Many thanks to Dr.Nelson, Dr.Diller and Dr. Jergens who are amazing vets.They are very patient, knowledgeable,and very caring. They have been taking good care of my little girl who recently has been diagnosed with cushings disease, heart issues and most recent bronchial problems. I would also like to thank Ariel who works as an assistant to many of these doctors.She is always so caring, helpful and supportive. Thank you Ariel for always being there.❤️ Also, thank you Annie for helping with scheduling my appointments with the doctors. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!

The doctor is so sweet, really nice but the place as a whole is super disappointing. So expensive and when the doctor will tell me 1 price I’m getting billed almost double that and when I ask about the price difference I’m immediately shot down instead of having them check the price once more. However, for me price is secondary to service and although the doctor is great there is one front desk lady that ruined this place for me. We had an accident with my dog and I called in a panic hoping to be seen ASAP immediately the woman on the phone tells me I have to go to a different branch of theirs cause it’s too much…. No sympathy not even a question to ask how my pup was doing. I felt so dismissed and hurt that this place that I had been going for almost a year was so quick to send me somewhere else. Well, I found a new vet I’ll be going to.

Due to the pandemic entry is prohibited, I warned them that my dog gets anxious if they are separated from me but they refused. My dog bit the assistant and their attitude can be tweaked

Friendly service, efficient visits and genuine care for your furball. Are there better vets out there that make you wanna switch? Absolutely, but this one will do so I don't have to commute 45 minutes to another vet. If you're in the Rego Park, Forest Hills, Elmhurst area. I would recommend. If outside of that border, I would search thoroughly and exhaust your local options.

We brought our new cat Irie here for the 1st time yesterday for all of her annual shots. Everyone was so nice and helpful. This was the 1st time Irie left our home and also the 1st time she needed to recieve shots and get a check up so she was very nervous and jumpy. They did an amazing job in trying to keep her calm and giving her all of her shots. They were also very helpful and explained every single thing that they checked on her in detail. We were not rushed at all and they were willing to answer as many questions as we had about our Irie. We also felt like the prices were very fair. It is so comforting to know that we we found such a good vet!

Great animal clinic. I took my rabbit Penny for a check up and nail clipping. The staff were very Friendly and informative. Quick as well but took the time to explain everything. I will definitely take the rest of my pets. Thanks for a pleasant visit.

Dr. Virginia Jurgens was amazing! The staff where super friendly and helpful! They got me in quick. Dr. Jurgens is very thorough. She asks alot of questions which I love! She was very honest. I appreciate her and the staff!

This place is a rip off. Stay away.

I loved it. I just went in today last minute for my parakeet and they were so kind and welcoming and told me everything I needed to know about my parakeets and even gave me advice about how to feed them and how to get them comfortable around people. Would definitely go back ❤️

The staff and drs are top notch! I brought my little "Angel" kittie several times and always treated her best! Also on sad note, I brought sweet "Precious" kittie to be cremated after passing away in my arms. Precious was 19 yrs old. She was a rescue from North Shore Animal League. Pricey but great care

I had a very good experience. The vet is inforamtive and kind. I also had little to no wait time and was in right away despite having to fill out forms. Also the location and hours is great. I thought I was going to have trouble finding parking but I found parking right in front of the office. (I recommend coming on a Sunday like we did because there was no metered 1 hour parking)

The place is kept neat, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they work with you in the amount they charge you on your bill. I went with my neighbor Susan and her pug dog Zoie.

Very expensive. Think before you go there. Also they make you waste the time, waiting for so long then after that they in charge you a lot of money. Please think before you go that place.
