is super nice and responsive. All in all, would recommend!

My kitty got great care with Dr. Theresa and staff. Now I know what the problem is and I’m certain she will help me in keeping my very sick kitty comfortable as his heart disease progresses.

Dr.Teresa is a caring professional who makes your pets health a priority. Our dog has been in her trusted hands for 13 years now.

Very very rude female doctor. The rest of the staff are nice and caring but after the 2x I was there the way the veterinarian spoke to me I'm never going there again. Don't bring your fur babies to her.

We've been going to Animal Hospitable with both of our dogs for a few years. Recently we came into some significant financial hardship due to a medical condition my husband was diagnosed with. When we learned that our older dog needed some extensive dental work done, Dr. Theresa quickly came to us wanting to help cover some of the cost. It was so unexpected and so needed. Will never go anywhere else! Took my puppy today for his first visit. The girls were so nice and Andrea took her time to make my puppy feel comfortable and less anxious. Definitely will recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I've had a very rude doctor (woman, cannot remember her name). I've been here twice and will never go back again after how I was spoken to.

My dogs are so well cared for... I would highly recommend Dr L ...she listens and asks great questions ...uses the latest technology to help your pet.

We've had excellent experiences with Dr. L and her staff! Regular visits for an aging cat and a newly minted senior dog with allergies and thyroid problems. The amount of time and care Dr. Theresa takes with the humans is amazing and thorough. The later office hours help as well for working pet parents.

Dr. Labuszewski and the team at The Animal Hospitable are wonderful. My family has been taking our pets to Dr. Labuszewski for over 20 years. She takes her time, is extremely thorough and will answer any questions you have. One of my dogs has a had a very complicated medical history and the doctor has been with me every step of the way; doing research, contacting colleagues and is always willing to take my call/answer my questions. I could not imagine taking my animals anywhere else!

They have been my vet for over 12 years. Like most dog owners, our rescue dogs are family, and we want them to be treated with respect, and quality care by knowledgeable, caring staff. Our old girl had a chronic medical condition and Dr Teresa always made room to see us if there was an urgent problem, offered several treatment options when possible, and answered our many questions with patience. The staff have always been friendly and Accommodating, even to our manners challenged male bouvier!And When the Time came for us to say goodbye to our old girl, their concern and care made a very difficult situation more bearable. I would highly recommend Animal Hospitable for their expertise, care and respect to both their fur patients and human owners! Thank you for being there !

I can't say enough about how great Animal Hospitable is. We recently made the decision to put down our beloved cat. This was a difficult decision for us to make. The level of care we were given by the staff here was incredible. They were very understanding and compassionate. They provided a few small, personal touches that were very thoughtful and appreciated. I have never had service like this from any other vet. After our cat had passed away, Animal Hospitable gave a nice memorial paw print and lock of hair. A few days later we received a hand written note from the doctor that contained wildflower seeds to plant in memory. Even after that, I receive a letter that a donation to a charity has been made on behalf of my pet from Animal Hospitable. Sincerley, thank you for all you have done Animal Hospitable.

Everyone is so kind and informative!! We went to 4 other vets before we found Animal Hospitable. Awesome place! She is straight to the point and they don't sell you things you don't need. Their place is certainly a gem!!!!

Over a year later, after moving to Charlotte, NC, I still think Dr. Theresa is the best vet I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I owned a pet related business so I have been to many vets in the Buffalo area, and the care my dog received from Dr. Theresa and the staff while fighting Cushings disease was incredible. She helped diagnose him correctly and manage the disease, ultimately giving me one more year with my best friend. I look back one of the hardest times of my life (watching my boy fight for his life) and I felt confident that he was receiving the best care at Animal Hospitable. I highly recommend Dr. Theresa!

Dr. Theresa is wonderful and always tells it like it is. She is extremely knowledgeable and is wonderful with my cats. Her tech staff is amazing and so good and loving with the animals. We have been going there for about 20 years. I have nothing but praise for this clinic and would recommend anyone with kitties to take them there.
