this is a great place to shop I don’t have any experience in the grooming salon or the hotel but their dog training classes are absolutely spectacular, highly recommended

Im satisfied with banfield. As far as the store it always has one register open, a long line. Plus I paid for my puppy to do obedient class and the lady who ran the class was supposed to send the pictures of the dogs graduating and every time I see her in the store she gives me the run around about wifi not working..two different numbers i dont think so, I think she's. Full of it.

Great spot with lots of items for your pets. They also have cats you can adopt inside.

The lady with the fish was unnecessarily rude and gave me no information on how to properly care for my new fish. Not sure what her problem is, but the last job she should have is customer service.

Theres a young lady with brown hair that works in the fish department and she was extremely knowledgeable with fish. She was honest, told me which fish she would recommend and wouldn’t. She told me which fish don’t go together. I appreciated that so much. Wish I remembered her name. On a different note there was another women working there who wasn’t so knowledgeable and wasn’t so friendly. I think it’s the same person everyone else is complaining about in the reviews.

After waiting for half hour, they couldn't figure out if my dog would be groomed because the groomer didn't show up.

Petsmart Training Danielle, the pet trainer at PetSmart is Great!!! I have taken three of my dogs to her for multiple training classes. She knows every dogs personality. She is also knowledgeable, patient, kind and really cares about the dogs.

Attentive staff, but only two people at the vet desk so it moves a little slow right now. But most people are understaffed rn. No new vet clients.

Jason was really really helpful, very patient knowledgeable and helps you every tine for all your pet needs, he’s one of the most friendliest and courteous sales associate I’ve ever met at petsmart

They have tarantulas and ten different types of lizard, but very few pet gates. They never seem to have what I need here. How many people are out there buying tarantulas?

Took our golden to get groomed and the past two times we went had Marissa! She was so sweet and listened to everything we asked! On top of it all, our normally nervous dog became so calm with Marissa and followed her no problem!
