Excellent service and care. They took great care of my puppy and was very accommodating. They speak different languages to help with better communication. Will stay with them as my puppy's vet.

It’s always stressful when you have a sick critter on your hands, these guys took my crying baby from me and returned a happy feline w ???? health check-just the little injury fixed-and I’ve never been so happy to see him back, and it was obvious the staff cared for him well. These guys will be my go to vets from now on (despite being a $40 cab drive away)

While it is a bit pricey, the vet and staff are beyond AMAZING. It was a comforting feeling knowing they love what they do and really build a relationship with you and your animals!

Total rip off. They just care about taking the money away from you. They keep just adding things to the bill that doesn't make sense. My dog has been fine until I just decide to bring him here for some regular vaccines and after that they just keep adding nonsense just for you to keep bringing him. Every time you get there don't expect to pay les than $500. It doesn't matter how small the issue could be they will just try to take everything from you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE.

Total rip off. I know multiple people that got overcharged for a lot of services. My dog got diagnosed with alopecia by one of the vets. Second opinion from different vet found out what was really going on and my dog completely recovered. A friend of mine spent over 15k on her dogs leg surgery, they were unsuccessful and her dog to this day has no function in that leg. They could’ve easily sued and they should have. Don’t waste your money here if you care about your pet.

Friendly and caring receptionists. Dr. Miller gives sound advice and listens to our concerns. Very happy the clinic is close to our home.

The only way to make it better is if I was allowed into the facility. But this isn't up to them, sadly its COVID policy. Other than that they were great!

I have 2 Yorkies who are patients here. I highly recommend this animal clinic to all pet parents. I come all the way from New Jersey to have my fur babies treated here. The staff is very caring, helpful, and patient. Dr. Miller is very knowledgeable and pleasant. The great quality of service that is offered here is worth the long trip.

Was able to make an appointment the same day and was able to address my cat's ear infection due to food allergy. They suggested prescription food which I was able to buy a couple of cans to try out. Service was stellar.

Do NOT bring your pet to this Vet/Dr.Miller. i took my cat in to see if she has a Urinary tract infection and she came out with bloody paws. Dr. Miller nor the staff mentioned what happened. I realized her injuries after leaving with my cat back home because I refused to pay $1,225 for all the exams he asked for. Example he was asking for $310 for a culture and sensitive test all together where elsewhere they charge between $110 - $115 for both of them together. I found out later that North Animal hospital is much cheaper $110 and also lefferts animal hospital. This Veterinary clinic is doing some serious price gauging plus they mishandled my cat. Yes my cat is not the easiest but my cat has gone in the past to other vets and they handle her with care and she never came out injured like that. So now I have to take her to see another Vet. Update: Spoke with "Dr.Miller" and him and his staff forcefully pulled my cat out of the cage instead of opening the cage wide open they brutally pulled her out through the small opening and my cat was grabbing onto the cage in fear and she injured her front and back nails and was bleeding. They were so unprofessional. They need to get trained cause it seem like they dont know how to treat an animal that is stressed. This shows how much they care more about the money then the animal.

My son and his wife brought their new puppy here this afternoon for a check-up and a shot. These are the nicest, most helpful professionals I’ve ever encountered in a medical setting. Everyone was friendly, pleasant, helpful, informative - start to finish, it was an amazing experience. My son and his wife are so happy they’ve found a vet in the neighborhood they can trust with their precious little Lab. Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Thank you to Dr Miller and his incredible staff!

Overbooking and long wait times. It’s unfortunate that after 2 years, I have to find another veterinarian. They overlooked me and due to COVID had me and my dog wait out in the sun for half an hour. My dog was overheating and unfortunately I couldn’t wait. Not even a dog bowl for dogs waiting would’ve been thoughtful. My bill is typically $1k which if I have to wait a half an hour beyond my appointment then you overbooked and are just being greedy. What can one expect from the service if you’re overbooking your staff. Quite unfortunate. Plenty of other Vets in the area to choose from.

Dr. Miller was very kind and helpful. However, I called ahead twice to double check that a voucher I received from the shelter I adopted my cat from covered a specific service. The woman told me yes. Once I got to the vet they told me it wasn't and that the voucher I received is no longer accepted but they will use it as a courtesy (which was nice). The estimate I received to spay a lean, healthy cat was incredibly high. I am torn on this review because everyone was very kind to me. I just felt mislead and it is very expensive.

AVOID AT ALL COST! This place only cares about the money. My dog got sick and I took him there. They charged me and my husband about $500 just for some x rays and a diagnosis. The vet said that he might need surgery and said it would cost over $1,000. It turns out it was only gases. They also told us that some of his vaccines were going to expire and that he needed to get them again. However after going to Petco again (which is where his vaccines are from) I was told that he didn’t need any vaccines until July. Very disappointing, just avoid going there.

I brought my cat here during the pandemic. Dr Miller was her vet. I found him to be excellent - professional, knowledgeable and caring. I also liked the tech, Nicole, and Lucy at the front desk. Although the only person I got to meet in person was Nicole, I was confident that Abby was being well taken care of.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! Very disgusted with the service the front lady was so rude and nasty. Very unprofessional place. I don’t recommend at all.

This place charges outrageous prices. They email out fake deals, operate on your pet and charge you for it without consulting you. I'll never go to this vet again. Very money hungry.

Dr. Miller and his staff are polite , knowledgeable, and take the time to answer all your questions. I have used these folks with my 3 cats for many years and now with my 3 month old Labardoodle. I have called them in the morning and got an appointment in a few hours! They care and are a great vet service.

I brought my cat here to get examined for a mouth issue. I was hit with a $2500 estimate. Who has that in a pandemic? I work part time. I explained that to the staff and I was asked, well how much do you have? In addition to this, instead of giving my cat a shot of antibiotics, I was sent home with a liquid. You would think they would know a cat with mouth issues might have difficulty with taking something orally. My cat cried in pain and hid from me for hours after I gave him the first dose.

By far the best Veterinary Care around. Dr. Miller and his staff truly care about animals, and are very patient with sometimes overbearing pet parents! As a true beliver in holistic care, they are receptive and offer the best treatments and combination treatments. I highly recommend them.

Brought my newly adopted kitten to this vet clinic and I loved how I was treated but most importantly how my furbaby was treated. The staff is wonderful and they care for their patients. The doctor was very kind and answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this place.
