Clean, bright, clean, look up, right, left, straight ahead you'll find it. Did I say clean and bright? Decent prices. What else?

Everyone there was very pleasant. The layout and signage of the store were on point. The selection is much broader than Petco.

Never anyone around, super slow service

Always went to Petco which unfortunately seems to have inventory issues. Went to PetSmart for something that was unavailable at Petco. The store was fully stocked, no empty shelves and had everything I needed. Very helpful, kind staff. I now a new customer.

Great friendly staff and have everything I need and more

Placed an online order for 1 item and curbside pick up. Two hours later, I did not get notified for pick up. I was near the store so I figured I would take a chance. There were 4 people "working" in the store, zero other customers and my order still was not ready! I showed the associate the online order receipt and he double checked that it wasn't ready. I asked if I could go get the single item from the shelf and he said "if you want." I grabbed the item and brought it back, the associate says "I have to mark it as picked up" and he then proceeds to RING IT UP AGAIN and tell me I owed $45 and change !!! I had to tell him again, that it was pre-paid online !

My first time at PetSmart turned out to be surprisingly pleasant. I have been going to Petco for years and since they became very disorganized, dirty and lacking in supplies and staff I decided to try PETSMART. PetSmart was exceedingly well organized, clean ,loaded with supplies and the staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this store if you have any kind of pet . Give it a try.

This is the second time I've brought my little goldendoodle Luna here for grooming and I am extremely pleased again with the end result! This is my first dog and Alanis is super friendly and informative in helping me make the best decision for Luna's grooming needs. (Do the nail grind...you won't regret it!!!) Alanis & the rest of the team are super friendly and do a great job!

The best help I have ever gotten with reptiles was at the Glen cove pet smart don't know the guys name but he has tattoo's and wears glasses and that's the go too guy for me

For some unexplained reason 1-24 can case contained only 23 cans. Original plastic wrap undisturbed.

The staff is extremely friendly. I came in early this morning because I'll be a new dog owner in a few days and needed assistance in purchasing the basics. Staff were more than willing to help me out, and Sarah (or Sara) from grooming was helpful in answering my questions in relation to what products for shampoo/conditioner are safe to use for my soon-to-be fur baby. I'd give this place a million stars!

Great service with a smile during these trying times...found what I needed quickly with the assistance of a knowledgeable employee and got on with my day...quality experience that I would return to...

They attempted to deny our coupon we had received through the PetSmart app, stating they only accept print coupons. The app does not have a print option. We read their policy very thoroughly and there was nothing stating they had the ability to deny coupons in such a manner. A Shady practice will not return here.

They were so helpful. I like the lay out of the store better than other pet stores. Compare prices in store to those on line. Their on line prices are much better and they'll match.

The associates are amazing, knowledgable and extremely helpful. The animals there are well cared for, and unlike other pet stores petsmart is always clean and neat.
