A bit pricy but you get what you paid for. The vets are super informative and will answer any question you have. Me being a first time pet owner I had a lot of question and request. The vet stayed and answer all my question. Will highly recommend.

After the visit, they left me a voicemail stating that have my dog tag in their procession, of which I could collect it I have since traveled back to the location only to discover that they've lost the item! The incompetence of the staff then made me wait 25 mins in the cold whilst they search in their draws and under the desk papers. It was initially stapled to a folder. Why they took off the tag at the beginning remains unclear. I have since lost faith in them ever finding it - quite unprofessional and will never go back

A lovely building and facilities, but sadly all of that comes with a price. The workers here are really interested in only one thing, extracting as much money from the pet owner as humanly possible. Had a cat with a urinary issue and needed SO food. Since the food was back ordered online, I decided to call the hospital and ask if it was OK to get the food at their location with a prescription in hand. They told me yes on the phone. When I went to the facility the Vet/owner informed me that I could not buy the food there, even with the prescription in hand because it was "illegal" and they needed to see my pet first and perform their own analysis, costing thousands of dollars for a diagnoses I already knew. Which seemed to me like a money grab and came across as putting profit over the well being of an animal who needs special food. One of the managers also told me to my face she was joking with a coworker "this isn't a pet store where you can just walk in and buy food". Which came across as extremely unprofessional. I understand, it is nice to have a huge building that has such amenities, but it definitely comes at a high premium to every pet owner that walks through those doors, who are exploited to cover operating costs.

Used to be very good, now an appointment will cost you $97.00 before you even walk in the door!

The doctors and the aides are all so caring and amazing. I only had one negative experience with a staff member which has no impact on how great One Love is. Yes, veterinary services are expensive, but your pet's well-being is worth it. They will break down what the costs are, and they have given me options to decide what I feel I can afford. I never felt unsafe or unsatisfied with the way things are run here.

The place is kept nice and clean when I first walked inside just to pick up my cat, the place also seems to be pretty large since I noticed a spiral staircase that goes down

Everyone was so nice. The place is very clean and I even saw them disinfect the room before we went in. The doctor was amazing also.

I really liked the veterinarians who work here, but it’s insanely expensive. I also was upset last year when my dog passed. For months she was sick and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her. Eventually they told me (without much bedside manner) that her liver was failing and she had only days. They said there was nothing they could do, so I should take her to an emergency vet. I did and they figured out what was wrong and it was NOT her liver and unfortunately, by that time it was too late. I understand that she’s a small dog and organs are small and close together so it’s difficult to tell even with ultrasounds, but don’t just tell me something like that nonchalantly If you’re not even sure.

Dr. D'Onofrio saved my cat. She's great. I find the front staff rude and dismissive but the techs are good. I hate the admin but the doctoring is good.

I love Jenna and Dr. Olivia Grittani so much! Thank you for all your help with my cat, Freddy. Don't waste your time or money at any other vet. One Love is worth every single dollar. They make stressful situations a lot easier. Which is especially important during a pandemic when you can't go into the vet yourself. I regret not coming here sooner.

One Love helped my kitten go from sick with several parasites and chronic ear infections to a healthy, happy, and energetic little fur monster. :) The vets and techs I talked to were all really sweet and during one appointment, when my kitten had pooped her carrier on the ride over, the tech was super chill about it and returned a clean kitten and carrier to me after the appointment. Very grate for these animal lovers!

They do not treat your pet 100% on purpose. So you can go back pay double. Just stay away from this place. They only LOVE your money.

Words can't begin to describe the trust we have in One Love Bay Ridge! Every member of their team is absolutely delightful and D'Onofrio takes the time to get to know our 3 cats and will gladly field any question about their care. Even between visits! I would absolutely recommend One Love Bay Ridge to anyone who had a furry friend at home

We took our pet to be seen during the snow storm. We were made to wait outside in 30 degree weather while the large waiting area sat empty. We were told it was due to COVID, yet their was plenty of room to socially distance inside. The staff seems heartless.

The vets here are very caring, and take the time to explain what they found, what tests they've done, why they did those tests, and answer any questions you have before you leave. Also, and this will hopefully be dated soon, due to the quarantine, humans must wait outside. They come outside and retrieve your cat, dog, etc. They come out after the procedure is done. They are all very professional and respectful.

I’ve had some negative experiences with long wait times, miscommunications/lack of communication, and high prices, but when checking out other vets in the area it seems that One Love is flexible with appointment times and prioritizing safety during the pandemic where others are less so. They also have friendly staff and share details of your pet’s visit. I recently increased my rating because I gave One Love another chance and they continued to provide good care with an improved wait time.
