I bought my dog in on a whim just to get her nails clipped last minute. Upon arrival the shop was very cute and clean. The woman, I wish I would’ve gotten her name was very nice. She took my dog to the back and the service took all of 7 or 8 minutes. Pricing was great as well. I will be back!

I have never been happier with a grooming experience! Marie + her team did an amazing job on my little lady, Lola. This is literally the first time we’ve had a positive grooming experience and have decided to continue using Marie’s. Marie followed the inspo I shared and executed the cut perfectly despite my pup having a different hair texture than the inspo. The customer service is also AH-MAZING. I was a new client and they assisted with every question I had during the new client booking process and I had an issue during pickup and they were very understanding and accommodating. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have been going to Marie's for over a year now and I would recommend it to anyone. The place is clean and neat. It's easy to find parking nearby. The fee is fairly competitive. I would only like to see more haircutting included in the grooming package.

Explicitly ignored my instructions. Cut off my dogs lashes after I stated that I did not want them cut. They also, cut her hair short after I had said I wanted it to be fluffy. Ridiculous that they won’t even listen to instructions after i pay over $100 for a “vip” treatment. On top of that, they took almost 3 hours when i had one of the first appointments of the day. First experience was great but this second one? never again. EDIT*** COME TO FIND OUT, THEY ALSO CUT MY DOGS BELLY AND DID NOT ADVISE ME OF ANYTHING. NO WONDER THEY MADE ME PAY BEFORE BRINGING OUT MY DOG

Excellent place for grooming your dog. Marie is kind of understanding the importance of your dog and treating them well. She’s off for additional accessories in that place as well in Valley Brook advise for example what to do with the dog's flea infestation

Only place I trust to groom my dog. Easy to make appointment. And my dog always look so cute after his haircut. Thank you :)

My first time at this place was pure desperation. My second time was to see if things would be better and if they were able to listen to me of I want for my baby. I gave instructions and I brought a photo of my baby to show how he supposed to look like. He is a very handsome mixed breed. When his groomer knows how to groom, my baby boy looks like both breeds he represent.... Let's say now he looks like poodle. Poodles are cute, but my dog is a Cavachon!! And thanks for being Xtra expensive. You be the judge. The beautiful one was done by a professional groomer. The other was done by groomer working at Marie's establishment.

1st time taking my girl (Chihuahua) to a groomer. Marie was welcoming, sweet, highly professional & tactful while keeping the human touch. The reasonable prices are the cherry on top. Gone are the days of wrestling Lara into the tub as we're more than cheerful to have Marie do the honors. Truly looking forward to our next visit!!!????

We have been taking our grand dog Mona to Marie’s Pet Grooming for about 4 years. Marie is “THE BEST”!! We don’t get to see our Mona too often, but when she does visit, we make sure we make an appointment to have her groomed by Marie and she always gives Mona a beautiful haircut! Not only is Marie an excellent groomer, she is very compassionate. When our Mona had a stroke last June, she could not be around other pets or have a full grooming. Marie came in especially to give Mona a clean up. We have had other groomers in the past, but would not trust anyone else but Marie with our Mona. She knows how we like Mona’s hair to be cut and she takes extra care since Mona is 12 years old. We would NEVER use anyone else. Although I usually do not like to give referrals, I refer everyone who has a pet to Marie....you will be very happy!

Absolutely love the end results. I have a very anxious dog and I mean she'll cry for bloody murder. But when I pick her up, she's always in perfect shape and groomed to what I ask for. They do not allow you to stay, which I am 100% okay with because it allows me to run some errands and stuff and I know my dog will scream. And when she screams, it's like it's the end of the world for her. My dog is just very shy and nervous and thinks she's in a bad place but Marie does an amazing job with her. There is no set price. They offer packages but again, no set price. It depends on how much work needs to be done and any add-ons that may be requested. I find it to be a little pricey for me but it's alright.

Excellent service! So happy to find a place where our dogs get clean and sharp haircuts and spa treatment. Their so nice, professional and just good at what they do. I’ve been going back for years.

Prices are a little high but the cuts are always clean. They take good care of the dogs and my dog never seems stressed. I would recommend it to others.

Did not give my dog the cut that I expected at all. I expected a professional cut, and instead they shaved his fur extremely short, and the nails were cut very poorly and left unfinished and very sharp. The whole family is extremely dissatisfied- definitely not worth price.

Marie was very professional. She answered all of my questions. She worked with what we needed to be done for my puppy. Grooming was done in a quick reasonable time.

I took 2 of my kitties to Marie's today. What an amazing 1st time experience! Chris did such a phenomenal job shaving both of my cats, I am soooo happy. Their hair was really an issue at home, literally allover everything. Even with vacuuming 3-4x a week. Chris shaved them exactly how I asked, along with their nails being cut. The shave is very neat on their entire bodies, they look adorable lol. Such a relief! Staff were all very pleasant. Will definitely take my kitties there routinely.

Im a bit perplexed by some of these negative reviews but hey people can go through different things. I must say Marie’s pet grooming has been a godsend to us and our dog. My sister and I have just became the new owners of our deceased grandmothers dog. When we obtained Rocky he was severely matted and had long nails. It was a bit crazy because when our grandmother was alive and moving he never looked like that. We kept him because he is such a good dog and our grandmother would’ve wanted him to be with the family. However, the mats had to go because he was very uncomfortable I’m sure and I was uncomfortable for him. We made an appointment with a very helpful woman on the phone and came in for the scheduled appointment. They looked Rocky over got his documents [you must have all the necessary shots which I think are Rabies, Bordetella , and distemper]. The woman we met at the counter was nice and very helpful at explaining everything to us. We also met the other groomer, a man and he was very nice and professional as well. They were explaining everything to us and my sister and I felt comfortable leaving Rocky there. We did end up needing him back early and had to slightly rush there to get him and go due to me having something to do before they closed but I was beyond impressed with how well they cut his hair. He looked like a new happy comfortable dog. We were explained why they made some decisions and what we can do to keep him happy like getting a brush from them[which we will be purchasing soon] etc. I will continue to do business with them and they are so close to our home we could walk here. I reccomend anyone who needs grooming done in the area to come here.

I took my baby several times each time he came back nicely groomed. The last time I dont know what happened Chris groomed him he was nicked in several places, and was depressed and jumpy for about a week. Will never take him back there again.

Miles has been seeing Marie for the last five years and he says, he's never been happier with his cut! Marie is kind and patient with his grumpy 'tude and he always leaves looking like a million dollars. We love Marie and are so grateful for her hard work and extra TLC!

I took my dog in for full bath package and i was a bit nervous seeing the negative reviews but i had a great experience with them and my dog was so happy even when we left he was full of energy and excited you really cant go for what negative reviews say Marie is very professional and my dog was very happy is all that mattered her team took very good care of my baby Maltipoo 9yrs old
