Take all my dogs (5) to get groomed here. They're the best and seriously know what they are doing. Love how fluffy they come out after! Smell heavenly and mt babies are always happy!

Good spot for all your pet needs in terms of grooming, boarding, snacks, clothes. Prices about the same as other places in Queens. But they did charge me extra $10 to detangle my poodle's hair...which most other places include in total grooming price.

If I can give no star, I will give “-star” My dog been here once and this is what his stomach looks like. This store didn’t deserve any star. They open for profit and benefit not for giving love to pets. This store shouldn’t exist, they should learn how to love animal and how to take care of them first. I don’t know what happened with my friend‘s dog but he keeps vomiting after his mother pick him up in foster care at Heypets. And the store refuse to give her the refund and said don’t ever send the dog back and nobody will accept him. （REALLY？！） Please stop sending your friends and family here, they won’t be responsible for us. To be honest, They got a lot to learn. Not only take care of pets, but also personality.

Lovely place, you can tell they really care about there animals unlike some places. My Toy Poodles were all healthy! :)

Beware of pricing scheme, they charge different clients different price. Ridiculously overpriced. Rather pick other pet stores! Also, rather than haircut they suggest shaving your pets which is never recommended to do to your pet.

Amazing selection of high quality pet food items, beds, clothing, and more. Great customer service at this pet store. They offered me great individual service for my puppy's needs. So thankful I discovered this place.

Strictly cats and dogs no birds or fish any other animal food or goods, if you need pet supplies I'll suggest head to ???? just at the mall across street from them much cheaper and less trendy and you'll find everything for everyone ????????

I got my puppy here bout a month and a half ago we recently took her to the vet for a checkup and found out she has not one not two but THREE parasite infections including ringworms and hookworms

Terrible horrible place. My kitten died after I took her home. They said nothing about the kitten. Won’t waste one penny from them.

Great services. They are the only pet shop in queens accepted my dog for teeth cleaning. I tried alot of pet shops and ended up not be able to do the cleaning because my dog was too crazy. But I dont wanna go to vet. put her sleep just for cleaning. However, they did a great job.

My cat got skin problem on his belly. He is the only pet I have, and never go outside. The skin sample is still in lab for testing, doctor said could be fungus, but needs lab to testify and might take two to three weeks. And it already cost me 400 bucks. After reading reviews from others, I believe it is from this store. And I'm not going there ever again. And I suggest other parents don't bring your kids here.

I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy. He always looks perfect. I wouldn't trust anyone else. The staff truly love and care for your pets and it shows. I love the fact that he's done in an hour. The best groomers and the nicest people.

Hello, I recommend you guys should all buy either your pet's or pet item's from this place that is because. Inside the store there's a manager named "Elia". She's very kind and helpful when I was thinking about purchaseing a German Sheapeard and getting settup for it, but the most incredible part was how cheap the dog actually was for how pure breed the dog was. I'm happy to shop here because I was able to save alot more money from other item shops and recommend you guys should shop here also, overall I'm very Satisfied 5/5 Star's :D

Bought our baby last year during the epidemic, he is a teacup Yorkshire, he is very lively and friendly ... He is now 1 year old and only 3 pounds. I take my 7 year old chihuahua here to get her nails trimmed and she seems to like it here. Staff are always nice. They have alot of cute clothes and toys.
