Unleashed Fresh Meadows, New York

This is a smaller Petco, maybe because it is Unleashed by Petco. Still has a good selection of treats and toys. We get the food ordered for pickup, that’s convenient. I just found out sadly, that this location is closing, so I would suggest pet parents see what they can purchase. Everything in the store must go. They’re even selling the displays :(

I found everything what i need for my Kitty .The girls are very nice and help me in any questions i have it.The place is vey clean they make you feel save.Thank you.

Just was there this morning. Gave my German Shepherd a bath. I was so satisfied with the whole experience. A special thanks to Cindy who was very cordial and accommodating. The primary reason it is worth going back again. Thanks Cindy.

I was here for the self service dog wash. It's great! Large and clean. Nice roomy elevated basins, strong warm dryers, towels and brushes etc. Can you see the big baby in the photo? Poor guy hates water.... $15 each time. It's a lot, but you'll pay exactly the same everywhere in Brooklyn or Queens. At least this place is large and nice.

The staff is great and they have a lots of knowledge about the products.

Store is clean, orderly and well stocked. Employees helpful and courteous. Ample free parking.

It's rather small relative to other Petco locations. Seems to be geared to high end market. If you have a pure-bred member in your family, it might work for you. If you have a rescue or 2, probably want to go somewhere else.

I'm only upset they don't have fish here

Always an issue. Prices for self wash are outrageous, increased twice. Now almost double of what it was. Water runs very hot, hard to adjust. Dryer is terrible, cold and always loaded with hair. Associates never know about rewards or points.

People are very helpful. Crowd flow in store is limited for health and safety. Good assortment of pet items. Staff friendly and helpful. Happy with services for vaccines for my dog. Like the layout of the items in the store. Roomy not crowded. Big parking lot.

Great pet treats and toys

Needed special food for my kitty who has a sensitive tummy. They had what I was looking for. Lots of variety of cat food here. They also have a kitty litter refill station so you don't have to buy big plastic containers all the time. Very sustainable. Love shopping here.

Staff Sam was very helpful and attentive. I found everything I needed.

Not too much of a selection and expensive

The staff members are always courteous, helpful and welcoming. The store is well maintained, clean and organized. The location is great with lots of parking. It's my first store to go for all my dog supplies. Thank you.

Good customer care over priced

Great place, been buying food for my pets for a while at this location

I stopped by to use the self wash and showed my dogs proof of the rabies vaccine and was denied use of the pet wash because I didn’t have proof of the bordatella and distemper vaccines. The only vaccine required by law in New York State is the rabies vaccine. Not to mention they aren’t doing the actually grooming, I am. This policy is beyond ridiculous. And by the way I’ve been here to use the pet wash before and the only requirement was the rabies vaccine. I will not be back.
