I wish this place would be shutdown. It is truly the worst business I’ve dealt with in a very long time. The vet, snarsky is a snake who doesn’t care about your animal at al. I am appalled at how he treated my dog. Is he even licensed? This place is so shady, I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t. I know the manager Debbie reads these reviews since she mentioned it, so I just want you to know that I don’t know how you sleep at night. I am definitely having a hard time sleeping after their terrible service. And they charged me over 500 dollars for their fake vet serviced. Seriously needs to be shut down. I got a second opinion from hoboken animal hospital, and they will be my new vet from now on. I will bet they will claim I’ve never even been here before, which makes sense, since they also have awful record keeping! They had no file on my dog. We’ve been there 3 times, and they don’t even keep medical records? What do you keep then? Truly a scam this place. Which is both awful and cruel. You should all be terribly ashamed of yourselves.

Friendly service, helpful doctors, and being able to schedule wellness appointments through the app is a big plus. They always take great care of my dog!

There are good vets here but it is horribly managed. They change their policies constantly, the last two times I've been turned away because of new policies that they've just put in place. A few months ago, I arrived at 4pm when they closed at 6pm. On their website it says "Please arrive at least an hour before closing." They then said no, they had changed it to 2 hours prior but did not bother to update anything on their website, the door of the vet, and the person that I called 30 minutes prior. This week, I walked my dog there when he had an upset stomach, I had called two weeks ago to ask if they had a change in their policies (I've been burned before), nope, no changes. I walk him all the way there and call to check in and discover that they finally decided to have appointments. So no, they can't see my dog, yet again. I asked when they decided to make that change and they said "3 weeks ago," yet I had called TWO WEEKS AGO and was told there were no changes. I then had to walk my dog back to go to the ER vet and he collapsed on the way there, thanks to them. Thankfully he was able to get help there but I will never go back here. What a joke of a place, after spending thousands of dollars there I'm out, good luck with keeping clients when you can't even manage appointments.

Waited 70 minutes to be seen while other people who came after me were taken in. However, the country has been flipped upside down by Covid and everyone is doing their best. Hopefully they will figure out a way to make the wait times shorter and to be more communicative with those waiting. The doctors here are top notch and I’m especially happy with Dr. Smith & Dr. Scaffa. UPDATE: I’ve come here twice since the above review and I am very happy with them!! Pretty fast service, thorough, good communication. Thank you! UODATE 9/7 — waited on hold for 7 minutes for someone to say I was here to pick up the medicine I ordered. Was told to go inside. Waited 15 to be able to have someone check me out for one medicine. Y’all need more front desk help!!

they made me fill a form a week ago to be able to bring my pet here, and I did it. I brought my pet today, because I got the email confirmation from the form that I previously filled, and no matter how much I begged them they didnt attend my dog.

Friendly staff and good vets, but the wait time is wild. Every single time I come here I end up waiting an hour to two hours to even be seen.

I've brought my cat Chloe to Animal Infirmary twice and I am extremely satisfied. The technicians and doctors are professional, genuinely caring, and responsive. It's such a relief to live close to a trustworthy vet. Special thanks to Dr. Fitz, Dr. Norwy, Ann-Marie and all other staff members!

I’ve been with Animal Infirmary for 5+ years and I think I have been seen by all the doctors and all have been superb! Rigby and Riley don’t often get sick but just recent Rigby got sick with a stomach bacteria and Dr. Williams took care of Rigby without extra diagnosis that the VEG emergency hospital wanted to do, of course with extra costs. Dr. Williams saved me lots of money and grief. Taking time explaining diagnosis means a lot, especially when your pet is sick. You can’t forget the staff they have been very nice and friendly. Thank you all!

Update: They called me the day after I left my review saying they can no longer take care of my pet because of the review I left. Professionalism at it's finest.... Instead of trying to solve the issues I had they threaten me.... LOVE IT If I could leave 0 stars I would. The way this place operates is AWFUL. I have been waiting outside for over an hour and checked in with 2 different people. Checked in a 3rd time after they told me there was "confusion" and that they "didn't know i've been waiting". This place does not take appointments and since they make you wait outside you need to pray it's not too hot or too cold while you wait outside with your pet. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. If my dog was sick I would turn to Google to try to find some type of solution/remedy instead of dealing with this vet

If you think you tried to talk to me Again your covering up for yourself and staff. Tell the truth! What did Dr. Drelich tell me and how did she examine her. With the thunder shirt on telling me Good news the cancer didn’t spread. God tell the truth. Dr. Chesney did nothing but talk over me so I hung up. I have all the emails Now I filed a complaint against you and Dr. Drelich you can’t take responsibility to cover your misdiagnosis. People go in with your animals don’t trust them.

I LOVE Drs Schwartz and Williams. Been caring for my pets for years. When they weren’t available (maybe in other locations) and I need to have one of my babies checked or given shots, every vet was great. But I can’t thank Drs Schwartz or Williams enough.

The quality is okay but they don’t give appointments and will callously make you wait hours without giving any indication. There is a Doctor Schwartz who is good but the others are not worth it. Also, the price of the same medicine can fluctuate between visits. They don’t take insurance either. They will keep giving you Covid as an excuse for their unprofessionalism

Our newly adopted pup had diarrhea and this is the only place in the entire jersey city+Hoboken that accommodated us(allowed walk-ins). The doctor (Miriam Smith Drelich) was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns patiently and provided advice and recommendations. The attendants were also very professional and amicable. The doctor also called back two days in a row to check on the health status of our pup. There is a waiting time involved, however, that is still better than the other places which have appointments backed up for weeks.

I came to this office because the Heights office did not have a doctor today. I checked in at 2:27 pm and I am writing this review at 3:28 pm. I am outraged! These people took 4 people who came after me before me! No, they weren’t checked in!!!! The last pet was checked in by the nurse as she brought him in..... I hope I NEVER have to come to this office again!!!! ????

Dr Ariel Smith is excellent. She has treated my dog and cats and is very thorough. Nothing gets by her. I highly recommend her!

My dog Apollo just passed. I had brought him in twice. He was given way too much medication (pain and anti-inflammatory) that overloaded his system. Not a single blood work was conducted and he was left to die without the correct treatment. Do not take your dogs to this place! We are beyond devastated. Apollo was 4 years old ! DO NOT RELY ON THIS PLACE!

Honestly can’t stand that they don’t do appointments... they make you call when you arrive & then you get to wait outside until they’re ready. Just silly in my opinion. On top of that, they are a little pricey. Convenience is their only saving grace.

I am happy to confirm that I received a call from what sounds like a manager and he assured me that not only could i get the food, but they would treat my cat the best way possible. I am changing my rate based on that. ******************************************************************* My cat has been coming to check ups at your clinic since he was born - he is now 6 years old. You diagnosed him with carrying FIP, which from time to time manifests itself. The latest being about 3 year ago when his eyes temporarily went milky. You all told me to try to reduce the level of stress on him, so we follow through on that. My cat also needs diet food, which you prescribed. He is now due for a check up visit and I am being blocked from buying his diet food until I show up for the visit. Now, i understand that the visits now prohibit owners from entering the facility because of COVID 19. So now I am in this situation: 1. I can't buy food because i need to make a visit 2. I can make a visit, but the separation will likely cause a stress event that could trigger FIP manifestation so either i buy diet food or risk FIP manifestation. I called the hoboken clinic just now to see if there's some less stressful way have this check up. I was dismissed by Kathryn (spell?) at the front desk in 2 min. Saying there's absolutely nothing she could do. Letting me into your office is your prerogative, but you could have assured me of compassionate handling. Crickets. Kathryn was in a hurry, too busy to be humane.

This was my pets to go place since she was a puppy , she’s now 7 and we won’t be going back. As a pet owner I knew there was something wrong as she wasn’t acting herself, she was super down and not eating much. I took her they did their routine checkup and Through the phone i was told she seemed fine and nothing was wrong. I asked if maybe i should get her vitamins due to her loss of appetite i was told if i wanted to but she seemed healthy and should continue with her regular food and they proceeded with her vaccinations that she was almost due. 2 days later i found myself in ER Vet where they told me my dog needed surgery and during her surgery they also found she had a tumor. She has now fully recovered from both procedures done but service here has changed over the years and for the price of the checkup being more expensive than the vaccinations is definitely NOT WORTH IT!

You'll have your own experience. For years my cat requires liquid meds. The past 4 years I refill & PAY for 2 oz bottle, unfortunately it's filled in error in one oz bottle. Fine we all make mistakes yet this happens EVERY time for 4 years...that's constant carelessness. We are no longer going here

I took my 2 cats here to get checked up and have their shots done. One of my cats had a URI and they gave her antibiotics which did nothing. Month later I took her again and they gave me viralys plus other antibiotics and told me to go to bluepearl because their establishment wasn’t fit to diagnose her. I spent over $1300 to diagnose her there to find out she had feline herpes. After all Dr.Norby has been trying to fix other two doctors fault but 3 moths later both of my cats are still sick and i am searching a different place to take them. P.S By the way My 4 mounts old kitten got herpes from my other cat just because of they were so late to find out she was caring a virus :(
