Dr. Elmore is a great vet. He takes more than ample time, I can't say enough good things about him. I have referred my mom and both of my son's here.

You will get the vets undivided attention even if its just an annual check up and take the time to answer any question or discuses anything at length. Very sweet with my cat Mashed Potato.

I have been taking Miss Iris there since she was a puppy. She will be 3 at the end of this month. I had scheduled an appointment already for mid week the following week, however Miss Iris symptoms changed suddenly and became urgent. They got her in the day I called, and even though I had to go to work as they were taking her in to be seen, they had no problem with my dad staying and waiting. I got the update from the vet as she called while I was at work. Iris had to stay overnight and when she came home the following afternoon I had Miss Iris back. She was back to her happy energetic self and the price was affordable considering 2 xrays, bloodwork, overnight IV fluids, and ears looked at it was all under $1,000. The staff was amazing from the reception to techs to veterinarian's. I will continue taking Miss Iris here, recommend them.

Horrible, miserable receptionist. This place used to be great. Has gone way down hill over the years, if you are in a pinch the Drs are capable and some of the techs are good, but their customer service is absolutely horrible. Find somewhere that values your business.

We have seen Dr Elmore and Dr Labreque and they are both wonderful with different strengths. Dr Elmore is very caring and empathetic and takes a thoughtful and introspective approach. Dr Labreque is detail oriented and commutative of what to observe without raising undue alarm. (I am not saying they do not both possess these strengths but based on personal interactions/situations from presenting issues). I have referred others who have reported back positively. I hesitate to write this last part because I do not want to dissuade anyone from getting all recommended tests BUT when there were times in the past where I needed to deal at some recommendations to budget these expenses they are wonderful in helping you decide priorities and not being judgmental if you choose to deal at some best practice suggestions

The staff at VMC were very pleasant to work with. They treated my dog like a king and addressed all my concerns. Highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor and take your pet literally anywhere else but here. They are only interested in making money off of you. Yes, vets are expensive but not every place wants to constantly offer shots and unnecessary items to make more money off of you. They don't care about your pet, they care about making as much money from you as possible. Take your animal literally anywhere else!

I absolutely adore this vet. All the staff are so sweet and pleasant to talk to. They are all extremely knowledgable and helpful. Every experience i have had there has been absolutely fantastic. My cat Oz had to have his leg amputated due to bone cancer and i will be forever grateful for them. Shout out to Dr. Elmore because I could not have asked for a better vet to help me through that time. Please take your animals there, you will not be disappointed.

This is literally the best veterinary care I have ever experienced, from the receptionists to the vets, I have always felt appreciated and received the best possible care for my animals. I have 3 dogs and 5 cats and it seems that they are all asked about each time I bring just one of them in. Their prices are so much less than my previous vet and their level of care is far superior. I’m a professional pet sitter and dog walker and I recommend this practice to every one of my clients. Both the vets are amazing but I primarily deal with Dr. Elmore and he makes it seem like my pets are the only ones he deals with. I could not more highly recommend this practice.

We have used Veterinary Medical Center for many years. A very professional group and staff. They are extremely compassionate in times of need for your pet!

Care and compassion definitely describes what we received from Dr. Corcoran. She was very thorough, explained things well, and unlike another clinic we went to before, she did not immediately recommend very expensive diagnostic testing without first ruling out other possible causes. Excellent care and concern for our fur baby.

In September of 2015, we took in an elderly dog with several issues. We switched to VMC because our prior veterinary office did not seem to take our dog's health concerns as seriously as we did. The staff at VMC has been fantastic at addressing our dog's issues, with patience and compassion. For that, we are ever so grateful.

The receptionist at this place is the worst! Mary I think her name is! I think the last time she had customer service skills was never. Its ashame she is this the first time person she you get greeted by is her. Thier doctors and techs are top notch and the way the treated my dog was top notch maybe they should look at retirement for her

This office is a very disingenuous vet. I took my dog here and they pushed for my dog to get a Lyme disease vaccine. I asked for the price and was told $40 for the first shot and the booster in 3 weeks was covered. Three weeks later, I come in for the booster shot and they charge me for a vets visit and the booster, even though I was told the booster was covered in the original price. Additionally, why is a visitation fee being charged for a booster shot? There was no checkup with my dog. We won't be coming back to this office and I would not recommend it to anyone in the area. They are here to take advantage of you and get as much money out of you as they can.

I called because they supposedly took in exotic animals and mine is sick and i told the receptionist i needed to see someone as soon as possible for him and they told me they weren't professionals and that there was nothing that they could do and to go to a different clinic

Dr. Labrecque is by far the best vet I have taken my cat to, and over the past 17 yrs she's been to at least a dozen vets across the country. The staff here is also amazing. I can't say enough good things about everyone I interacted with here.

Used this vet for years. All the doctors are great.

Never had a bad experience here. They treat my dogs as if they were there own. I never have to wait long for an appointment and the staff is extremely friendly
