Amazing service, I was lucky enough to get same day vaccinations for my puppy, during COVID it’s roadside but the staff are super friendly and Luna always comes out of there happy. Definitely give them a try, I’m going back this week for another visit! And work with many insurances!

I love VCG! Their staff is wonderful- very patient, understanding, thorough, and kind to your furry babies. They’re also super responsive and attentive. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I go here now for my dog.... but I'm begining to feel suspicious about their expertise. Everything we go, my dog develops something new or not cured completely. We are left with more questions after each visit.

Dr Simmons was great with my 20 year feisty kitty, in treating her for end of care. She was sympathetic, listened to my concerns, and not pushy about treating her. I highly recommend VGC for your pets

My dog has been here at least three times in the last six months, and the service is always excellent. The vet is very knowledgeable, patient, and considerate with our concerns. The support staff are also very pleasant to interact with.

Just moved to the area so we were searching for a new vet. Very happy with our appointment yesterday. Staff was very friendly, informative, and prompt.

This practice is wonderful! They are incredibly gentle and thoughtful in taking care of my cats. Their approach is very measured, in that they are not overly aggressive. There have been a couple of times when they correctly urged me to be patient with a situation rather than rushing my cats in for an appointment. During such periods of waiting, they were consistently checking in leaving me feeling very supported. The veterinarian personally responds to queries during, after, and in between visits and always answers all my questions in depth, never making me feel rushed for time. The administrative staff is also consistently responsive. I love this practice and would highly recommend them!

After a bad experience with another vet I can not thank the awesome people here more. It’s also super convenient that they have multiple branches. I’ve been to the forest hills and Whitestone branch and both staffs are so welcoming and super knowledgeable. My cat got a dental clean and extraction and the process was very smooth and again the staff was so friendly and didn’t make you feel bad for asking questions. I’m so happy to have found a new vet!

Working with this vet for my new puppy has been drastically different from my previous vet. They saw my puppy exactly on time as scheduled and took the time to answer all questions I had without feeling rushed.

They are always quick and friendly, seem to really care about my pup and my Bella is never afraid when she goes there as sometimes they can be afraid of the vet. I’m very lucky to have found them.

You have to pay 200 up front before you get a diagnosis wont see you without vet referral no matter if its an emergency or not disgraceful

They're incredibly nice and not forceful on their recommendations. For now, they can't have guests inside their lobby but that's understandable. In this rain, they made sure they were ready to receive me as soon as I ran out of the car. They took note of all my concerns and managed my dog regardless of how difficult he can be with strangers and situations he's not used to

Everyone there is very courteous, professional and friendly…they explain all that needs to be done and look to answer all your questions. I am quite happy with their services.

The staff here are always so fantastic, patient, and kind. Unlike other vets, they'll carefully answer each question you have. Their curbside check-in and check-out process is also extremely smooth. Highly recommend if you need an outstanding vets office in the area!

The vet was really kind and knowledgeable. My cat is usually difficult to manage but everything went smoothly from her physical exam to all the vaccinations

They’re really nice staff and caring people. But I went two weeks ago and the vet told me to just get blood work in 2 weeks. I go back second time and they charge me additional fees to weigh my dog for $35. My dog isn’t going to gain 5+ lbs in two weeks. Ridiculous. Update: I WAS JUST THERE! You are really robberies here.ask yourself, do you want to pay $35 to weigh yourself twice, for a total of $70?! Does it sound reasonable to you? By the way, this visit was $500+, plus last one nearly $200. In two weeks, I spent nearly $1k and here you can’t let go of $35. Also a quick search on the internet for this particular test is less than half the price you are charging. Are you not robberies or what?

The doctor and the staffs were very thorough and clear in sharing instructions and costs as well as answering any questions throughout my cat’s major dental surgery process. Price is reasonable per my research in the area as well. It was a scary experience but they helped make it as easy as possible.

Been here twice and felt like I was being milked for money. More expensive compared to other vets.

The vet and front desk person were really nice. However, the vet assistant andrea was very condescending. She gave us the wrong pet's vial and forgot to charge us until we reminded her. We will bring our business to the further location where we had a better experience. Now I know why another dog barked at that place when walking by.

I stick with the vet care group bc they are truly great! Dr.Bloomen is my cats vet and i was going to the forest hills location until she moved over to the middle Village location which is where i go now but it’s ok because they’re both great

I’m a new dog parent and chose VCG based on location and more importantly the great reviews. So far the staff and the vet Dr. Hui have been very responsive and helpful answering all my questions. The clinic seems well maintained and I feel comfortable taking my puppy here.
