I have been taking all my pets to My Pets Vet since 1996. I would not go anywhere else.

Their attentive and very helpful and my dog always leaves better off than he came. Reasonably priced, I never leave feeling ripped off which is more than I could say about my old vet. I can't speak for others but I always leave feeling like part of the family. Even when I had to bring my dog to a 24-hour emergency vet, My Pet's vet still found the time to call to check on my dog, it was a nice touch and really let me know they care. From the receptionists, to the vet techs, to the veterinarians 10 out of 10

We took our cat in for an annual exam and to renew her vaccinations and within less than 5 minutes of them taking my cat in they called saying they cannot do anything because she was being too aggressive to them, so they suggested we gave her sedatives before the appointment and to try again next time, which we were okay with even though this has never been an issue for our cat as we use to go to another vet and she never needed sedatives, but perhaps our cat has gotten more anxious so we agreed to give her sedatives and bring her in another time. But then they still charged me for a FULL appointment even though they only had her in their office for less than 5 minutes, we had to pay $80 for them to just look at her and refuse to treat her. I expected a cancellation fee but not to pay the fee of a full appointment considering we didn’t receive any of their services. I won’t be bringing my cat back here as I feel really offended and upset they would charge me for this and expect me to come back and pay the whole appointment again!

I brought my cat to get her yearly vaccine and she went in and within 10 minutes they put her back in the cage because she was resisting the vaccine? And then charged us $80 for “wasting” the doctors time. So our cat is not vaccinated and now WE “wasted” $80 for nothing. This has never happened to us at other VETS.

Usually I'm not one to write reviews, however I felt the need to step up and say something due to the seriousness of this places lack of knowledge and skill. We brought our dog here (And dropped him off) because he was feeling and acting ill. A few hours later the doctor called us and said he was fine and feeling much better so we could come and pick him up. (She added that she would call first thing in the morning to check up on his status) When we came to pick him up he was bleeding from his rear uncontrollably and they claimed he was still fine and ready to come home. He was in agony crying all night. The doctor NEVER called us the following day so we ended up calling them. We explained the situation and all we got was "We'll discuss it with the doctor.". Then we got a call back saying "the doctor will call you at the end of the day." Even though we explained that this was an emergency - SHE HUNG UP ON US. The doctor never called back and our dog passed away the next day in the emergency room. Terrible situation and I wouldn't wish this upon anyone. If you care about your pet don't bring them here.

I returned from vacation and observed my dog having difficulty going up and down stairs. I took her here and after exam and x-rays found she has arthritis. Dr Kim prescribed medication and it's been two weeks and she's go up and down the stairs without having any problems, Thank You

My family and I have been coming here for years. My father brought our animals here when we were young and now I bring mine. Great caring staff. Dr. Barlow is awesome. She has a heart of gold. I would highly recommend.

My dog walker told me about My Pet's Vet - what a relief to find this place. The entire staff here is compassionate and patient. My dog gets carsick so she is stressed by the time we get to the vet, but the entire front desk remembers her name and shows her love. Dr Barlow is thorough, kind and informative. I'm new to the area so we tried several different vets - just save yourself the uncertainty, stress and money and go here.

Anyone looking for vet for your pet I recommend Dr. Harris. I bought my dog there since she was 8wk old and now she’s 4 yrs old my dog and dr. Harris love each other. My dog knows dr. Harris miles away. She knows she’s going to see dr. Harris.

I had a very upsetting experience there recently. My dog was sick and brought there for care. He got sicker and sicker. It was suggested that I take my dog to a specialist. On arrival to pick up my dog he was handed to me hardly breathing. He died in my arms on the way to the specialist that was recommended to me . I am still hurt and upset about this experience. I loved my dog very much. I can’t believe I was handed my dog like that. ????

We thought because they did the pro bono work on our rescue as a pup they were decent. Upon the end of said adopted furbaby (We adopted at 10 weeks and after 10 years of using this vet we brought her there for boarding at the Vet for vacation as we had done many times) they did not act with integrity at all. No amount of money would make us ever use this vet establishment. They were awful and tore our hearts out and it was not a matter of funds. It was a matter of integrity.

Dr. Brooke is what every person hopes their veterinarian will be like.

Unfortunately, our Rosie was so sick. She had a terrific life 15 yrs old but her health was deteriorating this past week. Thursday night she experienced several seizures and we had to make the difficult decision so she wouldn’t suffer anymore. Although, she was scheduled Friday morning to go in we could not wait any longer so we made the call and they took her right in. Dr Gagliano showed us so much compassion and comfort during this difficult time. She allowed us to stay as long as we wanted to so we could say our goodbyes. I have been using My Pets Vet for many years and I have nothing but praise for all the doctors. THANK YOU Dr Gagliano for making a difficult situation so comforting.

I was very happy and surprised that I was able to make an appointment for the following day. We had found a kitten and needed him seen. Another vet had said it would be 2 weeks before the kitten could be seen.
